Just because I have to give it a star. I had a flat tire and they didnt want to change it because they closed at 5 pm. It was 4pm. They let me drive away with a flat tire. The tire was completely flat and I paid for the insurance when I purchased the tires. Its not the first time this happens. Horrible customer service. Im never going to buy tires from them again

This guy needs to be fired. No attitude, no idea how to speak with clients, and no general manners.Don’t go here and avoid this place. Until people like him work in Walmart Auto Care I would never bring my personal vehicle in here.

I got an oil change today. They put air in my tires and this is how it was. Top right 44 top left 46 back right 44 back right 48. We are supposed to be taking out cars to a safe place. We expect to get back into our cars and drive away safely. I tried to call 5 times nobody answered. My psi is supposed to be 34-36. Bad service. I won’t be back.

Showed up at 745am to beat the crowd on 1/29/21. It was pouring rain and when 8am rolled around, not a single employee was to be found. Waited for another 15 minutes before one of the curbside employees came over and said it would not be opened. No sign was posted, nothing. Went to ANOTHER tire & oil change shop got better tires, cheaper price,great customer service.

Everyone was horribly rude. Black Lady who was the department manager or Team Lead was even worse and seemed like she didnt want to deal with customers if they dont like working they should quit. Never coming here again.

I was there on Saturday. The website said they opened at 8:00 am. I was there at 7:56 am, behind 4 or 5 other vehicles. No one came out to start checking us in until after 9:00 am. I had a slow leak in one of my tires, purchased at Walmart. I need the tire fixed, also needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was there a total of 4 hours. I noticed today that one tire that had been purchased at another place when Walmart auto was closed because of Covid, was still in the same spot. I took it in and they rotated them. They called me and had the nerve to say they checked the video and my tires were rotated on Saturday. He may have taken them off but he put them back on without rotating them. I am not an idiot, I know where that tire was.

Both of the times on the website and on the schedule outside of the sliding doors are wrong. The manager who was an African-American older man was very rude. Also when I got my oil changed on March 5 I was shopping in the store and when I was finished I went back to the auto center to get my car and there was no employee to be found so I could pay and get my keys . After waiting with about five other customers we were able to get an employee down so they can help us after I paid for my oil change and received my keys they made me walk all the way around the building to get my car when my car was just outside the door of the auto center ! I work in customer service and honestly this experience was so bad I never have this experience at the Colton Walmart. I always go there for my oil changes but I decided to give this one a try never again I should’ve read the reviews !

They dont do brakes. They told me that it was a 2 hour wait period before they could get my vehicle into the shop when there was only one car in the garage at that time

I would not recommend this auto service center to anyone. My first time pulling up to walmart for an oil change and to receive horrible customer service, I will not be returning. They one need to hire people who have customer service skills or two train your employers better.

Support your local Llantera (Tire Shop) they’ll care about your business and treat you better than Walmart. I had to go to a local shop after terrible service at Walmart. MG tires is Very friendly.

They never answer their phones. I tested them, I was literally in front of the cashier 25 feet away calling and she would just ignore the call. Great customer service!

One of the service guys Tommy very friendly guy very helpful. The service people inside are decent. They do really good work and it does get awful busy. So if you need your oil changed or something like that I would say show up early. Or be prepared to wait in a long line.

I had a good shopping experience. On this visit, I shopped in the automotive department. I bought tires. All of the associates were friendly and courteous. I didnt experience a problem. Excellent customer service.

I cant believe that I actually got good service and a had a pleasant experience while shopping at Walmart. Came in for a set of 4 new tires, and their quote was the best around, plus they had all 4 tires available and I was going on a cross country road trip the next day. All 3 of the service members I interacted with were extremely plesant people. My only complain is that maybe Walmart should hire some extra help, they had 7 cars waiting g in front of mine, I believe they were all getting an oil change. My car took 3:30 to be ready. I spent $440, maybe let my car go in front? Oil changes are $20... Thanks guys.

You wait 4 n hlf hours for an oil change when you get here right when it opens ur the 2nd car in line

If I can put 0 stars for this place I would. I’m sooo upset, this place told me my car would be ready 3-5 hours and I come by to see if my car is ready because 5 hours go by and my car hasn’t been touched.... I had 4 tires that needed to be replaced and they tell me that “accidentally” someone grabbed my two tires and put it for someone else. I have been here for 7 hours now! This is ridiculous

So slow dont reccomend no employees to do oil change....2 hours finally completed car number 1..open at 8am...

Not only did it take forever to get my oil change but then they told me I had an oil leak. So I go ask the mechanic what does it mean by oil leak and he said I dont know Im not certified smh I guess I should take it to a real mechanic next time

Terrible service!! I had a nail in my tire and it is still under warranty and I made it before 7pm and they told me it was too late and that no one could help change my tire! Manager was terrible. Very awful and rude. Employee also told me the tire could not be repaired and I went across the street to Tires LeSchwab! They fixed my tire for free and closed at 6pm and still helped me!!

More than 2 hours for an oil change on a non busy day......the only thing I appreciate was the friendly attendant but not the lazy mechanics inside the shop that had my car in there for at least 1 hour....draining oil???🤔...😂

Service is fine they dont give you what you dont need and let you know of possible problems down the road. Only bad part is the waiting took them twice now at least a half hour to get me in plus service was at least 2 hours

HORRIBLE service. Have you ever waited 5 hours for an oil change? I can sure tell you that it’s not a pleasant experience. I highly recommend that you save your time and go somewhere else.

I’m very very upset ..... I went for an oil change after they took 2 hours to do it I come to find my stereo had been messed with not only that ... I drive home from this Walmart all the way to Yucaipa and I smelled something weird like plastic so I opened the hood and seen the hole where you put engine oil open where is the plug???? Melted to the side I had to replace it immediately obviously i cannot drive my car this way... I’m so upset I paid for the most expensive oil they have and this is what I get a piece of dump splattered everywhere .... inresponsible and unethical people please beware !!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! My family and I arrived 10mins after 7am and the doors were locked. Had to wait for a manager to come unlock doors. When we pulled up there was an associate wheeling out tires for display and instead of greeting us he continued doing what he was doing until I asked for customer service for my 04 Volvo. He practically told me to wait til hes done setting up til hes finished because he was the only associate working the auto center. After waiting about 30mins and STILL NO SERVICE I went to another location which informed me that Wal-Mart do not do oil changes on European cars. #Thanks4Nothing

It doesnt cost that much just to get an oil change and a lot of it depends on what time you get there how fast youll be in and out but as far as the price its money well-spent changing oil is it really that hard of a job so thats why I say its fair what they charge. This is probably the only money I will spend at a Walmart.

I had my oil changed there recently. They didnt tighten the bolts and the cover of my undercarriage came off while driving down the freeway!!!! Thats going to cost me big bucks and I cant even drive my car! GrrrrrrSUCH SLOPPY WORK!

Horrible service six cars before me and nobody came for more than 5 minutes waiting finally let the the alone get inside and the guy inside tell me I have to go outside and wait for some one no way, was my mistake comeback here when one time I request for air filter change and learn that they remove my filter and never put it back.

Huge scam. Charged me $25 for an air filter but didnt tell me price until 3 hours later. Just do the oil change yourself. Again huge scam and waste of time. Spent over $50 on an oil change and 3 hours

They are usually very fast at completing the service you need done to your car.

I always take my cars to this auto center and never have problems last time I took more than 3 hours to did my service and they have only 2 cars in front of me the service guys are walking around talking and drinking coffee, that day the service was terrible I never back again

My truck was ready 11:58 am and I did call 4:30 PM to see if it was ready and it was, so they never call if I dont call they never will I guess and when it was time to pay a had to wait another 30 minutes.

Took forever to answer put me in hold for more than 10 minutes such a bad service waste of time .

Takes forever for a basic oil change

They are very slow . Take so long to do oil changes and tires . Waited almost 3 hours. I go to small tire businesses and they change your tires in a flash .

Do not, I repeat, do not come here to get your repairs. Ive wasted 2 hours of my time doing nothing. Never coming again or recommending to relatives.
