All the stylist do a wonderful job. I mainly go to keysha she does a fantastic job, my lashes last up to 3 weeks. Very clean & everyone is so friendly. Front desk girls are super friendly & professional.

I just moved to Reno less than a month ago and was dying for a fresh full set of eyelash extensions because they make me feel so beautiful. A trainee completed my hybrid set and had the trainer take a look afterwards. They discussed the number of rows (apparently four is what she placed and was correct I guess). When she showed me the aftermath I blinked many times thinking it was just my eyes, but to my dismay I feel like I wasted 3 hours of my life this morning for the lightest most subpar lash extensions EVER. They asked about my 2 week fill as I paid and I could not in good conscious make a follow-up. Planning to have whatever they placed removed this week for a better application at a different location with better technicians. My trainee was very sweet, but they definitely need to train more thoroughly. I normally leave my lash extension appointments feeling oh so beautiful. Today I left feeling like a joke.

Jess did a great job on my full set of lashes. Great work beautiful lashes. But I went to book my refill and I was told a particular date and time but that they were still moving people around on that day. I was told they would call me closer to the appointment. I never heard back and called multiple times leaving voicemails and never heard back. Very disappointed and feel like I wasted money being unable to get in for a refill.

It was a great service and Courtney was great and so sweet. My eyelashes look amazing and an definitely coming back!

I set up an appointment with this business about a month in advance due to a very important upcoming event. It is extremely hard to get a last minute appointment anywhere and i planned ahead of time. They called me 3 days before my appointment and canceled due to the lash artist quitting without notice. I let them know that there was no way i could get in anywhere else before my event. I understand that they had no control over the situation. And maybe someone quitting without notice is a red flag to stay away, im still disappointed i have to scramble and figure out what the heck to do so last minute.

So I scheduled for a full Hybrid set, and they were able to get me in two days early due to a cancellation. I went in at 2 and everyone was very nice. After about 30 min I realize the person doing my lashes is in training, I was not told a trainee would be doing my lashes. About, what I thought would be near the end (2 hours in) I had to use the restroom and looked in the mirror and realized only 4 lashes had been applied to the inner corner of my right eye. After I got back i immediately asked how long it might take and the nice trainee said shes doing everything in her power to get my lashes where I wanted. I was there for 5 hours, and after realizing I wasn’t going to get hybrids I asked to leave. I felt terrible for the trainee, it was not her fault that the staff did not let me know that my service could not be met or that the time would double. I left with a set of very very light lashes and was told I could make another appointment for a full set since I didn’t have enough lashes on to get a fill. Not taking that offer.

I moved here from Oregon where I have enjoyed successful eyelash extensions for more than a year with very good retention and no eye irritation. My first visit at the Lash Lounge was successful, however the wonderful technician was let go for “overlashing.” I was booked with three other technicians after that, one for a regularly scheduled appointment and the other two were for corrections to that technicians work. Unfortunately it became clear that the glue used at the Lash Lounge contains irritants to my eyes and the very poor retention I was experiencing was a result of the application technique used throughout the salon called “speed lashing.” I went to another salon in Carson City where the technician explained and took pictures for me to see & understand, that this shoddy, rushed technique actually resulted in breakage and damage to my natural lashes. This salon has issues. I will not return and I’ve cancelled the membership. Life is too short to sacrifice the health and well-being of my eyes and comfort by going here.

Sam is absolutely AMAZING and the staff is so kind and professional. As this has been my first time with eyelash extensions, Samantha explained what she was doing every step of the way. She was cool, calm, and collected while doing my lashes. I felt so comfortable with her and my lashes look better than theyve ever looked! Ive already booked my next appointment with her. The minute we walked into the establishment the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. She answered all questions and checked us all in rather quickly. The wait wasn’t too bad considering it was a Saturday afternoon. The technician that performed my eye brow threading did a great job. She was friendly and as also very professional. The next time I’m in Reno, I will definitely be scheduling another service.

My stylist Milany is amazing!!!! I felt completely comfortable with her and the conversation was just rad. Her work turned out super amazing, just what I asked for... not too dramatic but noticeable. I will be returning thank you!!!

Wanted to love this place its beautiful on the inside and the staff is friendly. I have had lash extensions for years...and was looking for a great Reno place. I went in with extensions and wanted to get a fill. The tech recommended I remove my extensions and give my natural lashes a break. I agreed..today I had an appt to get a full set done. I could tell the tech seemed inexperienced and seemed to be moving super slow. I had allowed 2 and a half hours for this appt. Im getting married in 2 days so I had other appts scheduled and family coming in. I was supposed to be getting a volume set. After 2 and half hours my lashes are so sparse and the most pathetic looking they have been in years. The manager called to say they would only charge me half because I had half the service. So $87 for pathetic lashes. Which makes me think if it took 2.5 hours to do half the service would it have taken 5 hours to do a full service? The manager also offered to have someone fix my lashes if I could come back in. She said a fix would take no more than 45 minutes. Which tells me obviously I had a tech that was not skilled. This salon is 30 minutes from me, so while I appreciate trying to make it right.. another trip is a lot of effort. Also I told them I was only available tomorrow am...I have venues to decorate, family in town, rehearsal dinners, and my wedding in 2 days. So I was offered a correction appt during my rehersal dinner or during my wedding...advise please listen when people tell you their schedule. At this point I feel I shouldnt have been charged anything. My family even noticed how skimpy my lashes look and cant beleive anyone spent more than 15 minutes on them. I am now talking to my make up friend to see of we can do something about these lashes for the wedding day, maybe gluing on a strip of false lashes so my pictures arent bad. And again j was charged 87.00 for something I need to correct. I would have been a member for a very long time if I would have had a decent set done. So disappointed and hoping I can find a solution for my lashes before the wedding. Lash lounge was a big expensive mistake. If anyone can recomend a great place for lashes..I need one. Still no contact to make this right.

My first appointment was in April, i like the eyebrow service that I got. So I scheduled my next appointment for May 12, unfortunately I have to do an urgent appointment somewhere else so I called them on Friday, May 7 to cancel my appointment. I checked my bank account and I got charged for no show. I called the store and spoke with Robin she said shes the manager. She is no help on the phone, she keep telling me that their policy is to charge if theres no show. I know your policy thats why i called on friday. So i tried calling them back to ask for their number so i can text the copy from my phone that i called on friday, but of course they will not answer the phone. The answering machine is on. So i have to drive to their store to show that i called to cancel and Robins response, so what do you want me to do? What??What do you think she should do? Duhhh.... This Robin woman is so rude and no customer service at all. I dont know how she become a manager. She need some serious training.😡Do u think i will go back there? Nope, I will take my business somewhere else. And i will tell everyone my experience.

Heard so many good things about The Lash Lounge and am so disappointed...After wearing eyelash extensions for years, I had to have them removed because of an allergic reaction and after months of Revitalash and TLC, I was excited to try a lash lift. My natural lashes have zero curl and are mostly blonde but were finally back to being long and full. I booked a lash lift and tint after a ton of research on the procedure and am sad to say that they are now half the length they were, half frizzy/wavy and awkwardly kinked at a 90 degree angle instead of a nice curl. I got the impression that the girl who had worked on me didn’t have much experience and wasn’t able to answer a couple of questions that the woman next to us ended up answering. I realize that everyone needs to be trained and I understand that stylists need to gain experience however with the chemicals that are being used, I’m not sure that a rookie should be offering these services without the proper training. The staff and the stylist were very nice and the room is beautiful but I recommend anyone coming in as a first timer ask questions about their stylist and their experience which I failed to do thinking all would be fine based on all of the positive reviews. No offense to the business whatsoever, and I’m sure their other services live up to the hype but for $100 worth of services and an hour and a half on the table, I left almost in tears not wanting to be rude to the poor girl who is just trying to learn.

Have had some retention issues with my lashes but the manager and new stylist have been great with helping me to figure it out! My new stylist, Tammy, was great! My lashes are still holding and much better! 🥰🥰

This is a “volume fill” at the lash lounge. All you can see are the original lashes I went in there with? Oh and ALL the holes and lashes she didn’t bother to put extensions on. After I was on the table and she has begun to add lashes she says, “So we have a rule here of only 25 lashes for a fill. Which I know she did not even put close to that many inn. She then said, I hope you like a more natural look because we do naturals here. I said I like them pretty full and say replied, “oh yes, I understand that but we do naturals.” Ok, so customer not first here, message received. You will do whatever you want apparently. I was already on the table being worked on. I went in light on my right side (left in this photo) and I was a little confused when she spent all of her time working on my left side that was more full when I went in. I was so confused and as I was anticipating based on the amount of work to that side, it is SUPER empty, not full at all and holes everywhere! As for the left side as you can see, all you can see are my original lashes I went in there with. They have green on them as I was trying to transition to all black and yes, I knew it would take multiple fulls for the color to fade but the lashes she added in were so sparse you can’t even see them! To top this all off, I was there for 2hours and I look worse then when I went in because of the ones she removed and added in so few I look less full. I went in here with a friend asking me to update her if there were good because she was looking for a new place and I when I showed her a photo she too agreed I should not go back and that she will not be coming here either. I am SO disappointed. I was supposed to le leaving town and now I am having to sit here for three hours to have them fixed by another place here in town. What a waste of my time and an even bigger waste of my money.

I have sooooo many lashes (naturally) and it’s hard for me to find a place that can really work with me and provide awesome results that both I and the artist are proud of! Well, I found it here with Tammy D. She is so hard-working, friendly, funny, and extremely professional. I started getting hybrid lashes since I have so many lashes and sometimes classic lashes can look a little sparse since there are like a thousand lashes to lash and I am 110% satisfied with the hybrid recommendation!! It’s been more than a week and literally no fall out.**Believe your stylist when they say that your body/lashes go through a “shedding” season. I didn’t understand that at first and did not properly care for my lashes the first time I got them done and it really showed (totally my fault and no one else’s 🤦🏼‍♀️) This time around I am cleaning my lashes every other day with the cleaning solution/brush sold at the Lounge and OMG huge difference!!!! If you’re on the fence about buying this, definitely invest in it to make your lashes last longer and keep them more hydrated and less weighed down by all those eye gunkies we all accumulate.Another thing to get that actually works is the sealant that you put on after you clean them to strengthen/reinforce the bond of the lash extension to your natural lash. This has really decreased my fall out. It’s seriously magic!!!Anyways, long story short... give this place a try and ask for “Tammy D” and treat yo’self!!! Thanks Tammy ❤️❤️❤️

I just had my lashes done again at this location. This time with Hannah. She was amazing and made sure to take my lash length and lightness into account when doing my hybrid lashes. I haven’t had my lashes done since this pre Covid and they made it a good experience to return

I posted a review on Yelp and they actually deleted it but I just want to warn others of why you should not waste time here.Save your money for a quality salon. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt for months on months. But every single time I got my lashes filled they were almost all completely gone by morning. You think the amount of money we spent there they would spend some of it on quality lashes or glue. My lashes never lasted longer than 4 days here. Finally I decided to cancel my membership there in December and it is now January 30th and they are still charging me for my membership. I have spoken to the manager and was informed I would have a call back by the next day about returning my money and actually cancelling my account but its been a whole week and i cant get someone to return my call.I have since moved on to another salon and my lashes last 4 WEEKS rather than less than one. I would highly suggest not wasting time or money on this place. Customer service and quality is complete trash.

I love my lash extensions! The Lash Lounge has great people who work there. They are professional and make you feel comfortable during your appointment. The tables you lay on are nice and they have bolsters to put under your feet or knees to keep you comfortable. There are even blankets for you if you get cold. I highly recommend Lash Lounge if you are looking to get extensions.

When I first started to get my eyelashes done, another eyelash technician was talking badly about a previous costumer, which I thought was unprofessional. My eyelashes technician, Jessica G. did a good job, however she was not the nicest or friendly what so ever. While getting my eyelashes done it felt like she riped an eyelash out, and I fliched, and she basically got snappy at me and told me not to move. Im also 100 percent convinced my eye lash tech cut my eyelashes prior to the extension application. Took my eyelashes off a week and a half after and my eyelashes were gone. I told my eyelash tech I had sensitive eyes and she did not offer to use senitive glue or lashes. My eyes puffed up a couple days after application. I called and asked for advice and the receptionist said they could take them off for free with no charge. I went in to take them off and they charged me anyway. I will never go back. Im not wasting my time, money or messing up my eyelashes ever again.
