Generally speaking, I dont go to NAPA for most of my auto parts, but there are some things that MUST be high quality, and NAPA is the best. This NAPA, however, has the best customer service of any auto parts store Ive ever been to. These guys are amazing, and I grew up in a towing family, so Ive been to a lot of auto parts stores. Im telling you, if you want the best customer experience youve ever had when it comes to auto parts, this is the place to go.

So I was buying some rope to tie down my load and rememberd the other reason I was there to see if I could find a distributor cap. When I asked the employee how much. It was going to cost me he rang it up and I could not afford it because my load was not secured and I needed a rope to secure my load. But the employee was so nice to pay for thenrooe him self and I have a new distributor part for my truck. Awesome store thank you Pasco Napa

Guy argued with me after bringing part in and letting him know autozone did same thing. Part did not work in my model of car Im sure theyre good but act like theyre experts when they arent and I can find the exact same part on their online even part number matches... ordered from online tired of local dealers they are good for batteries or small components/fluids and such...

A great Automotive Parts store with knowledgeable countermen. Plus they stock a number of AMSOIL products. This, for me, is a great convenience.
