Great place for TV repair. Took my large screen TV here because it lost picture and sound. Fixed in a few days for very reasonable cost. It went out two weeks afterward but they provide a 30 day warranty and fixed it the second time for free! Great to have someone stand behind their work! Highly recommend!

Great service, My friend gave me a tv that didn’t turn on so after doing some research I decided to go with changing the power supply board. I came across this tv repair shop where I get my haircut at and asked the guy if he had one, he asked me politely to leave my name and number and he would call me back. He ended up calling me back and said he had one in stock at a much more better price then eBay or Amazon. I got home and I ended up installing the power supply board and it worked great. I read the previous reviews and I believe they were left for the previous owner because the guy who attended me had outstanding customer service.

This company i am very familiar with,15 years ago i had A Plus Electronic Repair my Mitsubishi 60 Big Screen TV until today the TV still works great,i have had no problem with it since.My second TV 32 FLAT SCREEN was also repaired by A Plus Electronic and it is working great.I had send a few of my friends and family with TV issues they all are satisfied with the repair service.The guy at the front is very polite,he will assist you getting your TV out of your car...answer all your questions and recommend the best options for you,their repair price is reasonable,my TV was repair promptly and they are very professional in every way.Can you imagine my TV is still working great after 15 years... wow keep up the good works A Plus,i highly recommend A Plus Electronic Repair.

Took too long for tv to get ready even when I dropped it off when they open to give them time. Also the mounted bracket I had fkn pieces were missing. Everything in the back wasn’t how I dropped it off. Power cord was gone. I advise people to take picture before u turn it in.

Took my home theater system in to get checked for some problems. The diagnostic fee was $15, not bad. But when we got a call back for the total estimate, we decided it was just too much and we said we would simply be picking up the unit. Dropped by THREE times, the first two times the guy behind the counter making some excuse as to why he could not give me back my unit. (He wasnt the main guy, someone else was the one who released units back to customers, the units wasnt put back together, always some excuse.) For the third attempt, I had called and got the guy to say that everything was ready. I arrive and the guy tries to charge me for the full price of the repair! I insist to him that when he had called with the estimate we told him that it was too much and would just take our unit back as-is. He goes back to talk to his technicians for several minutes, only to come back and confirm that no work was performed at all to my machine. The guy is a total joke. The place is resembles a dump. No way can I recommend this place to anyone for anything at all.

On Oct.3,2019 my Samsung 55 stopped working. The television is 10 years old so I feared for the worse! Searching for a local tv repair shop on line, I located A PLUS ELECTRONICS REPAIR, in Rialto. Upon calling, I quickly discovered a helpful friendly professional, willing to help. They even came to my home, picked-up the TV., made necessary repairs, and on Oct. 4, 2019 returned the TV SET.....Cant beat next day service! And at a fair price.

I would like to recommend A+ Electronics to all that have a need. Although I have not needed their repair services, I have been working with the owners and have watched how they work with their customers. They care about the work that they do and take care of their customers! Great job Guys!

I took my TV to A+ Plus Electronics and because I was so impress with their services, it is my pleasure to give a review on this company. First I spoke with the owner on the phone (the gentle man so patience and pleasant while I was explaining the problem I was having with my TV ) he gave me some idea what the problem was, but for more accurate diagnoses he needed to see the TV. After examine the TV he came to the same conclusion as previously over the phone. I was only charge a small fee for the in house diagnoses plus the cost of the repair. Their prices is the best around town (because i did some checking) The most impressive thing is that they had my TV ready for pick up the next day. TV now works like it did when it was brand new. I highly recommend this company for all your electronics repair. Since then I have told all my friends and family about this repair shop. .A+ Electronic is the best!!!!!

We have taken a few TVs here now, and he manages to fix all of them for a very reasonable cost. Hes even fixed the RV screen monitor for the back up options, which is very hard to find! I would recommend going here before considering the option of a new TV. Hes so great he will even suggest buying a new TV, if the cost of fixing one is higher. Very honest and trustworthy!

How many Tv repair shops do you know in your area that still exists? Well in Rialto, Andrews Tv repair is reputable, professional, cost effective, innovative(i.e. latest television technology viewing for less than cable Tv) if you are interested. I have taken my Tv and audio receiver in for repair and he and his colleagues discovered that my Mitsubishi tv needed its bulb replaced and my receivers capacitors were burnt. He called me 4-5 days telling me my devices were ready.

Had some display issues with my flat screen, took it to several places and had the same problem. decided to take it A+ Electronics,I got great service from i stepped through the front door greeting was kind and welcoming they assessed my problems and right away the service men helped me get it out my car and into the store, i told them the problem and that i had taken it to other places, they sourced the correct part that was needed and soon enough i was reunited with my baby, thanks A+ Electronics for the reliable service and for saving me the cost of a new TV.

Wanted to charge me 95 dollars to fix a 120 dollar Xbox controller which was fixed for 29 at the repair shop about a mile away from this place. No thanks. He’s trying to tell me how difficult of a repair it is when I’ve done them before, I just don’t have the equipment to do it anymore. Way overpriced, no thanks.

Ive been doing business with Mr. Andrew for years. Hes always priced right and he does quality work in a timely manner. Modern tvs often have many expensive parts that dont last long. Andy will explain to you valid options and if he cant fix if for a reasonable price hell recommend you a new tv set.

Just by calling A Plus Electronic Repair Service in Rialto, I could tell that they are professionals…there was a friendly voice on the phone, which gave very detailed explanations about service offerings and very informative about the TV Industry. We got the information we were looking for and they were very helpful when we got to the store, the staff was pleasant and easy to talk with; we were attended and assisted right away with a smile. They also gave us options and suggestions according to our repair needs after an excellent customer service repair call following diagnostic. The turnaround time for repairs was quick and the cost was amazing compared to going to get a new TV. Also, there was another TV by my aunt’s home that we could not manage to carry-in cause of weight and being that they are elders; A Plus came by the house to assess it, did the repairs and they waived the in-house service charge. I would recommend A Plus Electronic Repair in Rialto anytime for all your TV Repairs and Service!!!

I dont know who I talked to but the dude was super rude and basically told me that he couldnt fix my TV? Like okay Ill go somewhere else with my money then damn.Edit: Thanks for replying to my review. It WAS this place that I called. The person that I spoke with on the phone was not courteous AT ALL and rushed me through the call and basically did not want to help me whatsoever. Stop making excuses.

I feel I was attempted to be ripped off. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Took a hard to find battery charger for a very expensive construction tool. They kept for two days and I had to call them to see if they had looked at it yet... too slow.The charger itself is worth 130 dlls brand new. They tried to charge me 150 dlls for the repair, so obviously I turned it down... they told me the Power Supply was bad, I decided to take the charger to a different place, the man opened the charger right in front of me, looked at it for 20 seconds, changed a fuse, put it back together and the charger was fully operational, he charged me 10 Bucks... I gave him $20. I DO Not recommend A+ Electronics in Rialto.

I have a 55 inch Toshiba big screen it was blurry I was having problems for months I called A plus and they service the TV for 30 bucks that is just for them to come see it that goes towards repair it cost me 175 dollars to fix it is working great is the first day I got it back but everything is great
