Dr. Hardin is amazing. He has taken care of me and my family my whole life, and you can tell he really cares about his patients. Even though he is our doctor, he feels like a family friend!My parents moved to Denver, Colorado in January this year and my dad had to find a new optometrist. After one visit, he decided he would come back to Texas once a year just so he could keep working with Dr. Hardin.When I move, I will do the same!

Staff is very courteous and professional. I arrived a little early to fill out some paperwork as this was my initial visit but the exam started right away and I did not have to wait long to see the doctor. Thorough exam and Dr. Hardin took time to explain test results and answer my questions. I would recommend to family and friends.

Dr. Dan Hardin is wonderful. His bedside manner is wonderful -- so caring, and he makes sure you understand everything about your eye exam. I moved from Dallas about 18 months ago but made the trip back to Texas to see him. I highly recommend using Dr. Hardin. His staff is very professional as well.

We had a very good experience. Lots of sound advise for things related to our vision. No pressure to purchase new glasses as there was very little change from our current lenses. A very thorough examination, friendly staff, technical assistants, and doctor. No extended waiting period to see the doctor as we have experienced at other facilities.

Everyone at this office is caring and wonderful. Krystal spent at least an hour with me one day when I stopped to look at new frames. She is professional and personable. Dr. Dan examined my eyes and took the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this office.

This practice is very well run. I saw Dr. Tara Hardin and she is very passionate about your optical health and all the staff here is very pleasant. As for the optical store, the selection is incredible. I had a problem with my frames after the warranty was over, but they stood by their products and replaced them for me anyway. Dr. Dan is amazing. He spent time figuring out a problem that I didnt even know I had! He realized that my bi-focal contact lenses were not giving me the vision I needed to drive at night. I had noticed it, but just figured that was something I would have to live with if I used bi-focal contacts. I was just brushing it aside and he said, No, lets try to fix that. And he did!!So much care and concern for what I am REALLY seeing! He took lots of time with me and I only waited for 5 minutes to see him. Thank you Dr. Dan! You are the best!

Dr. Hardin is very kind. He doesnt rush through your eye exam. He explains everything thoroughly. My vision had suddenly gotten blurred.He saw something that required me to make a doctor visit. He was correct. I did need medical attention. He gave me a different Rx for my contacts and I could see clearly again! He told me my vision would go back to where it was previously, and it did. He rocks!

I was referred to Dr.’s Dan & Tara Hardin by my optometrist at the Dallas VA hospital. I have been going to this clinic for 3 years now, and have been treated by both Dan and Tara. They are both very wonderful optometrists! They are very thorough and also they are very patient and willing to take the time to listen what you have to say. You definitely don’t feel like just a number being rushed through the process. Unfortunately, I am moving to Lubbock and will need a new provider. Otherwise, I would continue care here for as long as I could. The only issue I’ve ever had was I found out I was double billed for contacts which I contacted them via email and they fixed the problem the same day. Overall, they are A+ in my book for anyone looking for quality eye care.

The doctor was super friendly, but rushed, didnt dilate my eyes or have a machine to check peripheral vision loss (one looks into it and presses a button when they see a light). The woman in the glasses purchase area never smiled, and was impatient and rude. When the glasses came in, they had a gray tint, due to the anti-reflective coating, which looked bad, and none of my prior glasses with AR had this, plus I still saw reflections. The prescription for my weak right eye was less than for my good left eye, and did little, so seemed like the wrong prescription. They were nice to give me my money back for the glasses, but did not for the exam, which has to be redone elsewhere. The glasses seemed much more expensive than other places I have gone, and their selection is limited due to being in a small room. They seem to use a lens provider which has a fancy website, but I found did not work well.

Dr. Scott Harris is great - very personable and knows his stuff. Reasonable prices on contacts and glasses as well. Hes patient with my kids as well. Very much recommended.

The doctor was great, the technician was great, the staff lied and said they took my insurance, told me my exam would be covered, then charged me after I was done.
