Worst experience I’ve had yet. Bought a car and the day after I took it home the touch screen stopped working and the car started making weird noises, I was told I had to pay for everything even with the warranty I got the first month. The screen won’t even let me do anything at all and they tried saying nothing was wrong with it.
Hands-down best customer service I have had in a long time. My car was out of warranty by a couple of days when it came down with an AC issue and they contacted Honda for me to extend my warranty. They made it a very simple and straightforward process. They also went above and beyond in returning my car to me so I didnt have to make an additional drive out there. I am so thankfully they were able to do that since I cant imagine driving the last 2 weeks without AC. Really helpful and awesome people here and I cant be happier with the outcome.
As usual, 1st rate wonderful service! I brought my 2020 Accord Sport in for B1 maintenance. Set appt. over the phone, very pleasant. Brought in a few days later. Prompt service and very friendly. Price of B1 service was very reasonable. Minimal wait time. Happy camper! Highly recommend service Dept and highly recommend a Honda Accord sport. We love it!
If youre looking for a used vehicle priced higher than a brand new one be sure to check out McCurley. Thats not even including the current $750 discount for a new Rav4.Obviously a dealer can charge whatever they like. Just be aware with the current chip shortage that used prices may be higher than a brand new one would be. If they try to say its a different trim and different options use the Vin number listed to build the same specs and you may very well be surprised.

I test drove about 5 cars and never felt pressured to choose and jump into one that I would regret buying later. Edgar was the salesperson that helped me get the car of my current dreams lol. My appointment was for 9:30 to check the AC in my 2019 CRV. I was there for ~2 hours while they did what they had to do and Ill go back in 2 weeks to see if if theres actually a leak in the system. They were efficient with the time and also washed the car. Im pleased with the service department.
Every time I visit they make sure Im satisfied with my service. The salesmen are always friendly and are never pushy. They ask what brings us in and then will point us in the right direction and even escort us if were unsure of where were going.
Amazing Dealership! Edgar Garcia was the Sales man that helped my husband and I trade our 2014 Nissan Versa in for a Beautiful 2020 Honda CRV with an extremely low interest rate! It’s been about 3 times already when I take my 2008 Honda Accord in to get worked on and for some reason other parts end up malfunctioning. It almost appears that they treat my car really horrible or they purposely get other parts of my car to malfunction just to bring it in more times. I took my car in for an alignment after putting new struts in and my car sounds even worse. From now on I just gonna keep taking my car to a small independent mechanic where loyalty and non miscommunication appears absent. Don’t go to big dealer mechanics. They rip you off.
Service department bent over backwards to solve some issues with our car that they really didnt need to take responsibility for. We really appreciated their efforts and will be returning as customers.

Had an appointment at 8:30 for a vehicle recall. It was my only day off from work and I was promised that the repair would take no longer than an hour and a half. After waiting for two hours in the sales area, I started to wonder if there was anyone working that day since no one had come to look for me. I finally approached the service desk and the advisor Doug couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge my standing there for 10 minutes. When he finally did, he told me that they hadn’t even started working on my car because they ‘didn’t know I was waiting’ and proceeded to place blame on another employee who hadn’t ‘wrote down on the paperwork that I was waiting’ (something that I cannot stand). I wouldn’t have had such a big issue with it, but this was the second time I had taken my vehicle there for service and the second time I had received horrible treatment from them. At the end they promised to wash and vacuum my vehicle for the inconvenience, but it was done very poorly; there were even streaks on my passenger window that hadn’t been there before. I ended up having to spend the rest of my day washing my car because it looked worse than before. The advisor also did not explain at all what the recall was for or what the process was other than something to do with the fuel pump (which he made seem like a minor issue - but, hello, fuel pump?!?) I definitely WILL NOT be taking my vehicle back there for service NOR WILL I EVER purchase a vehicle from them. I would much rather drive to Honda Yakima even though it is a two hour drive. To anyone taking their vehicle here, or buying a vehicle from here, I recommend you reconsider.
I purchased a 2018 Honda Sport and shortly after began experiencing many issues with the computer system of the vehicle and each time I’d bring it in they’d do a quick update and send me on my way and this problem continued. While on the highway my Honda’s computer turned off on me, my signals stopped working, and my lights as well..this has happened on more then 4 occasions ! This Honda dealership still has failed to make me feel safe in the vehicle I drive and the issue persists. They do not provide me a rental vehicle when these issues come up and have not resolve my issue despite me coming in to complain every time it happens. I am extremely dissatisfied with the make of this vehicle and the service repairs I’ve received and the quality of service . Never again will I buy from here

I had my 2004 honda accord serviced today. They called me before doing one of the components that I asked them to do. The cost of replacing a knock sensor was going to be nearly $500. I told them not to do it. Ill try and get my son-in-law to help with it. But I think it shows why they are called Integrity. I appreciate that.

I bought a car here a few months ago, and the sales process was great. I had a warranty issue recently, and the part that was needed was on back order. Even with that, the service department was friendly and kept me informed as soon as the part came in to get my car fixed. This is definitely where I will keep coming to get my car serviced and would purchase a car here again in the future.
I bought a car from this locations a year ago from Donny Ballew. He is amazing, he listened to everything I wanted and he make the whole buying process as painless as possible. He still contacts me every once in a while to check in and to make sure I’m still loving my car. Excellent customer service. Also, today I walked into the service department with out an appointment. They took my car back and told me they would have no problem doing my oil change before I had to be to work. It turned out I needed a new air filter but I didn’t have my wallet. The tech checked my prepaid maintenance plan and it was covered. These guys today have just been great. Thank you McCurly!!
Customer service was poor. Did not handle issue with vehicle properly. The stereo typical hand off method. Did handle negotiation quickly, we didnt make a deal but was relatively quick
We purchased two vehicles here this past Sunday and even though our salesman, Victor, was great, the whole process from start to finish took 5.5 hours (over half was waiting for & completing the paperwork). We were so hungry after being there so long that in our anxiousness to get home to get some food, we hadn’t noticed that neither vehicle had been topped off with gas. One was almost empty and the second was only at a 1/2 tank. We figured this would’ve been on the list of “to do’s” before a sold car left the lot upon being sold. We love the quality of the service department, but I’m not sure we’d recommend the sales side unless you’ve got a full day to hang out.
Service was good today. It can be hit and miss though. Its best to make appointments. Even though they advertise that you can just drop in they rarely have openings. I had an appointment and they handled everything professionally and quickly.

Wont shop there. Husband and I were shopping there two years ago, asked the three guys standing outside where their ramp to get in was. I had my daughter in her stroller. Hardly acknowledged me and told me over there- pointing vegly. Had to have them clarify, as a supervisor came by and helped us up the stairs.
While my fiancé is happy with the car itself which is why there are two stars instead of one, but we had gone in to get the fan fixed as it was only blowing on one setting, and the man came out and told us it would be over $600 to fix it and that it would be a whole big process. We decided to get a second opinion from a family member who was previously a mechanic and the price? $50 for the part itself using a more expensive brand and it only took about 25 minutes to replace. It’s really disgusting that workers here will try to scam customers who know less about cars. We have no plans to purchase any more vehicles from here nor would we go here for any maintenance.

They couldnt beat the Costco price on my 2018 CR-V and also said the other dealership was lying to me about the price.. then when I took it in for the oil dilution problem today they told me to just keep an eye on the oil level even though all 2019 models came out with the fix. I recommend Harvest Honda in Yakima if you want a better deal and more strait forward salesman.

I just bought my first new Honda from McCurley Honda. Overall it was a great experience. The staff there is friendly and helpful and they all seem to have fun at work. They also make it fun for their customers. Ive become a regular McCurley customer. Between their Chevrolet store, their Mazda/Subaru store and their Honda store I have been directly involved in five car purchases at a McCurley dealership. Each one has turned out to be a positive experience. Yes, these guys are in the business of selling cars, so expect the usual shenanigans with their negotiating tactics. Just make sure youre an informed buyer and make it known what you want and McCurley will likely do everything in their power to ensure you leave happy. They really do value their customers.

I came here to test drive several used SUVs over a few weeks. I finally settled on a 2015 Honda Pilot and could not be happier with it. Ive had it for almost 2 months now and its been a very reliable, comfortable vehicle. I received excellent service, and in my experience McCurley stands by their word on what you are purchasing. I plan to come back to purchase another vehicle when needed.

I was very pleased to find that Tony Silva made the experience as painless as possible. We were able to walk out with a new car in four hours! We also get our cars serviced at this dealership and they do a wonderful job. I dont ever feel like theyre trying to rip me off (whether Im buying a car or getting it serviced). Purchased a Honda Pilot at McCurley Honda. My wife and I was greeted by Bradley J. as soon as we pulled in. Bradley was very knowledgeable about the model we were looking for and took us to look at the different options that were available on the lot. Bradley explained all the features, talked about the options each model had and helped us with pricing. We got the deal we wanted and Bradley was very courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Bradley’s priority was to get us what we wanted and at the price we wanted it. I have had several bad experiences here with Service that it is now to the point that I have decided to try and find an alternative place to go. Maybe Walla Walla? I have on two occasions called and talked to Doug to make an appointment only to find out that when I arrived to the scheduled appointment Doug failed to enter it into the computer and they were not expecting me. I also once paid the $6 for a tire rotation and later after getting the vehicle back home discovered that the tires were not rotated. A few weeks ago I had a check engine light come on, brought the vehicle into the shop to get the codes read. They were busy, but service rep Ray went and grabbed the reader and got the codes. I asked him to put the codes into the computer under my file so that when I bring the vehicle in for maintenance they can use the codes to run some diagnostics. Today I bring the vehicle in for my 11am appointment and as luck would have it Ray is there and gets me checked in. He doesnt remember me and cant find the codes in the computer. Okay... no biggie I guess since the check engine light has cleared and the engine runs fine. So I still have them do the oil change and rear brakes as planned. Ray says they will wash and vacuum the van for free. Cool!! They shuttled me back to my house. I get a ride back at 4pm because they had previously told me over the phone when I scheduled the appointment it would be done around 4. Ray tells me that they are shooting for 5pm. I guess this wasnt communicated to me, but I am still not that peeved. I get the van back at 5:45pm and guess what... it hasnt been washed and vacuumed. So an oil change and rear brake job takes almost 7 hours and they cant even follow through on a promise they make. I actually think the service work done to the van is fine, and I do like using genuine Honda parts, but the incompetence at the front desk is getting too much to handle for me.
Customer service from sales men was great! The not so great was the car deal. 30K car with no original floor mats!! Really?? And also price on car not so great!! Now that I have compared car with miles and year. Car should have been like 5k less than selling price!! Lesson learned from car buying experience at this car dealership. Buyers beware! Do your research and compare pricing when being a used car here!!
Recently got my oil changed here. Quick, friendly, efficient. They even washed the outside of my vehicle for free. They called a few days later to be sure I was satisfied and see if I had any questions. I love the service I got from them.

I have always strongly disliked shopping for cars, and I hadn’t bought a *new* car in over 20 years. Therefore, I was fortunate and truly blessed to draw Bradley Yaggi for a salesperson at McCurley Honda. He was unfailingly professional and helpful over a period of several months. He always kept in touch but never pressured me. Bradley did what I would have said was nearly impossible—make my car-buying experience genuinely enjoyable. He added a tremendous value to the buying experience, and it was a privilege to work with him.
McCurley Honda had worked on my car w previous owner. After $11,900 in repairs, I left with more wrong with my car than when I went in and it was messy, unfinished work. If they had been upfront about previous service and let me know about the cars history, I wouldnt have continued. My new mechanic fixed their mistakes at 1/3 the cost. Be Aware
Just an oil change. Was told 30 minute wait. After waiting an hour and a half noticed my car parked way out in the lot walked over to make sure and it was. Went to desk to inquire as to why i saw my car sitting tbere for 20 minutes. Only reply was they were busy and had a stack of others as well.
I just bought a Fit from Travis. It was the best experience of my life. I was in the middle of buying a house and Travis was wonderful about working with me. The financing was better than I expected. The service department was putting in the accessories, didnt like how one of them looked and reordered it - no cost. I could not have been happier with Travis and the service at McCurley Honda.

I went to the parts department and the woman there was extremely rude. She acted like I was hassling her and she was doing me a favor helping me. I barely said anything let alone anything offensive to her. AtAthe cashier I told them I was tax exempt and she said the parts lady would fix it. The rude parts lady rudely says theres a sign at the cashier that says you must tell them that youre from Oregon. There is no sign at the cashier that says this and the cashier told me that the sign is at the parts department. I showed the cashier that there was a man standing in front of me and he was blocking the sign which was on my far left, there was no way I could see it. They did offer to have the manager speak to me but for $2.50 tax I just paid it because it was not worth the hassle. The parts lady needs to be retrained for customer service she has no clue what that is and this dealership has no clue on how to properly treat customers. They basically treated me like a criminal. Absolutely ridiculous
Very informative sales team, answered all my questions, and let me drive anything I wanted because I was unsure... I wouldnt have purchased the car I did anywhere else, because most sales personal wouldnt have left me drive everything... unexpected, but I found what I liked!!😁

Took my 2012 honda accord in for a power steering leak. It was leaking from everywhere. I was expecting a big bill because to me it looked like many of the power steering components were leaking. They determined it was just all of the hoses, and fixed it for no charge! Because of that, I allowed them to fix and replace a few other things that they noticed needed to be done. Because of their honesty and stellar service, I feel like they saved me some money, and I will definitely come back for future services.

Kudos to their service department, they saved me from making a very costly mistake. I brought a car in to be inspected that I was purchasing private sale. I did not have an appointment or know exactly what I should pay to have looked at other then general inspection. I planned on towing behind an RV and had some specific requirements. Not only did they get me in that day but they took the time to educate me and help me determine what should be looked at so I could keep the cost down. Turns out my money was well spent as it needed a serious hidden repair that would have cost me 1500. That turned a great deal into a bad one.
