Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I went in to have my cracked iPhone screen repaired and walked away with a fixed screen in about 30 minutes. Good price for a glass replacement. Did it in a couple hours. Called 3 other stores, they were the best price, huge selection of phone covers and other accessories. They knew my wife needed a new phone and did not pressure us to buy one there, theyre told us to go to AT&T and get a new free phone with a new contract. Solid guys.

They were cheap, they charged me less than half of what other phone repairs companies were charging. They at first told it would take 1 hr. so I went back in an hour then they said it was going to tak another 24 min. so I waited there and it took another 20 min. on top of the 25 min. so it was quite a wait, and they were really not that nice, they were probably having a bad hair day.

As everyone says its one best area to get a great deal on any electronics repairs, accessories, phones to purchase. However, the store is relatively busy and it may take a few hours upon the request needed. Real easy going people with a few exceptions. I have to give it three only due the covid guideline no is following, otherwise exceptional.

I bought a screen protector and had it installed within 10 min . Highly recommend!

I like the older guy who’s always there in charge ! all the staff there is super friendly and helpful but 1 Mexican skinny guy with black hair I believe he was in charge today by the way he’s talking to people was rude and disrespectful to a couple of people. Treat your customers with respect especially to females !

I normally don’t rate places one star but in this case my reason is valid because they sold me a case for my phone and I didn’t know they grinded down the edges just to make my phone sit flat tbh if you don’t have the case just let me know don’t sell me something that doesn’t work with my phone and I spent 25 on a screen protector just so it can peel off with in a month very disappointed.

I was highly recommended to fix my phone at this location by lots of friends and family! I was so desperate for my phone to be fixed.. I need all the memories and photos of a family member who recently passed. I was told this place was the only place I needed to visit from Los Angeles all the way down to the inland empire. I was very skeptical that it could be done because it was ran over by my car on accident in my driveway and it was completely destroyed. Low and behold they made it happen as if it nothing ever happened to it. It brought me to tears and the agents there are a blessing. Worth every penny!! I will be telling all my friends and family. I will be back :)

We were charged ~$75+ for my phone and ~$85 for my friends phone. Got a free charging cable with each, pink and cute. He said the range is usually $75-95 for a shattered screen, depending on how damaged it is. I thought this was reasonable -- some places around here charge $100+.

Came into Ras Electronics 20 mins after they opened! Was immediately greeted! Explained my situation, and he got right to it! Stopped the other thing he was going and going right started fixing my phone! I’ve been stressed all morning without it! So they saved my day! Great prices, clean environment, and parking was easy as well. Found the place perfectly fine, and I’ll be returning for further fixin needs!

My cousin recommended me to this place and I made the drove all the way from Pasadena just because I was told that they were the best. I was not disappointed because I ran over my iphone and it was DESTROYED, bent and everything and they were able to fix it. They made it look brand new. GREAT JOB!
