Went inside to purchase the new samsung flip walked around for 5 min nobody asked me if I need help. Service aside the store was clean and organized.

Was here to upgrade to the new Note Ultra, the service and attention were good they had a few clients and the wait time was acceptable,can there be improvements sure more specials for customers the store was nice its new and in a good location will probably come back to this one !

If I could give them a zero I would! The person that greets you doesn’t know anything! And the worst part is she doesn’t even try to get the information for you! We went in there ready to make a purchase and she literally let us walk out like nothing! This is clearly not how you do sales people! Horrible customer service! Dont go here, they have no idea what theyre doing, a bunch of punks who dont want 2 work or help or even try 2 help, theyre 2 busy literally playing with each other n tying each others shoes n sitting around... I had 2 ask 4 a manager n he did help but he said hes only there for a few days cuz hes from a different store... figures

Stephanie provided a great service! She took her time explaining everything to make sure we are getting what we are paying for. It really shows when a business cares for their customers and exceeds your expectations with their services. I am glad we chose t-mobile for our new phone service but this store specifically.

Asked about a pre-paid plan. Black man on the phone laughed and sarcastically said, What makes you think you can pay 3/month and get 30 min?... Checked website (had it) called back. Yes, we have that pre-paid. 2 stars because the guy that picked up on the call back was professional and knew his plans and told me how to get it. To the first guy that picked up and laughed. Why talk if you dont know what youre saying?? Next time say, Let me find out.
