I really have no idea whether you get good service here or not, I can tell you what the Sprint store is like in the same shopping center. Unfortunately you cant post zero or negative stars which is what the Sprint store really ranks at. This store along with any stores affiliated with it should be avoided at all cost, the management at the store, district and possible regional levels are not interested in caring for Sprints customers, their only goal seems to be to defraud, extort and rip off customers in what ever way they can and should be avoided the same way you would avoid a criminal looking to rob you blind.If for some reason you have no other choice but to go to this store have a Sprint Corporate Service Representative on the phone with you when you go in for your own protection.Craig M.

Yazmen was my service gal. I went in just to make a payment and inmediately after she was do e viewing my account, she shared what upgrades I was eligible for and then started confirming with me of my existing bill charges. We made some adjustments based her her verifications and suggestions. She was very.polite and professional. Cool gal! I was very pleased with her service!

Horrible customer service. They cheat people. The lie about prices. I ported a number over which I told them before hand it would take a few hours. They charged me for the phone then said I have to come back to pick it up when it port over. She should have told me I couldnt leave with my phone before I paid.

This place has very bad customer service. I was denied to buy a phone because my credit card didnt have a chip, Im giving iidentification with my card. So I called the corporate line they said they never heard anything like that before so I take it it was a color thing. Someone needs to file a class action law suit against this company. I swear customer service has went down the drain. I THOUGHT MONEY IS THE COLOR GREEN not BLACK.

Customer service is awful!!! I had a problem and the manager Alma stood in background not offering any assistance or empathy regarding my issue. Then when I asked service Rep Noel what could be done his response was contact corporate. He also attempted to discourage me from contacting them by stating they are franchise.? Does that mean corporate is not concerned about these offices that are representing them in an unfavorable way?? This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy

Ive been to this site two times and neither time they were open. The first time they were late 1hour 30minutes, this time Ive been waiting and it is 10:43 they are still not open. Theyre door clearly states that they open at 10:00AM.. IM VERY UNSATISFIED...
