I like Omars cellular wireless store off of foothill Blvd and pepper avenue and he and the workers are pretty fair with the customers one of the females in there have a attitude and my thing of her is if you dont like your job or you impatient locate another place of employment especially if youre dealing with the public I would recommend for people that need wireless phone service or purchase phones of any kind to check with all my wireless first

I needed a battery for an old phone I have they found an old battery for me. The place was very busy and I waited but I did not know what I was waiting for no one told me so I just sat down and proceeded to wait for 25 minutes which I assumed the man that had help me was charging my phone with the battery he had found for my phone but my phone was not taking a charge from the battery he had found, it wasnt even lighting up. But he told me since I wanted to leave by then to just take the battery and go home and it should charge after a few hours of charging it,they charge me $20 for this battery that didnt even charge my phone. Still after charging@home phone not working.

Tried to scam me out of 10 dollars ! When I told them I was missing money they put on a scene asking what school I went to.. forcing me to recount the money over and over again. Then admiring he can’t count.ps I DON’T BELIEVE HIM, HE OWNS A BUSINESS. But another employee which was a lady with glasses had a very rude and bad attitude with me as well over my money . I feel like their taking advantage of their customers if you’re not watching out because they were going hard on me. But at the end I ended up getting my money because they were wrong.

I was told it would be ready by 2pm? why 5hrs? anyways I went at 3pm. They had the nerve to say come back in 1hr. I think they totally forgot about me.Not friendly or inviting. They act more like we need them rather than be grateful we are keeping them in business. Not sure if I would go back. I spent 200 on a repair, I need to feel appreciated when spending my money.

Honestly, this review should be ZERO STARS!! My father dropped his tablet off here for some repairs. He paid $80 and was told to pick it up 4 days later. Went back and it wasnt ready. The workers told him it would be another week because they would need to order a part. Went back a week later and it STILL wasnt ready. We continued this back-and-forth for almost 6 weeks!! Ended up demanding a refund and they gave us our tablet back. WORSE SERVICE EVER!! Ended up going to a different place where they charged $60 and had the work completed in 5 days!

Did not like the service at all. When my phone broke I went into omars to get it fixed or at least looked at. They did look at it and told me that it had water damage. I listened then told them that I never dropped it in water so that cannot be possible. So then they told me okay we will have our tech look at it again. I was okay with that so I said okay. Then the following day I went in to check if they found a problem, but when I got there they once again told me that it had water damage. This is when I became very upset because I thought we established that It wasnt the water damage that damaged the phone. So I am assuming that they just looked at a broken phone and say the easiest possible thing to say when dealing with a non op phone. I just took my phone and left at that point. Not going back to that place again.

Not sure about this place. I went to change my cellphone screen that was cracked and they said they had the part and to leave for 2hrs. When I came back they were searching for my phone didnt know were it was. When then found it they said they actually did not have the part. If I needed it to pay half and they would order it. They should have checked before assuring they had the part.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! WORK For such high prices, Took my Galaxy Note in to have glass and digitizer replaced. I confronted them about the issue upon getting my phone back and they told me it would be ANOTHER charge to fix what they messed up. The glass at the bottom of my phone was not properly set and they did not even dust out before placing the new glass so now i have a lot of dust spots on my screen which is very annoying during the daytime. WORST OF ALL my sensors! when i get a phone call and remove the phone from me the screen does not come back on. it is such a hassle. and as others have said Very rude and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE.

If they had negatives my star would be a negative 5. I took my phone in for water damage they said that it would take a whole day to dry it out completely n that as soon as it was dried they would check it to see if it turned on n that if it did t they would fix it. So i went back 2 days later n they sd that the technician wasnt in that he would be in till Monday. I couldnt go Monday so i went Tuesday n when i got there I asked for it n they gave it bk n sd they couldnt fix it so i grappbed my phone n left. I contacted another guy yesterday n he told me tgat my pho e wasnt even touched that no one had opened my phone at all that all they probably did was dried it n connected it to the power to see if it turned on n that all that did was burn my mother board. 😡😠
