I called the other usual suspects to get a quote but none had the item in stock. This place responded to my email inquiries and I showed up in person to inquire further and they had my windshield in stock! I was worried about it not being OEM but after the installation I will just tell you there is no difference from OEM in fact its actually 100% as clear and fitment looked 100% as well.My review of this company is as follows:* Most important: 100% satisfied with workmanship and 100% satisfied with the quality of the non-OEM part installed AND 110% satisfied with the pricing for a windshield replacement!* Louis the owner and Stacy the co-owner are straight up professional and legit. The work was completed as promised ON TIME.* The shop is clean and it shows they care about their own work.* They cleaned my windows and vacuumed from floors when they did not have to. Just an overall pleasant and wonderful experience in a time and society filled with scams and unpleasant people. These guys are just straight up professional.If you are seeking to have your windows fixed or replaced I will recommend this shop. For fairness I did ask other shops which replied to me NOT IN STOCK (due to backorder/pandemic) and pricing was way above these guys. I asked for oem vs non-oem and Louis gave me the quotes out right. I wasnt sure if I can trust another shop again after a previous bad experience but this place is LEGIT.Please keep up the greatness and its wonderful to have professional and great people who care about their work and it shows!

Got a quote over the phone in less than a couple minutes, and setting up an appointment was really easy. They were able to fit me in the next day no problem.Replaced my windshield, and even remembered to put my parking sticker back when I forgot to ask.Really clean work place, and great people that work there as well!

What an incredible experience I had with Good Dogs. Stacy and her husband are incredible. I called around to so many locations in the area and no one could get me in. They helped me so much through the exhaustive run around process that insurance companies put you through. They are honest and care about customer satisfaction. From out of state working in Renton and someone busted out the wing window to gain access into my car. Googled window repairs and contacted Safelite that appears 1st in the search. Got a quote that I thought was quite high so continued searching. Called up Good Dog and was quoted 1/2 the price as Safelite. They were able to get me in the next morning. Had a cracked windshield so asked if they could replace that also. Didn’t have any in stock but found one and went and got it. Thanks for getting me taken care of. Would recommend anyone needing glass repair to come here.

My experience here was awesome! Ive been wanting to get my windshield repaired due to a chip for a couple months now. I stumbled upon Good Dog Auto Glass thru Google, gave them a call and Louis told me to come in the same day! He explained the repair for me and started right away!Very friendly, clean and convenient. He even cleaned my windows, windshield (inside and out) AND vacuumed the inside of my car. I first brought my car to safelite but i was told they didnt have the right parts after i droped off my car to them. So i found Good dog and was able to accomodate me the next day appointment. They said it would take 2 hours to fix it. It was 9am and at 11am they called and my car was done. Im telling you these guys are amazing, very friendly, professional and the quality of work is top of the line. And their price is one of the best, very competitive. If you need autoglass job call them first before you go to franchise ones.

I had a brand new car for less than a week and dump truck threw a rock into my window so hard it needed to be replaced. This team came out and handled it in my apartment garage while I was working from home. It took moments and they did a fantastic job. I would use them again for sure!!!

They started off great by emailing me right away with details and the price all right in the email. They gave me the best price from anywhere else Ive talk to. So the next day I called and made an appointment and they were super friendly and had excellent customer service. Made the appointment and when they came still super friendly and professional. Unfortunately a piece of my car was stubborn and had to order that piece so we had to wait for that. After looking for me beyond standards like my car dealership discontinued the part, they didnt give up and still looked and found. So the part comes in and they put me in right away and came out. They got the job done, quick, and professionally. They did beyond good standards and I would easily recommended them to anyone and I will go back for any problems with car windows.
