Extremely awkward experience. Walked in expected to be greeted and asked if I needed help like any store. Instead I was greeted with an awkward intense stare down. When I realized I was just being stared at like some kind of never before seen creature or looked upon as some kind of threat or problem I decided to say hows it goin Im just looking for ammo. The reply was ok? And an awkward intense stare. Then I asked should I wait here or walk up to the counter? The reply was wait there. I waited for help as another costumer walked in and was greeted and helped right away. Thats when I knew I wasnt welcome and walked right out. Very weird experience.

Came to the store I had no mask on was told no mask no entry, went across the street bought a mask came back was in the store 5 min a white couple came in no mask got helped it wasnt a problem for them but Im guessing its because I was black 😐🥲

Walked in there looking for .22 long rifle Ammon. They were selling a pack of federal target ammo 800 count for 225 a pack. I bought the same box of ammo at big 5 for 70 bucks. Ridiculous Ammo prices even during an ammo shortage.

Gave myself a $4000 budget today and I was instantly reminded why I never come here customer service is absolutely awful. They missed out on a decent payday and my business forever

Very easy place to find. LOTS of firearms everywhere to check out in the store. Fun and friendly staff that have heard it all, but will still listen to your tall tales and stories about everything! Take your time and check out every part of the store for those odd items. Reasonable prices compared to the fancy stores in Reno area. When youre done, walk next door to the music store and enjoy the tunes :) We had a great time and thanks again to all there!

This place is awesome because its where I bought my son his first shotgun and I was helped out by the staff in about 5 minutes and was out the door in 10 minutes its a wonderful place to go and talk about guns and if you cant find what you like in the store check out their website

Small store in a real run down spot. I was looking for a complete your receiver for an AR. I was able to find an identical upper somewhere else for $350 less

Great little place. I purchased a firearm, but not before the man behind the counter showed me everything I was asking about, and having a damn good conversation with him on totally different subjects. All in all it was a fantastic experience. The check didn’t take long, he made filling out all the forms, and the whole process much more painless than other places. You do have to go into bizarguitar to pay but it’s in the same building like 10 feet away so that’s no big deal. Plus when I came back in to pick it up after I payed, there was a nice surprise in there too! I’m telling you, the guys a gem! They don’t make em like that anymore and that’s a shame! I’ll definitely be getting all my firearms needs there from now on.

I had great service, I called ahead about the gun I was interested in. They had it and for a good price. I went in and the purchase went quick and easy. Ill go back again for future purchases.

Nice little shop thats easy to find, well maintained and has a good selection of pistols and rifles of many types.The people who are employed there are friendly and can answer any questions I may have, ranging from ammo specs to weapon construction and add-ons.Prices are already better than the other stores in the area and the service I receive from the store personnel is second to none. Highly recommend stopping in and giving the place a look over.

Agree with Daniel. Am a Native Nevadan, and my boyfriend was from California. Tried to buy a gun for my sons first hunting trip, and, since my boyfriend said California when asked where he lived (which he did), fat old mean man behind the counter refused to wait on us. Bizarre is a great name for this place. I was buying the gun for my boy to hunt in Winnemucca, Mr. Charming, and we are both natives. No California about it.

Good little shop if the right people are working there. There is a short bald guy that is on his phone constantly, gives false information (if he even answers your questions at all), and generally doesnt seem to care about the business or the customer. Very off-putting to say the least of youre a consumer.

Bad customer service shouldnt have to fight to get papers to send them firearms. Cost to much to transfers weapons have to do to much paperwork to send fire arms. Never herd of having to fill out papers for weapons coming in when the shipping company sends that info. Will not send no more weapons to them 4 weapons sent to them and service sucked

Dont expect them to stand behind anything you buy there. I purchased a gun and the grip broke with normal use after a couple months, brought it back and they said they would take care of it. The manufacture took care of the replacement for free but they are charging me $35 shipping (for a very snall handgun) for the repair without disclosing this fact up front....which cost more than ordering a new grip online would of been. Im bummed to no longer have a favorite gun and music store. Its kind of a rip off to pay more for a warranty repair than to repurchase the item and not being given the option to choose was really lame. I could of dont it faster and for less without them. Shame they make it not worth supporting local.

Not the best of service there. You can stand around for 10 minutes before someone will even acknowledge you. But the worst part is even when their staff makes a mistake they come back barking at you like it is your fault. I wont do business with a company like that. And am very surprised that that is how they conduct themselves. But that is my opinion. You can risk it if you want to.

Great prices and most the staff is very nice for the most part. however If you ever have an issue with your weapon they will immediately point the finger at you and blame you for said issue. Even after they find an issue with the weapon. Even after returning the gun to me it still had issues. since I got it back i have done 5 minutes of research and found known issues with the weapon in early production and looked over the gun and found that the gun still has its original parts (checked serial numbers). The parts have recently been updated to fix ammo sensitivity and feed issues yet none of that was done when apparently sent to the manufacturer for repair for 2 months. I will gladly pay more for my weapons because of the negative experience I received from John at bizzare guitar and gun
