My BF told me about this place at first I wasn’t sure about this but as soon as I walked in the store I felt welcomed they were trying to help me and didn’t give me any bad vibes. They were super cool, funny and so helpful ! I’m glad I went to this place and walked out with my new phone, case and one for my bf too. We had a great experience with this place. Scalpers. Plain and simple. Owner, dont bother trying to make it seem like youre just a nice guy with a nice company doing nice things for your customers.Bottom line: LEGITIMATE retailers are selling Playstation 5 for $399 / $499. This company is selling them for well over $1,000.Further evidence of scalping as opposed to simply providing custom service: the amount of advertising and promotional scam that is being used to sell this and other products that are hard to find elsewhere at an extremely bloated price.Im pretty sure there are laws against doing this, and I hope the karma catches up.

My experience at K&B Electronics was honestly a special treat. Upon entrance I was warmly greeted by the amazing young men who work there, Abdel, Ameer, and Amar. The owner, Juan greeted me and introduced himself and personally helped me find the right option for me. Although I was misinformed, the owner chose to take his time with me and to be honest and trustworthy by making the right recommendation at an amazing price. Their financing options are just as amazing as their service. I was able to get my very expensive laptop with a much more affordable way of paying for it. Take it home today and pay it off later? Yes sir! Overall amazing experience and if I know whats right for my pocket and my own peace of mind, Im not going anywhere else for electronics needs but K&B Electronics!

I came to fix my phone at this store and they did a excellent job on my phone! They told me it’ll take 15 minutes and I came back and it was done. They are quick, kind, and I will be back soon.

This is one of the best phone stores in rialto/San Bernardino county i see a lot of the hate comments but if they accidentally mess something up they will be gladly to help you or fix what ever they mess upI bought a watch from them and it wouldn’t connect to my phone i was very frustrated and they replaced it for a new one these people where very kind and helpful

My husband purchased an IPad and Apple Pen after waiting over 2 weeks for the pen to arrive my husband wrapped it and gifted it to me as a late anniversary gift when I opened it the box was empty no pen I asked my husband he was just as surprised the store was closed already so I’ll be calling In the morning to see how in the world this happened
