The guns are better than the people. They make the gun community look stuck up and cold.Not a single hello or care that a customer was there. Went in at 2:00pm 7/15. Nobody wants to do business with someone who is unwelcoming.

Really cool gun shop. Staff was very helpful. Huge selection of guns and ammo. Even had .32s&w long. Most places don’t bother to carry rare ammo like that. Also had great deals on slightly used magazines. Can’t wait to go back when I am in the area.

Was quite disappointed after visiting this store, I had several recommendations. Now the store is clean and easy to get to, that is a plus. When we walked in we were greeted by a nice gentleman, he asked if we needed help. We were just looking so he said let them know if you have a question. That is where it ended, one employee was talking to some customers, sounded like bragging about his list of firearms more than anything. Another employee was enjoying some conversation with someone who really didnt appear to be buying or inquiring about any products in the store. I would have asked a question and possibly made a purchase after I found something I was interested in. No luck with that so we moved on, guess someone else will get my business.

Wasted an hour of my time and a trip out. Was about to make a purchase worth around $700 and was refused because I am from California and he “wants to keep inventory for locals”.Is this even legal?Don’t waste your time here.

They bought my shotgun for a fair price this place amazing great customer service and they know guns and they don’t screw you like pawnshops I highly recommend for selling your guns here.

Went into the store. There were at least 3 people working. All of which were more interested in chit chatting with customers who had already concluded their business than helping the next customer. Waited for about 15 minutes... never even got a hello.

Service was prompt and courteous - all anyone can ask for these days.

I rarely write a review but these guys are great. I had never ordered a gun online and went in to ask them aboutit. They told me what I needed to know. When ordering the gun I had other choices of FFLs to have it sent to but their price was the best. They called immediately when the gun got there so I could do background paper work. They put in time to get background checks done quickly and I got my gun alot sooner then anticipated. They are friendly,knowledgeable and care about their customer service. I highly recommend checking them out for your next purchase.

I have done a lot of business with Willey Brothers over the last several years. They are often very busy, but they are great about getting to every customer as quickly as possible. Family run and family staffed business. In addition to a stock of new guns they always have a great selection of used guns, often rare or unusual ones. If you want something they dont have they will gladly order or find it for you. Their prices are always very fair. And often better than bigger corporate type gun shops. Always a good selection of fairly priced ammo and accessories too. I always prefer doing business with a family run business. Willey Brothers will not let you down! Jake, Calvin, Earl, and their wives are always friendly and great to work with!

Hands down the best shop in Reno. The set up where you can handle almost all the firearms without having to bug the people behind the counter is awesome. Good ammo prices and interesting used (and sometimes new) guns every time i go there. A couple times they’ve given me quotes on what my guns i was selling were worth and not a single ounce of rudeness if i decided not to sell or trade with them. No down-talk, attitude or bad mouthing other customers when they leave the store. A+ job Calvin, Earl & Jake.

Wondered in just to check it out. I thought their selection was good and their prices are on point. Have talked to a few employees who were all very friendly and greeted me. Being a Military/Law Enforcement Vet, I know what I want and know what I like. I dont like to be told what to like or buy. I was very pleased with the interactions of the staff and never felt that salesman pressure. I have had to return items, and have not had any issue. I am happy to purchase there again.

Absolutely loved my experience here, being a woman you never know how your going to be treated in a gun shop no matter how much knowledge you have or don’t have, I was nervous about going in here but was quickly helped by an amazing staff! I will be purchasing all my self defense tools from Willey Brothers from now on, it was an incredible experience.

Worked with Calvin and sold 3 of my firearms this morning. I feel like I was given an honest appraisal and offer. Very friendly as well. They had a nice variety of guns and accessories to choose from if youre looking to buy or trade.

Calvin and Earl really know firearms! They showed all the features and options of each make and model. They take the time to help you find the best gun for you - in fact, I bought my first handgun here -and my second. If you dont know guns very well, they can teach you all the basics... without making you feel like an idiot. Their ammunition prices are the best Ive seen anywhere in Reno. I like to supportlocal businesses - especially Willey Bros.!

We brought in a brand new pristine rifle to sell, but when we received it back it had a couple of scratches on the barrel and scope. Owner Earl was curt and unfriendly on the phone when we called. Will not be going back.

I took my guns to the shop to sell. He broke down exactly how he priced them and even told me to hold off on selling one. Saying the price might double in a couple months. Very honest service and I did sell one of my guns to him. He also has a lot of cool guns for sale.

Great help with my Glock 23. I put a ghost 3.5 trigger in and could not get the trigger to ingage also I couldnt get the slide off to see why the trigger didnt work. They were able to take apart the gun and remove the slide.He figured out what the problem was the ghost 3.5lbs trigger needed to be modified. Referred me to know shop how is on my way
