The phone was a nice color you promised more data I check and it’s twice as less. Not very nice service. My daughter bought me a tablet for my birthday it doesn’t work and one for my son. It took a very long time to get the process done. My daughter wasn’t allowed to use their bathroom. Not fair to spread make faulty happiness do better at your job how can you work for such a business never am coming here again. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Had a defective charging cable, I thought it was the battery but no.Just 2 months with seldom using and cable is shet . Btw this was my upgrade to 30 .....still shet ... Sorry I cant gift a half star 🙈💯

I call before I whent and they had the nerve to say they close @7 pm I get their 6:15pm and its close! they should be aleast honest with the costumers!! But no their always lying about something...

Great phones for the California LifeLine plan I plan to visit it often

They closed early today, why cant they put that there closing early? I came from San Bernardino because it says they close at 7 and I got here at 6:30!

Not enough data usage on the lifeline plan. In addition, if you loose your phone that was provided at the time you signed on when you became a new customer under the lifeline program you are out of luck!! They dont provide replacement phones but Assurance Wireless does!! So I made the switch and are much happier with the service overall. Assurance Wireless also provides you with 5GB a month of data, by far the largest there is as LifeLine providers go.

I have to say .Out of the few hundred managers ive ever worked for. Rialto s store manager my boss. Is one of the most coolest, patient, knowledgeable, down to earth bosses ive ever worked for.Thank U Letty for all u do for all of us on your team .

The store was fine but the service of the company is very poor. It is only worse at SafeLink. Dont even waste your time on SafeLink.
