Great service by the crew. Wait time was a bit long but understandable as they squeezed me in for my tire service. My drive home was smooth and Im very grateful for the time they took to settle my tire issue.

They Couldnt change my oil because was afraid the oil plug mite strip

Wasnt keen on argumentitive mechanic telling me he cant put in 20/50 oil in my high mileage pickup, I showed the previous windshield sticker that showed 20/50 was installed. But they got me in out in 30 minutes

I would give 0. Came in to get oil change. Came back to my car, took it to my friends house. He literally said it looks like they just took my oil out and put the same effing oil they took out and put it back in! And then my air caps locks are all gone in my tires! All of a sudden I have no air caps in my car.

Told me replacing tires would take an hour. I was there early in the morning, no cars in front of me, and it still took them 2 hours for a job that can be done with half an hour in other places. Honestly, never again.

Way too busy, long wait periods no matter what time you get there.

Barely helped me out, was rude.

I called a day earlier and they said that mounting my tires would cost $10 a piece, so i went and had them changed. when all was said and done they billed me $92 ( apparently balancing them is $10 a piece as well) and I didnt expect that. 3 hr wait because they are understaffed. Two stars because my wheels are on my vehicle and feel balanced.

Decent prices, friendly people. My car is still working 2 weeks later. So thats a plus.

Great they even showed me the bend in the lip on my rim before installing it making sure it was fine but I was already somewhat aware, it is fine and wont hurt it but they even asked if I wanted to have it sent back and throw the donut on but as I said its good and just a little bend in the lip, Ill send picture in the morning of the rim, and I am contacting road ready wheels to let them know about it it was during packaging, but Im sure it was during shipping. 10/10 for Walmart auto care in my book and even their cheap douglas all seasons ride great!

Auto service center employees came out to tell me that I had to go enter through the front entrance to purchase a battery...sucks cause Im disabled

Bought New Battery in April 2019, today in 104• hear on the freeway we breakdown. So after finding out it was the battery we leave vehicle and catch ride to Walmart. Upon arrival they test battery to find its got 8volts and only 66 cranking amps. So I said great glad I am still under the 1yr free replacement and I get told before they can do that they now have to put on another machine for 1.5hrs to see if they can revive it. I was dumb founded and asked why if the first report shows its defective which is what my scanner said as well do I have to wait 1.5 hrs to find out what we already know? They said I could come back. I explained the situation and even got Store Manager involved. They didnt care they wouldnt exchange it or offer me discount to replace. I used to spend esly $1000 a month with. them. Now I will never step foot in there again

I had my headlights changed out, a bulb needed to be changed. .Took care of me within 30 minutes, and all was well again. Friendly staff and had the right parts to change.A great experience that was moderately priced.

Quick oil change, normally a 1 hour wait or possibly longer. Good news is you can walk and get your things while you are waiting.

Had a oil change done today for 5w20 but last time they did it they put in 5w30 when it was brought up to the MANAGER SERGIO he just shrugged it off and said so? it wont hurt it like really?! let me mess with ur stuff ur only vehicle that you have this is ridiculous specially for management to just shrug off right in front of me! apart from it theres this associate named Robert thats beyond rude acts like he dont hear you always yelling at people absolutely horrible customer service!!

I was told my oil change would be 30 minutes with my car and one other car in the center also. With about 6 guys around. After I came back 30 minutes later he said well the time is just an estimate which I get however when 30 minutes runs into 1 hour now thats freaking ridiculous. AND they were trying to charge me more than they originally told me. They made me late to an appointment, were not helpful at all with questions. If I would have known I would have went to valvoline instant oil change. Just happened to be in the neighborhood.

I dont know whats with the bad reviews. I drove up, told them the tires i wanted, they had them in stock, they put them on, i paid them, i left. What more can you all want? Fine service

Worst false advertising ever. Left paying $20 more than I told it would be. Never returning and the manager is a JOKE. Part of customer service is making sure your customers are happy and the manager was rude and did absolutely nothing to right the wrong. Dont ever go here.

I wouldnt recomend taking your car here unless you dont want to do anything else that day I have came here countless times to get my oil changed and atleast the last 4 times I have came they have told me that it will be over 2 hour wait because there tech didnt show up and they only have 1 or 2 techs today was no different apparently they only have 1 tech that showed up for work today. This is sad what type of policys do they have for not showing up because there tech apparently never come in and still jave a job

Unfortunately, Ive had bad experiences at this location. I originally purchased lifetime balancing/rotation with my tires. I went in for both services due to highway shaking. After waiting 2 hours with no cars ahead of me, I asked if they had preformed the balancing and was told it was not on the service order and was told that les schaub would do it for free and that I should take it there. I took it to Pasco Walmart where I was once again impressed by their proficiency and speed.

Control freak chick in tier shop made me move service truck & I had 2 carry a battery about 75 yards. TAD

Went for a oil change, they didnt reset my oil life but I figured it out. Good prices and they filled up my tires.

This place is horrible, the manager has horrible attitude. Took 3 hours for a simple job, they move at a snails pace will never go there again worse choice ever to go there again.

If you can get in before the rush its ok. Waited 3 hours for an oil change. They also left grease all over the steering wheel and gear shift but hey they vacuumed.

Do not really like going to Walmart for auto care.

Understaffed. Arrived at 5 p.m. was told that they may not get to my car. There are only four vehicles ahead of me. But they only had one guy doing the Servicing. I received the call at 6:50 telling me that they would not be able to get to it.

Fast and cheap service.

Overpriced. long waiting time and asked them to check tire pressure but came out with nothing. Ive got tire pressure check up light again after visiting them.

Dont bother if its less than an hour before close. They will make up some BS excuse. Just go ahead and subtract an hour from the time they have posted as closing.
