I have done business with Pacific Glass for 3 different projects and have gone above and beyond. They are the kindest and most professional service business I have dealt with in a LONG time! They did what they said they would, on time and at the price they quoted! In particular, Quinton and Tony, who installed the window, were amazing. Bernie, who measured the project was a pleasure and Eden in the office is terrific! I highly recommend this team... they care about the customer and the quality/ value of their work.

Great customer service. I had to replace a very large dining room window that had tricky internal decorative panes. Bernie came out and did the measurements. Very experienced, answered all my questions. Mike came to do the installation. The window fit absolutely perfectly. Mike went over and above to answer all my questions. He took the time to clean up every scrap of debris and made sure new window was spotless before he left.Thanks Mike and Bernie, you guys were great.

I called three glass companies for my fogged window glass replacement, and ended up using Pacific Glass. I am glad that I made the right decision because their product and service exceeded my expectation. Hayden and his partner installed two glasses, each of which created unique difficult situation to work in but they were able to put them in cleanly and efficiently. They even helped put back window blinds that I removed earlier. Great experience!

I needed to replace 3 dual pane windows plus 2 casement handles in my house. Initially, I didnt do any research and just got a quote from another local glass place as they were the business the prior homeowner had used. That company gave me a quote on the windows but said they were waiting on their vendor to give me a quote on the handles. After weeks and weeks of my follow-up and no responses from this other company they came back with a quote of $300+ on the handles. As all of it was originally from Anderson windows, I just went out to the Anderson windows site as I couldnt believe that these handles cost $300. Turns out I could order them directly for $20. That made me question what else was this other company over charging me for. So I finally did my homework and saw the great reviews for Pacific Glass. They literally came out in days to do the quote, got the paperwork next day and the price was a third LESS than the other company. I ordered the windows, 2 weeks later they were in and are now installed. Hayden and Quentin did the install and could not have been nicer or more professional. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes and the windows are perfect. I cant believe I wasted literally months fooling around with this other company versus the excellent experience I just had with Pacific Glass. Pays to do your homework!!

Dishonest and unprofessional. This place over charged us and cut the glass in wrong size twice in the roll. They seem just dont care about accuracy, first they cut the glass too big then they cut it too small, if you complain to them, they will give you runaround. I choose this company because of the good review. I think the reviews are fake. The dishonest people of this company are very likely to fake them.

The skylight was 20 years old and the seals had failed with moisture inside the unit. However, the skylight let in too much light so I could not use computer on sunny days. Cody suggested a combination of a Low-e glass to keep out excess heat, along with a dark gray tint to eliminate bright light. The custom unit was ordered and later installed. I am so pleased with the result, a perfect solution!

A friend of mine referred me to this place. He warned me that you have to be proactive in communicating because they arent very good at staying on schedule or showing up when they promised. His words, be prepared to herd turtles. I thought I would at least get an estimate, I was wrong. I called and made an appointment for an estimate, no call, no show. I called back for a second appointment, no call, no show. I called them back an hour after the second appointment and they sent Cody to do an estimate. He came out measured and said he would email me. That was two weeks ago, no email from Cody at all. I called Katie at the front desk over the last two weeks several times. She repeatedly said she would have Cody call, email and get a hold of me. Not blaming her, Im pretty sure she did. I sent an email to the owner which I am positive he didnt ever receive. No answer from him. How does a place stay in business ignoring customers? Stay away unless you want to herd turtles.

Pacific Glass were superb. I needed a shower door - its hinges, specifically - repaired rather than replaced. Several companies turned me down when I asked about repair, but Pacific was great. Katie in their office arranged things, and Marty came out and quickly diagnosed what was needed. About a week later, Eber and Daniel came to do the work, and while it was slightly more complex than theyd planned, they did it quickly and efficiently. Everyone I met at P. Glass was polite, professional, adhered to COVID basics without a word of complaint, kept my house clean while they worked, and cleaned up after they left. And their pricing was incredibly reasonable, considering the amount of diagnosis and effort Marty, Eber and Daniel put in between them. I would highly recommend them if you have glass work to do - either repair or replacement.

I’ve had two windows replaced in my solarium, and both repairs were reasonably priced and installed promptly. No issues with the repairs in the years since they were completed.

I called to see if they could repair a rock chip and they were able to see me the same day. Unfortunately the repair didnt work out (not their fault). Superb customer service and honest people, would recommend.

I was given a quote from a Window Company for over $5,000 to replace the 6 windows that had failed...then I contacted Pacific Glass who came out and assured me the windows did not need to be replaced, just the window panes. Installation was done in a few hours - the windows all look perfect - for a third of the cost from the Window company. Great business to work with! We needed a pane of glass for a window, but the opening was out of square. They cut the piece to fit and were good to work with and a good price. Were going to have a curved glass table top cut next.

I cant recommend Pacific Glass, Inc. enough. My glass sliding door shattered and they were able to come out and assess the damage the very next day. Not only were they really fast when it came to getting me a quote and assessing the damage, but they were also able to install the new glass that same day! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind and professional and Im extremely grateful they were able to repair my door so quickly! Thank you Pacific Glass, Inc.!!

Had a job that needed all the windows updated but the owners could only afford about half to start. They quoted us around 5 grand including labor. They measured the windows and ordered them and installed them. I inspect after to find that 2 windows in the quote are not done and bring it to their attention. I also found about half the windows are very obviously not installed properly and missing caulk around the outside. I tried getting them to fix it and after multiple texts calls and emails I stopped hearing from them. Plus most of the windows they installed were 1/2 to 1 inch to small so now all the trim has to be redone. Sounds like a great deal to begin with but between the poor quality install and missing product its not worth it. Between the labor and materials that I had to get/replace on the trim it cost me more than I made on the rest of the work I did.

I work for a autoglass company up in North Seattle. We order our flat glass from various companies and recently we started ordering from Pacific. Short of manufacturing the glass they can do it all. Bernie even recut (trim shorter) one of our glass free of charge. The office and shop are staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people. Keep up the good work everyone.

While driving on the 167 my hood popped up and smashed my windshield. I took my car to Pacific Glass and they werent able install the new shield because of damage done the the roof. Bernie is the best. He offered to take it to a shop and recommended a place. The shop was able to get the work done in a fee hours when other shops told me it would take at least 3 days. Anyway, Bernie had my new shield in and my car ready to go in just one day. He saved me time and money, Pacific Glass is the best deal and value imho.
