Probably fine here if you are buying a phone, but it was useless for fixing any problems with a phone. I bought a new Pixel and the messaging wasnt working. Waited in line at the store, told them the problem, and they gave me the Verizon 1-800 number to call and said they wouldnt fix it even thought it just required activating the new phone to my account. They pretty much wanted nothing to do with me if it didnt involve a commission I guess.
We had a great visit on Saturday to get my father-in-law a new phone. Our salesman was extremely helpful and he treated my Spanish speaking family members with a great deal of respect and kindness. We hope to get our business phone plan set up with them soon.

We went in on a Sunday morning. Michael F. was attentive, efficient, and helpful. He quickly identified best deals for us and talked in a language (not techie) I understood. Would highly recommend. Too bad he’s a Cowboys fan. 😉
The people in this store are always enthusiastic when helping customers. I’ve been in this store several times for different reasons. Today Alex took the time to put my screen protector on. He was friendly, amazing, and you could tell he enjoyed making his customers happy. He made my day, and I will definitely be back. This is the BEST Verizon store in Tri-Cities!

Went in to have a screen saver put on my Verizon phone. The representative said he could but wouldnt guarantee he could do it right. Then when he saw that my new Screensaver was not glass he really showed no confidence that he could do it. I walked out of there with bubbles all over my screen and he saying if I would buy a glass one he could definitely put it on. Ha! That aint gonna happen, Ill take it to another Verizon dealer.

Super unprofessional manager Sandee at the Richland store. Tried to cancel service and she wouldn’t provide any information on how to do so or a number to call. Asked what to do and she said “I don’t know I’m not you”. Ended up having to call and someone else provide me with the number to call to cancel my service. Everyone has bad days but don’t take it out on customers especially if you are a manager!

I went intoVerizon looking for a better phone service. Everyone there was very friendly. If an associate didnt know the answer to my question she asked the manager and she was more than willing to help. They seemed to work really well together. If I remember their names correctly it was Brandon, Ashley, and Jasmine who were working. I felt very comfortable giving my personal information, given I just moved here from AZ. The staff is very friendly, considerate, and helpful. Ashley made the setup of new phones and transfer of data from our old phones painless even though we had purchased the phones from Costco. She even gave us great tips on the phones - way more helpful than Costcos kiosk employees were.

Your manager John was very rude and misleading to my 18 year old daughter in getting her own phone and service plan. He never informed her about having to pay a 400.00 start up deposit. So, he put her phone on our bill. We as a family went back to the store to correct this issue and he offered no compensation or apologies. We will never do business with this store again. He told us that was fine with him if we never came back. Not once did we raise our voice or make a scene. However, John wouldnt let us finish a sentence and talked over the top of us. Horrible customer service. He wouldnt give us the name of the owner. So, a formal complaint has been file with Verizon.

Very frustrating coming in to have a screen protector put on and the employee does it incorrectly. Dirt and lint under the class. I pointed it out and was directed to purchase one of their products and it would be put on correctly.
Love my phone and my Verizon service. BUT this store needs new management! When we first went in we met a great worker that was very knowledgeable and helpful. We waited till payday to go back and switch our service. The gal was not there and the person at the desk Started our switch then told us we had to go home and use our own computer to complete the phone trade in deal. I informed him that the gal said they would do it at the store. Another employee came from the back room and helped us and was very pleasant and helpful. We were told to bring our final bill in from our old service and they would finish it so we could get credit for our old phones. Got the bill and went into the store. Greated by the same person that did not want to help us previously. We were told we had to finish the process at home on our computer, any problems just call and they would walk me through it. I spent 3 days searching the website and finally called the store. I was told sorry I know nothing about how to do it and neither does my co worker! Call customer service. By this time I was pissed. Customer service explained that the store should have and could have helped me when I was at the store. I asked if I went to another store if they would do it. They referred me to the store at Columbia Center Mall. I called to verify that they could help me. They informed me that the Queensgate store does this all the time. But please come in and they will see to me needs. I would have saved a lot of grief if I have just gone to the mall store to begin with!,,, I will never go back to the Queesgate store and take my advice and stay away.

Sorry for the long review, but in just a few visits we have received the most help I’ve experienced with a Verizon affiliate store. Here are issues they resolved:(1) My, fiend with dementia, had a Verizon flip phone that he had bought at a Verizon store and had let the service lapse. The GoWireLess store in Richland was able to assist in restoring service, setting up a reoccurring payment plan and patiently teach him the basics of the phones usage. My friend gives me all the credit, but it was the employees of the store that deserve it.(2) When I changed plans for my phone to “pay-as-you-go” at a Verizon store, it didn’t get set up correctly and “once-again” the GoWireLess store straighten out the billing for me.(3) My wife also had a billing issue that the GoWireLess store straighten out.I highly recommend the GoWireLess store in Richland, just off Queensgate for any Verizon purchases or just a helping hand.
