Definitely one of the best and affordable options in my area! I’ve been going here for 2 years now and their frame options and prices are great! Went in today got my tests done and frames picked smoothly. Ismael was of great help and got me the best deal!

Very impressed with the customer service at the Richardson, TX location on Campbell. I had an issue with the fit of some old glasses. I went to this locations to look at new frames and while I was there, they gladly took the time to properly fit my old ones. Looking forward to getting new glasses from them.

I just love the customer service at this eye lab. Jennifer and her team including Brenda are just angels. Every time I go in the store even with slightest issues with my purchase or questions I am always attended to with proper attention and always walk out with my problems always solved. When I first went there I had budget problems and didn’t have insurance but Jennifer tried her best to accommodate my budget and provide me with the best product combo and eye test. She was very understanding and didn’t turn me away. She sat down with me and offered me the best prices I could get and I was just blown away with her niceness and kind heart. I literally just go to their store because of the people they have. If you have second thoughts about this place you shouldn’t !! This is the place to go for your eye problems and purchases.

The eye exam i was given was not done well and was incorrect. I did not feel like the person that gave me the eye exam really cared about me or even cared about getting the most accurate prescription. Youll get an eye exam through some person talking to you remotely through a TV so what do you expect?The glasses also came in with the rubber ends coming off. I asked for a refund and after 30 minutes they were still unwilling to give me a full refund. The exam was incorrect so the lenses were worthless to me so i am disappointed that they were unwilling to help me get a full refund on the bad service i paid almost $400 for.I also did not appreciate how pushy the sales people were. I insisted i only wanted standard lenses but they kept pushing for me to get more expensive options that would be good if you use a computer and such. Its nice to suggest things, but they were incredibly pushy to the point that i felt like i had to do what they wanted.I had an awful experience at my eyelab and i hope no one else gets the same experience as me.

Wonderful experience at Eyelab in Richardson! I appreciated that the exam is done via teleconference due to COVID-19 so you’re not in a small room close up with a doctor. Jennifer made the trial and checkout process a breeze, and she was so pleasant! I am very happy with my choice to come here for my contact lens exam.

Very nice place. Very clean. Perfect selection of frames. The staff was so kind and helpful. Very friendly staff. A very good price for what I needed. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone who needs glasses. A couple of other places I went check on prices was way to high for my blood. As long as they keep these prices Ill be back.

If I can post less than one star I wont hesitate..this place is just unproffessional salespersons. The prescriber issued wrong lenses and when I returned to them with the corrected presciption, they wanted to charge me 20% of a new lenses and new frame!!! knowing I am using the same frame. Even Walmart offers 6 months refund and 1 year warranty on the frame. Please dont come unless you wanna pay twice the cost.

I was not alt all satisfied with the service there. Even though the staff was kind, the miscommunication between the staff and the OD conducting the exam virtually resulted in a prescription that could not be farther from what could be the real one. I tried to air my concern with the staff but they were not really able to do anything there. Disappointed, I tried to contact the customer service but they kind of washed of me. They said that I should be able to go online and login to schedule a new exam, but I later realized it would not be possible considering I didnt use the website to register for the exam in the first place. I was tempted by their low price but I regret my decision now

I took my mom to this place because she has an eye condition for years and was not sure if glasses were going to help, so Latoya is the lady that helped us, she took some pictures and scans, she answered all of our questions, she helped us from beginning to end. You know when you walk into a room and someone just makes it bright? That was LaToya and Alexis for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed our entire process. They both were professional and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend. 20 out of 10 will be back.

Awful experience here. The optometrist is VIRTUAL, not actually in office, very disappointing as they do not tell you this when you make the appointment. They got my prescription WRONG and there is no one there to ask for help since there was only one person working. The associate working was doing his best by himself managing 4 or 5 appointmemts coming in at the same time but is unacceptable for an exam. Will never come back. Make sure you are ok with being treated VIRTUALLY. I was not.

I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the HIGH level of customer service at Eye Lab! The environment was very welcoming and my exam process was effortless, accurate, and quick! They had 100’s of affordable frame options to choose from and LaToya and Kira took their time in making the experience one that I actually enjoyed! I will definitely be back!!!

Unfortunately my experience was less than pleasant. I had an appointment 1/4 at 3:45 pm for an exam. LaToya, I believe that’s her name; she was friendly BUT she didn’t have a sense of urgency for me when I came yesterday. The iPad that she gave me to fill out some documents weren’t working, I had to restart the process many times. I needed to be out of their by 4:50 pm and she was taking her precious time, helping customers that could’ve waited. Their was a customer in there that was just asking general questions, I actually had an appointment. She should’ve told the other customer, one moment please let me service this customer that has an appointment and I’ll be right back with you. Is this place under staffed? Yes. But again, that’s not my concern. This business is all over the place...I won’t be back

Please be very very careful. The service representatives offer you an eye exam promotion for 49.99 but when you get there they charge you 95.00 saying that they are a franchise . The manager Kyle was very rude . I was told my Eyelab headquarters they were suppose to refund me but he refused right away to honor me ..Horrible service, mis representation and horrible frames ..Moved here from Houston and lived in Massachusetts for over 30 years . Never been mislead ..Please do your homework before you go here . Thank you .Thank you for replying below .. The yearly time to buy new eye glasses has come. This is a time I do not particularly enjoy, but realize how important it is. My expectations are not very high.Place number one I went to was typically okay, but I found nothing extraordinary and prices were typical, a bit on the high side.Number two was okay and I left without prescription or eyeglasses, but the customer service was acceptable and prices were better.Place number three was horrid. The tension was high, the customer service not available. The attitude of the assistant genuinely kept me awake longer than usual this night trying to decide how bad of a review I could write and all the different places I could post it.THE EYE LAB, number four, had some great sale prices advertised, and I found customer service beyond reproach. Hunter, my sales rep, was calm, wore a smile, helped me all I wanted looking for the perfect eyeglasses I save for all year long.I was unusually relaxed during this shopping excursion. Hunter was so pleasant and helpful one might believe he was an old time friend - I only met him today! I have insurance and usually buy one pair of glasses so I do not have to spend any money. This time things changed.The variety was wonderful, I found four eye glass frames I loved and many more I liked. I was contentedly surprised. I ended up buying 3 pair of glasses for little more than my insurance would cover. Hunter had some great suggestions on what would look good. My friend was with me and she agreed with his suggestions. I cant believe I walked out of THE EYE LAB, actually much happier than when I walked in.Thank you to EYE LAB Managment for keeping such a great store, along with good prices and excellent customer service. I will be back next year, a little less apprehensive about shopping for eye glasses and happy to tell my friends that Coit and Campbell is the place to feel good about buying one of the necessities of life in a comfortable and enjoyable environment. I purchased 2 really good glasses (frames, lenses, all the bells and whistles) for the price of one from 2 years ago where I purchased my last glasses.The cost was comparatively the same.Once the eye exam was complete, I was able to see 20/20. I have not been able to do that in years!I have a pair I use exclusively at work (much time on computer) and another for everyday and activity (titanium frames).I had an issue with one of the diabetic pictures not coming out correctly, but they retook it when I came in to pick up my second frames.The staff is super friendly. Very helpful.The frames are pretty stylish and like I said, excellent pricing.It was a very good experience and I would recommend anyone needing glasses to stop here first.

My husband and I went there for specific services. We were looking for glasses for the both of us. Christina, the store manager, was extremely helpful in all aspects. She is very knowledgeable, and she clearly knew her stuff! I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she presented quite a few options for me to choose from. My husband was looking for work safety glasses as well as daily glasses. Needless to say we left with ordering 2 pairs (each) and the price we paid was very reasonable! All in all, the service was great and we received our glasses in a timely manner! They made sure to call us as each one arrived! I would totally recommend this location to anyone and everyone! Ask for Christina when you visit! You won’t regret it!

I had a great experience in this eyelab- in Richardson. Latoya(sorry if I spelled it wrong) is one of the greatest services provider out there. She helped me so much from choosing the style to finding the right lens. If you are an indecisive person on picking glasses like me. She is the right person to talk to. I was impressed by this place! Because of the great service, prices and deals this will now be my go-to place for all my eye wear needs. The patience of the young lady up front (Christine-maybe) was absolutely incredible. I must have tried on about 20 frames before deciding on the perfect ones (two actually since they have that amazing buy 1 get 1 free offer!!) and she was nothing short of great! Execellent customer service & took no time to do a eye exam. I was paying out of pocket for my contacts & couldn’t afford a pair of glasses & the manager personally gave me a discount for them.

I came here based on the reviews, and was very impressed with the service! Especially Dylan! He was very sweet and gentle with me. No wait time! And the glasses are affordable!Something new I never had done before is the eye exam done by video chat. Its the same exact thing like with a real person, however there is a TV in the room with a visual real life doctor. He was also very professional and patient when I asked him to repeat the lenses he was showing me. I thought it was going to be weird at first, but actually was really cool. Definitely recommend this location.

I went to the eyelab Saturday November 7th and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the environment was nice and they put my uneasiness to rest. They helped me through every single step and I will be going back.

Going to eyelab was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The people there are nice but not honest. The service was very bad. I did not get the right contact lenses and was told by the manager that I would be helped but instead I waited for hours for several months but never got any help. I don’t recommend this place! I felt worthless.

I went to EyeLab for prescription glasses after seeing some TV ads about them. I worked with LaToya at the Richardson-Campbell store.I’ve worn eyeglasses since I was 8 years old. I have plenty of good and bad experiences of buying glasses.LaToya was knowledgeable, helpful and gave me excellent customer service! Ask for LaToya if you visit the Richardson-Campbell store!

What a positive experience this was! They were so efficient and pleasant. I was in and out with glasses and sunglasses for next to nothing.

The service was ok. The eye assistant was nice. The doctor being on a tv screen was a little awkward for me. First time I havent had an eye doctor present. The turn around for the making of the glasses is horrible. 14 business days! .... The associate said it should be about a week. checked in every 7 days ... not ready ....... So if you need glasses in a hurry, or even in a decent amount of time, I wouldnt buy them there.

My first experience with getting an eye exam and I would recommend My Eyelab to anyone who wears glasses. As for the staff I only had the great pleasure of meeting Dylan and he is by far the greatest person Ive met here in Texas is 100% the best. I dont write many reviews, and sadly, they are usually more negative than positive. But, this just reinforces how compelled I felt to leave a positive review for these people.First, Celina, Dillon and Juanita run the Richardson, TX store like a well-oiled machine. Not only are they professional and efficient, but they find time to be patient and pleasant, as well. Ive never had such a pleasant experience when having my eyes examined, and Im 60. Further, they have the most advanced equipment for the exam and fitting, and youll even be speaking with a doctor on the TV in front of you with a live assistant by your side. It does seem quicker and more efficient, and I feel like they tested my eyes in ways I had not seen before. In fact, probably selecting frames took the longest time and I was still in and out within about 1 hour. It would have been quicker if I knew what I liked in frames.Juanita was the one who helped me with the tests and getting checked out. She is very cordial, friendly and patient. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with, she helped me pick out frames, she gave me her honest opinion when I asked for it, and she made what is usually an ordeal into a rather pleasant time. I wanted to hang out with all three of them for the rest of the day, but I had to go about my business. But, thats how good it was! I would highly recommend this place over any other eye exam place.While they have a large selection of frames to choose from in-store ranging from under $20 to even some higher end designer frames, it was extremely reasonable in price for 2 pairs of quality glasses. You can also bring your own frames to them and have lenses put in them, if you so desire. After getting my initial pairs, Ill likely be getting some Ray-ban frames and doing just that!My sincere thanks to Juanita, Celina and Dillon for their help and their friendly, cordial and professional attitude. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else! You guys are the best at what you do! Im glad I found you!Thanks for making my time with you memorable and special!

My first time being here and I was impressed with how helpful the staff was. My bad memory doesnt help naming all of them but the card I have with a name and reviews I read about Dylan were all true! He and the others were so helpful. They spent so much time with me finding the right pair and worked with me until I was 100% taken care of. The first thing I noticed was the friendly, professional team followed by the latest technology in examination equipment. No more leaving the eye exam half blind with plastic disposable shields on your face. The sales associates and technicians are very helpful and attentive. Dylan helped me pick out the Just Right style and made accurate measurements for a comfortable wear. The manager, Selena, made sure our experience was excellent. The range of styles of frames are broader and more fashionable than at other discounted retail eye outlets. Any issues are quickly and easily resolved. I highly recommend My Eyelab Ricardson.

Best experience ever. I went to Pearle Vision in Richardson, spent 400+ dollars for one pair of glasses for my daughter and 2 eye exams. This was the result of finding out that location was our of network...after the exams.I walked into eyelab a week later explained the situation and had 2 pairs of glasses and a year of contacts for almost half of the Pearle Vision fiasco. I wont be going anywhere else. Contacts shipped to my daughter and and glasses in hand today. Thank you Eyelab for recovering what started out as a money drain and horrible experience!!

It looks like I was the First Customer. I have never had a more thorough eye exam until now. They did tests I didnt know existed. And the coolest thing was there was no physical Doctor there....he was on a satellite link on tv where he was able to operate the eye exam equipment to test my eyes. Although I had to get the fancy progressive no line bifocals, it was worth it. In and out in about an our from eye exam to prescription to picking out frames. Great place!
