Took my truck here for an inspection.From the initial phone call with the laddies in the office to the time to pay up, everyone was so friendly and informative. I was having issues with my fuel system and they did a diagnostic on the truck and put a fuel relocation system in and fixed my brake system. All for a very reasonable price. They have a new customer for life!! Thank you all so much!!

I took my vehicle here after the last mechanic shop took advantage of me and my insurance company. The technicians at Yocum had my truck repaired promptly and the communication and honesty was top notch. Will definitely keep doing business here.

Told me to drop off truck and it would be done some time between 9a-12p the next day. I did. At 1030am I called to check on it and it was the next to go on the lift. Called back at 1215pm. It was still the next to go on the lift. The only excuse I was given was they didnt have enough mechanics, and they didnt know that I needed my truck back at noon, the agreed upon time for me to get my truck back.

Loved it, will be coming back for more things in the future. Got what i wanted done plus helping with the extra steps. Love them 💕 will be back

This was the second time I have used Yocum for my auto repairs and while nobody enjoys having expensive unexpected repairs, they make it easier just by being so friendly and professional. They are very quick and efficient and the girls in the front are so welcoming and amazing at keeping you up to date on the cost and repairs needed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs.

They were amazing, I was told when I brought the car in there about noon that it would probably be the next day before they could get to it but I got a text in less than 2 hours telling me what was wrong and a text by 4:10 that it was ready to be picked up 😊 they were very friendly and accommodating, will definitely continue taking our vehicles there

This was my second visit to Yocum. Oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned a concern with braking. They found the issue and corrected it. The maintenance recommendation was spot on. Again, professional, courteous, and priced competitive. Grateful.

I brought my older vehicle in on a Monday when the brake lights came on, and found I could barely use my brakes! When I walked in the receptionist was on the phone letting another customer know that they were very busy that day, so I figured it would be a few days until my vehicle would be ready for pick up. No big deal, just a longer wait.To my surprise, they looked at my car that same day and called me back! I was busy that week so I didnt get to call them back right away. Even though they had called me once already to let me know, they still tried to follow up with me the next day as well!If I hadnt been so busy that week, I bet I probably could have gotten my vehicle the next day, or on Wednesday, I was finally able to retrieve it on friday. But my brakes are fixed now and they have never felt so good before! Thank you Yocum Automotive! Ill be sure to come back to this location for anything!

Thought I had a serious issue turned out to be a small one that fixed the problem. They were super honest only fixed what was wrong and didnt try to up sale and all that. Car broke down during a vacation, found them via AAA website. Called other mechanics and you may was by far the best customer service. They repaired my vehicle quickly and back on the road. Called me every step of the way. Definitely worthy of recommendation.

I took an appointment to bring my car to be fixed, I was surprised that the appointment is only to drop the car not to actually check the engine so I dropped it then the employee told me they will contact me in the afternoon to inform me about the car repair. I waited all afternoon for the call it didnt happen then the nest morning they call me to tell me it cost 2800$ for the first issue and 4800$ for changing the turbo charger so I asked them not to touch it as its a ridiculous amount of money.I was very disappointed of the way the interaction went.I dont recommend ypcum automotive to anyone!

Took my vehicle in to diagnose a door window issue. Very expensive diagnosis. When I returned, the door wasnt even put back together properly. I borrowed a loaner car for the day as well. Not even a quarter of a mile away, the fuel gauge read empty. I had to find a filling station right away to avoid breaking down on the road. Nice enough in the reception area, just too expensive to fix my issue.

These people are so kind. They gave me a ride to my car and were super polite about it. They let me know upfront how much it would be to diagnose the vehicle before they did it and they let me know how much the work would be before they proceeded. They’re amazing! I will always take my car to them.

Everyone at Yocum is very friendly and personable. They are honest and professional. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and wanted them to check my brakes after hearing some odd noises while braking. They checked every brake and rotor just to make sure everything was fine. They could have easily charged me for a brake change and I would have never known any different. I’ll be taking my other vehicles back to Yocum.

The shop is absolutely wonderful! My tire went flat and they worked around my schedule to fix it and put it on my car and then I inspected the rest of my tires and showed me that my other tire also had three nails in it! They are just amazing people and they were able to work me in with no notice. They could’ve sent me on my way and said they didn’t have time because they were so extremely busy! I am So grateful I had a three-year-old and a three-month-old with me and they made it so quick and painless!

Had my truck worked on there. People seem nice, but my truck was never the same, even after having them look at it again, after repairs. Its been a few months and Im still not happy with the work that was done. Wont be back. I gave them 2 shots at it. $2,000EditInvoice # 36994Power steering still goes out in parking lots and alignment is still wrong. Wheel locks to the left. Same issues that I brought it back for. These issues did not exist until after you replaced rack and power steering pump.

I got a nail in my tire, in the sidewall. So I needed a replacement, Pronto!They didnt have it in stock, but they got it delivered the next day and had the tire mounted and on my car in quick order. Very accommodating. I dropped off the bad tire the day before and the gal inside grabbed it for me, checked my other tires and was very knowledgeable about what I needed.Ive used them before for oil changes, and really like their service, a good quality company. Highly recommend them .

I had an 8 o’clock appointment and the oil was changed very quickly. The price was competitive as well so no complaints with that. The only thing that would’ve been helpful was that I couldn’t wait inside due to the COVID issue. If I had been told that when I made the appointment I could’ve arranged for someone to pick me up right away.

I had a list of issues with my jeep, when I had taken it into the store to have the issues diagnosed and then a plan of action on fixing what I could afford at that time. I was told my rear axel needed work, $1,300.00 later I pick it up and the dash lights up with every light related to axel and e break.( which it did not do before I dropped it off) When asked I was told it was due to the work they done and could very well be the sensor not working correctly.( again understanding my keep had a lot of issues) I scheduled the 2nd round of work to be done, engine work, and while it was in I asked if they could see what the issue is with traction control lights, ebreak light, and bds light. After picking it up from the second round and another 650$ later the lights on the dash were not addressed and the check engine light was still on. Upon speaking to them I scheduled once again to drop my vehicle off and to once again diagnose the issues I was having. A loud knocking has been occurring in my jeep for weeks now and was never addressed. (The knocking sound was there from the beginning and never mentioned) It’s very disheartening to spend thousands of dollars over and over and not to mention the inconvenience of the whole ordeal. I stuck with them giving them the benefit of thee doubt and understanding my vehicle had more than one issue and that isn’t always the easier to figure out. On the other hand to take your vehicle and ask them to fix the issues so you can sell it in good condition under good faith or even take the vehicle anywhere you want and not leave the parking lot and have more issues than you started with. Weather or not it was done intentionally or not it’s very unsatisfying, to then again pay about 100$ for them to tell me exhaust manifold is cracked and engine rod is loose. So I ask why that was not addressed in the beginning, if related to the knock it could have been noticed prior to engine work I would have saved that 650 and put it into a new engine. If I were to handle the issue I would have reassured the individual they would get the issues figured out and would not be in every other week to have work done.

My experience with Yocum Automotive wasvery positive. They practiced very safe procedures. I dropped my car off and left the keys in a drop box. When I returned, I paid forthe oil change over the phone and the office manager brought my keys out & placed themon the trumk of my car. They put air in my tires and it looked like they vacuumed the inside of my car.

Yocum was super friendly from start to finish. Honest about issues. The repair was higher than expected however being in business myself I understand that expenses have to be met. Plus I am sure that the diagnostic equipment and mechanics are not cheap so I am ok with that. I will return if we ever need services again. Recommended!
