I just purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm. I blew through the first 50 round box and had NO problems. I will be buying more of this ammunition in the very near future. IF, I say IF I have any problems with this ammo, I will post about it. As for now, Im letting people know this is good ammunition.

Great price, local operation. They had a backlog a long while ago, but it has been fixed and I got my order just fine. The 9mm reloads Ive tried have been just fine and look new. To me it seems nicer and cleaner than the Federal Value Pack ammo Ive tried. Also they are a good place to find some ammo you might not find on the shelves at other places. For instance, I could find factory Hornady .50 AE here when the big box stores did not have any.

Had an order last spring that came promptly in less than a week. 9mm ammo has been fine.

Well ordered 4,000 rounds from then back in May 2012 it is now Oct. 2012 and no package or response after calling and emailing Dozens of times. impossible to get any response will have to file a complaint with my bank in order to get a refund because i have read so many people getting bounced checks from jack ross. ( if you can get a hold of them)Jack Ross Enjoy my 5 Month $700 dollar interest free loan.......After one and a half years i finally received my order today 09/03/13. i have not shot any of there ammo as of yet but i did get my 4000 rounds i guess thats all you can really ask for at this point.Thank you Jack Ross for keeping your promise to fill all of your orders even tho you have been through some very serious financial issues im am not exactly thrilled about how long it took and the customer service was far from good in any way... but after you got different employees that where responsible the customer service improved greatly.

I am a private sector and law enforcement firearms instructor in the Reno area. I have had several students attend my range using Jack Ross ammunition. In 26 years as a police officer and firearms instructor, I have NEVER witnessed such poor quality and outright DANGEROUS ammunition. I have seen one handgun explode with Jack Ross ammo, I have witnessed Jack Ross 9mm rounds disintegrate as they leave the barrel, and have seen consistent issues with un-burnt powder fouling the paper targets from as far as 10 yards away! Un-burnt powder that fouls the target means incredibly slow velocity, a high potential for rounds stuck in the barrel which could lead to a catastrophic handgun failure and serious injury and at the very least, excessive fouling of the firearm. DO NOT purchase this ammunition. Its a liability and serious injury situation just waiting to happen!!!

Do NOT do business with these people. They take your money and dont give you your order for months and months. They do not answer phones or e-mails. The only way I finally got my order was because I got someone who personally knows the owner contact him. STAY AWAY. Purchased 2000 rounds of 9mm in Apr. Its Oct now and Ive tried calling them for the last 2 months, sending emails, faxed them. All with zero response. Ive heard nothing from this company and received no product. Garbage. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Placed an order on March this year and kept getting the run around saying they were working on catching up from previous orders. Now it is November and they have remained incommunicado. Buyers beware and avoid ordering from this place at all costs.

Too bad I sent them an interest free loan for $170 3 months ago. Havent heard from then in 6 weeks, and dont expect them to be in buisness much longer at this rate.....
