I really had a great experience from the Eye doctor to getting my pair of contacts & glasses. The doctor was kind and patient, listened to my concern in detail and I didn’t feel rushed. When I went to order glasses etc. I received the same great service. Judy has a great personality and her energy is very welcoming! She helped me pick out frames and get the use of my full benefits and really made sure what would work best for me financially wise. I really appreciate that. I wish i could rate them below zero, after 4 visits and almost two months wait i have no choice but to get refund.(TARGET AT RICHARDSON SQ MALL STORE)I went for eye test from target affiliate optometrist and ordered glasses from target after two weeks i picked up glasses and were not clear, they said MARKING was wrong give us two more weeks, after two weeks 2nd trip same problem i was told make another appointment with doctor, after two weeks and 3rd visit i have a new eye prescription and wait another two weeks this time we will do right, well after two weeks when i picked up they used same old prescription and new one is missing they refunded my money and have no copy of my new prescriptionWorst service i have seen in a reputable name like Target i will not recommend any one

Okay let me tell you, I was having a crisis. Stuck in the middle of horrible 635 traffic and one of my contacts decided to rip. I had just made a trip from Fort Worth and turning around was not an option. I called this location to see if it was at all possible to pick up an emergency set of contacts. Tasia, my savior, checked with their doctor and found my exact prescription that they had as a trial pack and kept them at the store for me to pick up. Oh, and because of the traffic I ended up getting there past closing and Tasia WAITED FOR ME. I walked in, showed her my prescription, popped in the contact and had instant relief. Seriously one of the sweetest things that anybody has ever done for me. Also, she said I can order contacts through her location but have them shipped to my house! So guess where I’m ordering contacts from when I run out?Sweet, amazing, Tasia! Thank you so much!

I have an 8 year old Autistic boy who needs glasses--and he has a lot of behaviors (including not wearing a mask). Tasia, the manager, was SO accommodating and understanding the whole time. Not to mention she was so knowledgeable about optometry and special needs. I tried calling many places prior and they just didnt care. Plus they take most insurances! Really great experience overall

Tasia was very professional, informative and accommodating to the issues I had with two pairs of glasses. They were fixed better than new. I recommend anybody that need glasses, definitely shop here. They take many insurances. Thanks again for your time.

Worst experience ever at this location ..I ordered my glasses a month ago and never received a call from them. Now when I called them for pickup they said they cant find my order on system...very bad customer service and inefficient staff. Will never go this location again.In my next visit they resolve issue and ordered my glasses again..

A big SHOUT-OUT to the staff for helping me out with a pair of contacts. I left my contacts back home in Indian. I was passing by Texas and this store was the only one that help me out when I need it.

These guys are the best. The eye doctor is pretty amazing and patient. The wait time is ridiculous but the service is awesome. Ill keep coming back even though I dont live in this vicinity any more. I tried the Target in Wylie and it was atrocious.

This place has called me to cancel my appointment twice now for no reason. They dont care about their patients at all.

The lady who helped me out was absolutely amazing. Though I had to wait a bit, I would still recommend this to my friends and family.

The receptionist was kind, apologetic, and helped me figure out a couple of other locations I could go, but it’s ridiculous that you have an option to book online and yet it’s availibility does not match office hours. I booked my appt 2 days prior and missed class to make, it only to find out there’s no doctor.

The employee there said if i got the insurance it would cover everything. Broken, lost or stolen but I call now that they are lost and the insurance doesnt cover it. Thanks for ripping me off and lying to me.
