My daughter and I visited this store today and all I can say is Amazing! Maybe a bit more, their customer service is exceptional. Attentiveness, friendliness just the all around experience was that I’ve not had since moving to this area in any other business or retail store. Wow! They are doing a great job. Made our day! This is my favorite store usually. I chose this one because the customer service in the past has been phenomenal! I shop here every couple of months and often exchange candles for the new scents that have come out and iv never had a bad experience until today! I am beyond disappointed!!! My mom sister and I walked in with candles to exchange. Most new summer scents a couple that burnt improperly and were not safe to continue burning. Janae met us at the door instead of welcoming us in or being friendly at all she asked “are you returning those” and took the candles out of my moms hands. She then rudely explained that they have been used so she’s have to check with her manager! She walked away with our candles. Before we even got to the front Sophie the manager was on the phone and had her back turned to us. We awkwardly stood there for 10 minutes waiting and wondering why this was happening allfter years of coming to this store and doing the same type of exchange. Then Sophie rudely explained that “bath and body works has never taken burnt candles since she’s worked there, but she will this one time.” We told her we’ve returned burnt candles several times. Bath and body works policy is 100% guarantee. All of the candles we were returning were clearly malfunctioning. One wick not staying lit, half of the candle burning and not the other. She said “it doesn’t matter” I am extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. We were ignored the rest of the time we were in there shopping. They were busy whispering in the corner about us! Can we get the old management back that took care of their regular customers!!! Janae and Sophie clearly lack customer service and managerial skills!!!!

Has an upscale feel. Everyone one is friendly and helpful. Is convient if you live near queensgate and dont want to got to the mall and battle crowds. I like this location better than the mall.

This store is so BEAUTIFUL! I love bath and body works, and I’ve been to multiple locations and I always was waiting for the day they would remodel the store in the mall, then they ended up opening this store as well and it is amazing!! So nice on the inside, and so much bigger! I love it, and they have great customer service! Shout out to the two ladies who helped me today!
