We had a tree limb come through our dining room window during the storm on Wednesday. Solis Glass came out the next day and took measurements and ordered the glass. They installed the new window the following Tuesday. They were quick and efficient during an incredibly stressful time, I highly recommend them!

Im giving them two stars because they did actually give us a quote which is better than several companies in the area. But our experience wasnt good from the beginning. My husband called to get a window replaced and the guy he talked to didnt listen very well so he misquoted what we wanted. Not a big deal, but frustrating. When he called back it was for the right thing and $200 less than the competition so we made an appointment, and they let us know theyd need a day to order the window unit. I showed up at the appointed time and nobody was there. I walked around the property, knocked on the door, and called three times. I wasnt able to reach anyone so I left. They never called us to follow up about the appointment so clearly they never ordered our glass or put us on the schedule. Overall a frustrating waste of time.

The experience that Ive had with Solis Glass has been nothing short of extraordinary. Fast, quick, professional, polite, and reliable service at every turn. Honestly, I didnt know what to expect because they were so cheap and running their own business, plus the reviews and whatnot . But I can honestly say now that I feel like a fool for feeling that way to begin with. During this past windstorm a branch fell and practically destroyed my girlfriends car window. They replaced it within 2 days!Like I said.. nothing short of extraordinary.If I can give 6 stars I would. I highly recommend going through these people if you can. 🤙

George Solis is a true professional. I was so grateful to have Georgereferred to me for replacing my windshield. He made every effortto be available for the repair of my car and was very caring andefficient. My windshield was damaged by a hammer that flew intomy windshield and shattered glass throughout the car. He did atotal detail of my car efficiently and did a wonderful job. I willrecommend him to anyone who needs his care.
