My experience today was great! I thought it was going to be pack since it’s the first day of the new year, but I was wrong. I believe his name is Javier, he came from a store in Chino, but he was very helpful and informative.

I arrived at the store and the attending worker approached the door and asked How can he help me ??? I said my phone was ran over and broken and I really needed to replace it ASAP..He said as soon as he finishes helping the person inside, he will be approximately 15 minutes or so.. I said ok !!He took approximately 18 minutes and then he was able to Help me... I was extremely impressed with his dedication to be so attentive and professional in my time of urgency to Return back to work. JUAN...Was the worker that Helped me and his work ethics were extremely on Point.. I will most definitely Return to this particular Verizon Store, and I will suggest to people that I am associated with to go there with any of their Verizon Needs..Thanks again Juan...for your time and effort.Mrs. Martinez...

Sold a phone by lying that by phone had no insurance . Made me pay the free phone I had on my current plan by claiming I was doing a device buy out. When we went back Nicole a sales representative said pretty much kick rocks. I had to fix the issue by myself because she would rather make sales instead of fixing the issue she caused. Customers should be treated fair consistently and also provide Fair sales ethics but looks like at this location they lack sales ethic and will lie to make a sell.

Due to Covid customers are instructed to wait in their car until its their turn.. I waited for over an hour and wasnt happy! Once in the store staff provided outstanding customer service so it was worth the wait!

VERY DECEIVING AND RUDE STAFF!My mom went to switch over my kids‘ phone lines from At&t to Verizon and get them new Iphones. She was told her bill would be one thing and days later when she received her first bill the amount was almost DOUBLE. She spoke with ACTUAL Verizon Wireless reps on the phone and was told that they (In this case, I believe David G. was who initially helped her at the store) should have explained all the fees and discounts at the store. She decided to return the phones because it was ridiculous to pay $400 for two phones every month.She went back to return the phones since she was within the return window and was told she would only be getting back $125 out of $238 she paid upfront in taxes and fees. Besides being short on her refund, she was told they would MAIL her a check. Simply RIDICULOUS! All of this could have been avoided if they had just been UPFRONT about the way the promotions and discounts would work.My husband and I have been Verizon customers for many years and have never experienced anything like this but we also make sure to go to Verizon company stores, not “Authorized Retailers.” I’ve also had better service at Best Buy because they are upfront and explain EVERYTHING before you leave the store.I suggest if you are looking to switch to Verizon or shopping for a new phone, find a Verizon COMPANY store or try Best Buy who usually has better deals anyways.

One Star is already to much. I was offer a bunch of promotions and discounts to add a line to my plan. When later got an email confirmation from Verizon, it was all wrong. I contact the store and they told me to wait 2 hours for the system to update. Called after two hours, they told me to wait until the end of the day. I called the next morning and they said to wait 24hrs. I called 24 hours later and they said they were going to resubmit everything and wait 24hr again. At that point I realized they were a franchise and contacted Verizon. After 2 and a half hours on the phone, they were able to fix most of the mess, but of course I didnt get what I was first told. three weeks later I just found out that the credit for the phone that I traded in was applied to another line in my plan. I just called Verizon again and after another 1 and 30 minutes they were able to fix it. On top of that, at the store they never told me about $150 credit for bringing the line from another carrier, the free disney+ bundle and the family plan insurance for the phones. I learn about all this with the verizon rep over the phone and I got it all. In conclusion Im really happy with Verizon but I will never set a foot on that store again.

Victor knew immediately what was wrong and fixed my phone in minutes. Great service. Just needs some chairs for us SENIORS who cant stand any length of time.

My experience was fantastic. The staff was warm and friendly but most importantly the lady that helped me was fantastic every step of the way. I wasn’t completely prepared but she handled everything and got me my new phone quickly and with no fuss. She was exceptional and I’d like to say thank you.

Worst customer service ever seen, after waiting 6 days for a phone I ordered online, I am told that the order will need to be cancelled and placed again and wait another 5 days. I think is because they are resellers of Verizon and wanted full credit for the order. I would give 0 star if I could.

Today I called for a product that this store didnt carry but the representative Bryan assisted me in such a pleasant and helpful manner as if I was going to be purchasing this item from him. I walked into this location to look for a tempered glass screen protector for my galaxy note 9 and the associate who assisted me with what did just that with ease. She found my tempered glass and installed it onto my phone in less that 5 minutes. Very accommodating.

Went in with a problem with my husband’s phone. Luis was very helpful because he was straight forward and explained everything very well. We told him our situation and the phones we wanted. Instead of trying to convince us to get the newest and greatest, he listened to our concerns and did what he could for us. Luis is very personable and I will definitely come back to this location because of him. Great employee, he eased our stress, and was very sweet to my energetic toddler.

After much delay, I finally decided to upgrade my old phone. As such, walking into a new bill wasnt what I wanted, but the Victra team was professional, courteous, kind and really easy to work with! I was in and out in within 30 minutes!!! Insane right?

I definitely recommend this store for new and existing customers. I came in to pay my bill and Kevin offered me a great tablet which I took advantage of. He helped me link my phone to the tablet and went out of his way to install some cool applications on my new tablet. Ive been to a few different Verizon stores and this store by far has the BEST service!

I came in with my wife to see about getting new phones and Kevin took GREAT care of us. We got the phones we wanted with accessories to protect our phones. He gave me a $200 visa for buying the phone I have and also gave me a cool galaxy tablet that I use everyday! He gave us the service and the attention we look for in any business. I would put 10 stars if I could!!!

I’m reluctant to give bad reviews, because I know that sometimes certain things are out of the control of the employees. However, I feel like when it comes to being completely ripped off, something must be said. I came to this Verizon, got 4 new lines and was told so much false information. I am now stuck paying for two iPads, that I was told were under a BOGO promotion, only to be later told that no such promotion existed when my contract was started. It was the only reason I even purchased them.. Seems like the guy who helped me, was only trying to get some sales. I’m sure I’m not the one person who’s been ripped off by this store. Please do yourself a favor and visit an actual Verizon store.

Iv been having problems with this store since October, It is now January. Carful with the female representative, tali (that claimed to be the manager), and that say you need to purchase a hum or and I-pad to complete the process, They call it humming people. Just very bad Verizon representation. I would never want to stop by this store. The Verizon company has been extremely helpful trying to help me with my account which is the reason I have them 3 stars.

I went to this location with my wife about 6 months. We switch over our accounts from a different cell phone provide. Once at the store the salesman informed my wife and myself that there was a buy one get one free promotion for IPhones at the time. Myself and my wife agreed to get two new phones even though we already had phones. The salesman’s explain to me that we pay for the phones for 3 months and after that we my account would be credited. After the 3 months my account was never credited. I have been calling the location several times over the last 3-4 months and I have spoke to several people regarding this. I have basically got the run around from them. I have been promised a call back from the account manager and I have heard nothing at all. This place lied to me to get a sale and that is pathetic. I am strongly considering filing a lawsuit against this location and the company. PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. (Verzion wireless themselves I have had to issues with) Victra the authorized dealer is the problem here.

I must say this is the most helpful Verizon store Ive ever visited and every employee in there greets you with a smile. Will now be my Verizon store for all my needs when in the area for now on.

I had to wait from 12:00 to 1:30, when other employees showed up because there were only two employees to handle the two customers that were already there. The DMV is quicker. I was there for a warranty and was handed a couple phone numbers to call. They never even pulled up my account.

I’ve walked into several Verizon stores and I’ve never received the customer service that I received at rialto. Erik was so friendly and patient. He answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. He was genuine and helpful and explained everything step by step. Walked in to price a new phone, after 3 hours they pulled out all there dirty moves and completely convinced me to get a whole new plan that came with a tablet some devise called hum and a bag of crap I didnt ask for. They lied by not telling me all the item they giving me has activation fees. (witch I kept telling them I didnt need or want) in the end I walked out paying 200 bucked for a bunch crap I didnt want or need.When I came back the very next day to return everything especially concidering the agreement ended more costing more than my plan with at&t. They just lied, and swindled me, they trew me from manager to manager witch both never made time or effort to help me out. After 7 visits in 14 days I lost. They offered to buy back every for 19 bucks after I paid 200. I just ported my phone back over to At&t because these slime balls werent about to help. Worst experience ever these are the dirtiest swindlers I have ever dealt with. they have to heart and no morals, most definitely no work ethics. All they are trained to do is sell and once they sell your on your own. I highly recommend you all stay away from these crooks. They have no heart and are bottom of totem pole as good humans. They dont care about anyone but themselves and there sales.Please stay away from this store you will regret it.

They will tell you you have to pay 100 plus taxes dont be fooled cause you can just pay taxes. 2.9 is honestly to high of a rating for this store look at your bill and watch it cause all the cases and power packs and any other bs they try to give you isnt included or part of the deal your paying full price for them. They might discount it by a few bucks cause when you walk in they will tell you its gonna be 180 or 150 before even knowing what phone you want dont get played I got let go from this location cause I didnt play people. My numbers were low trust me everyone there is a snake trust me especially the district manager.

This cell phone store is as good as any other. They did treat us well and were nice enough but the whole getting a new cell phone experience is always so painful.

Switched from tmobile to Verizon and brought my galaxy S9. The employees told me my phone wasnt compatible on Verizon and said I had to buy an S9 from them in order to have a functioning phone. I came yo find out that wasnt true from calling Verizon customer service. They wouldnt reimburse me, take their phone back nor credit my account

Happy but not happy. Screen protector the sales associate put on my phone has all kinds of stuff under it and i can not get a instore replacement unless i pay for it. They lied about me getting accessories for free thats how they made money in the sale. Hid all the sguff i paid for until it was all done and over with. Next time i will just upgrade via the website or over verizon customer service.
