Disappointed in the service I received.Went in to buy some eyelashes and a cute lip color for a wedding coming up. I am unable to wear a mask as I have a condition (not disclosing medical details) that makes it difficult to breathe. I informed the staff and they said that I needed to wear one while checking out (but apparently didnt mind while I was walking around the store and waited until I got to the checkout to tell me). They refused to service me because I couldnt put on a mask. I was upset with the way this was handled. I shop often at ulta, but will not be visiting this one anymore.

I typically have good experiences at this store which is why I’m rating 3/5 stars and not less. However, I dread shopping there when the Russian manager is there. I think her name is Ana. I always find her to be quite rude and dismissive, and when I have to ask her questions about product she always acts as if I’m stupid for not knowing the answer. It ruins the shopping experience. I would rate 5 stars if not for this woman, the other girls there are so nice and helpful.

Great customer service. Oh man she worked in the hair salon I believe it was Anna or Ann (hispanic) I could be completely wrong but I was in the cologne for my husband (Versace) and they were out on the shelf she went in the back to check and they had 1 back there. I was so happy, I had been already to 3 other stores and nothing.

Out of A LOT of stuff. Staff was nice, but its been multiple times Ive been there and their always out of stuff.

Employee Cindi was quite rude, I was really disappointed by the quality of service I received at this store. I don’t like identifying the employee by name but I have now had 3 separate encounters with this woman and each time she was very rude and dismissive to me. Everything else about the store is good though, I have good experiences with the other employees and the store is much cleaner than the other Ulta in town.

Love this store, but the girls are rude. They open at 10am and decided to tell me they werent ready for customers even though it was 10am.

I find great products in my price range.

Went in today to get my long overdue hair cut and conditioned. My appointment started 20mins late which I can understand it happens. Then we got started and she was great at offering ideas. We did a gloss, deep conditioning and a cut. I picked the gloss color we got started. After putting it on my hair she admitted to adding a bit of the color she wanted to my mix. So at this point I am stuck finished with the deep conditioning and get in the chair I asked her to leave some of the length. She did what she wanted she cut it shorter than I wanted it and I felt did not listen to me at all. I was so excited and now I am stuck. I totally learned my lesson and will not be back.

Poor costumer service! Came looking for foundation and girl helping me out wasn’t really paying attention to me!!

Love it! I love all there make up and shampoo and conditioner:3 I recommend this is place!

Hair Solon isn’t good

Always stocked and checkout people are really nice! I get my hair done here and she is the best person to go to. Highly recommend

I came in for lashes and while i was checking out, the cashier let me know that Shayla, one of the hair stylist is available for any haircuts at that moment. The cashier spoke very well about Shayla so I decided to schedule an appointment with her. Since I am from out of town I just decided to get a hair cut at that moment. I let Shayla know about the problems I have with my hair being too thick and heavy for me to manage. Shayla seemed very knowledgeable and flexible with my hair. She was letting me know how she was cutting my hair. I was very impressed with Shayla and I loved how my hair came out afterwards. I recommend everyone especially individuals with thick hair to go to her. She is very experienced.

When I asked to use the bathroom after my purchase, I went into the back by the salon.and asked to make sure I was in the right place. An employee in a small leprechaun hat sitting in the salon area actually sneered at me as I asked this question. I went into the bathroom which was also for the low star rating. The bathroom was filthy. The sink was covered in pink soap and a nearly empty bottle of soap caked in old soap. There was pink hand wash that stained the door exiting the bathroom. So lower stars are mostly for lack of cleanliness and employee attitude.

I really dont appreciate it when you see a sale sign for a product then get up to the register and the product is not on sale. I looked at the sign to make sure that it stated to product I was looking at and no where did it say that it excludes the product I was wanting to buy. Now not only are their one sign but multiple signs and the manager behind the counter continues to tell me that they are not on sale and that their is nothing they can do about it. So I see what you as a store is trying to do. You have worked up the perfect bait and switch game to get people to spend more money. I will never be shopping at this store again.

There was some moving of merchandise going on, just felt a little messy. I understand i was there early and facing a store takes alot of work and organization. But i definitely spent as little time as i could there, this last visit.

I feel like this store has gone down hill a little as far as customer service goes. I asked if they had the new Juvias Place foundation (Which is an Ulta exclusive.), the girl had no idea what I was talking about. I just got, I....dont know. She was with a customer at checkout so I understand she couldnt help me look, but she went from that answer to straight up ignoring me; I just left after that with a thank you. I think I will only stop here if I need something quick, but I dont think I will be in here to kill time anymore. The girls used to be friendly and chatty but now it just seems like you get ignored and followed around.

My wife and I regularly get fragrances here and the associates are my list I never write. They always help me to get the right items when buying my wifes things for her.

Girls if you are looking into getting your hair Done book with Chelsea she’s honestly so genuine and I’ve never been more happy or pleased with a hair service, she knows how to do her job and that just it!! Thank you sooo much!

Horrible experiece...was visiting family and my daughter wanted to check out the mall so I took her around the mall then spotted this store and needed some blush so I made a quick stop in...every single employee working followed me around and treated me like I was about to rob the entire store....I HAD MY DAUGHTER WITH ME CMON NOW!! So super rude ...I wont be returning nor recommending this place anytime soon...

I shop here a lot but prefer to shop on Ulta online. I always feel like the workers are constantly asking me if I need anything, like Im stealing. Which makes me feel super uncomfortable. (I am a Diamond customer so that shows that Ive spent a lot of money at Ulta) Along with the people that work the cash register never give out the samples that go along with some of the items I buy. If I ask about the samples.. They seem to be offended and get moody when they try and look for them. They look for a couple of seconds then say they dont have the samples. Ive asked other workers to look and they always seem to find the samples within minutes. I could understand if there was a huge line and Im holding up the line but theres normally not a line of customers when I check out. If there is a line then I dont even bother to ask. I only go in because I want to see what certain make up products look like in person and figured Id buy them while Im there.

I went to get my hair done, and I just wanna mention that the reason I always back to this place is because Faby is terric !!! I love how professional she is, very polite and I appreciate her humor sence. Ulta beauty you guys are so lucky with this beautiful person! Thank you.

Everyone there was very helpful. A girl named Raquel matched me with amazing make up and had patience with my kids! It’s so hard to shop with kids but everyone there was very kind.

Change your store hours on display if you will not be open until 7 pm during the week.

I went to both Ultas in our area this evening and thoroughly enjoyed my visits. I get such great service at the Columbia Center store especially. Going to a special Urban Decay event tomorrow

I went in the day before to schedule an appointment with the esthetician, (as I am new to the area, I thought it was better to go with a recognized brand and not with a local place). when i arrived they told me their first available appointment was the next day at 10:00 AM which worked perfect with my schedule. i asked for the price and they told me $60 When i arrived the service was great and i would recommend her a 100 times. however when i when to checkout the bill that was given to me was $10 higher than when i was given the initial quote the day before, i told the casher this information, but she seemed to not have bothered and pretty much told me that it is what it is i dont mind paying the extra money because it was a great facial but i wish i would of known in advance. my advice is please double check before hand getting any service done, especially if you are on a budget.

Had good customer service through my shopping trip, but kept hearing someone at the cash register that was super loud and almost yelling to her customers...wow...the whole store doesnt need to hear everything that is going on in the transaction, including acting like a drill sergeant when people were confused about their coupons...are people not allowed to ask questions? It got louder of course, as I got closer to ringing up....I think her name was Lizette..can we turn the volume down a little? I was dreading being the person she rang up...and luckily it didnt happen to me.....now I remember why I shop online....

Its okay some of the staff there can offer to help more. Instead of just staring. It has same prices as a regular store would.

My experience here has always been amazing at the Richland Ulta! The women have been helpful and very nice. The Kennewick Ulta is where I have issues with the staff. They are extremely rude and act like they are better than you.

Went in to see if I could get an appointment to have my hair styled with curls and to the side for a black tie event that night. The lady working told me yes, it would be $40 00 and It would take 1 to 1.5 hours. Made the appointment. Went in, was 15minutes early. A different lady started working on my hair while juggling another client which, was frustrating because, I had a short window of time. Almost 2 hours later my hair was done, it looked nice and I went to pay the bill, I reminded her the first lady I talked to quoted me $40.00. Her comment was, well I charge more than that. She charged me $75.00. My issue is this: 1. ULTA had my number they could have called and told me that they incorrectly quoted me. 2. They could have told me when I arrived, prior to starting on my hair, that they misquoted the price. Either option would have much more ethical than doing the work and after increasing the price! What they did, along with all their sorrys and no offer, not even from the manager, of a discount or coupon for ULTAs error was left a customer feeling totally screwed over. If I did what ULTA did to my clients, I would have none!!

I have gone to this Ulta location twice now, the first time was very average nothing to talk about. But my boyfriend and I just got back from the second trip there and it was so awful. I was approached multiple times and offered help but it did not feel friendly or genuine, I felt like they were checking to make sure I was not stealing. I was looking at ABH highlighter palettes and had a male worker come over to me after I told him I did not need his help and basically take the palette out of my hand, Just to see which palette it was. I do not care if other people have stolen or if I look suspicious to you for whatever reason, you do not treat people this way. I have money and do not need to steal from your store thank you very much! I will never shop at this location again.

I went in for one thing and found a few things.i went to target 1st and bought a huge blanket.i too was followed around and was actually bumped into by more than one employee more than once.So ya by the time i reached the counter i was frustrated and pist. I walked out with nothing. I will try the kennewick one.

Dream store for shopping beauty items!!

I had the worst experience ever. I’m a stay at home mom who doesn’t get out much. I wanted to buy some stuff but wanted to test some products first I just so happened to have my makeup bag so I clean my brushes I was going to use and started testing they said I couldn’t do a full face which was fine because I wasn’t putting primer, lips, foundation, or bake none of that. That is a full face. So i swear the whole staff starts standing around me I mean 5-6 women like they’re going to jump me I explain Im an influencer on instagram for obviously.ly and I’m a glambassador. These are brand endorsement companies that represent me. Not to mention I represent other brands like cocoa locks and skinny coffee. They basically tell me I’m not allowed to use the testers for personal or professional use. I explain I want a new foundation. They tell me I can’t test anymore products and basically I have to leave. I just wanted to be able to go to the store and enjoy very rare down time. I was planning to buy a foundation and got kicked out of the store instead. I was extremely embarrassed and I suggest you order online. I will be trying to contact district or regional managers next.

Facial burned my face and it was only 10 min after I told them I had sensitive skin wouldnt price skin care system went online 370 a month wow super expensive

Was shopping with wife, she dragged me to and fro, lots of talking and questions. Well when I saw ultra, I smiled and said dont you need more makeup. Its been 2 weeks, I miss her but she lives among the makeup now.

Walked in and 6 employees were standing around gossiping, nobody acknowledge I was in the store. Granted I was the only customer in the store. Asked 2 gals at Brow Bar if they had time for a quick wax, since I was there and was told not today, maybe later this week. I guess gossiping takes to much time in your day to do your job. I will stay with getting it done at the Kennewick store. Jamie is the best anyway

The sales girls were commenting on customers looks. And they had nothing good to say.
