I don’t like to write bad reviews in general. But this was really unacceptable. I tried this store for the first time and bought some groceries here. The frozen roti, store labelled local pickle had mould in it! How old are these stuff?! I think the owners should look into it before someone gets sick and sues the store.

This is place is run poorly and it shows in simple things. Dirty bathrooms, no trash bins, non-existent return policy, near expiration items. Do not shop here. They take their customers for granted. This store is in USA but their approach to customer service is very much still in India.

Awful store DO NOT GO HERE terrible produce, expired items, and poor hygiene. Owners are rude and treat customers and employees horribly. They have no sense of customer service and speak to customers and cashiers very harshly and disrespectfully. Also, many of the good reviews here are fake.

This store is selling expired items,rotten onions and vegatables which were spoiled.i will report to the food quality inspector as I have given the store one chance earlier by bringing these issues with rotten onions to the store manager.I still see onions which are spoiled and we have to throw almost half of onions from the bags we buy every week.This week,I have spinach leaves spoiled and i brought it to the notice of store worker and they promptly put it back in the same place to sell back to different customers.The below image is a gulab jamun bottle which is expired a month ago and they were still selling and I bought it with out checking the expiry date.People who ate this at my home are now having issues with health.Enough is enough and i will not go back to this store ever.Who ever are writing reviews of fresh products are plain lying.

Have been going there for a number of years. Typically find everything one would need. Lately though the vegetables are turning out to be substandard. Additionally this place needs a serious cleaning. Hope management will take my review in goos spirit and work on the changes.

Each and every item is cheaper than Patel Brothers at this store.Love the store

This store is the absolute worst -- the people who run this place are extremely rude and have no sense of customer service. I went in this morning at 10 am (once the store had opened) and we were the first customers there. We were hoping to pick up a few vegetables, however, the area with the vegetables was closed off. We asked if it was possible to grab a few things and the lady rudely said, The vegetables wont open for another half hour. She said it in a extremely condescending tone and implied that we somehow should have known that the vegetable section doesnt open even though the store has officially opened up.During COV-ID many small (local) grocery chains are struggling to stay open. However, this place does not deserve anyones business with their terrible attitude. Ill be surprised if this grocery store manages to remain afloat given their poor behavior towards customers. Save your money, go elsewhere!I dont understand how there are so many positive reviews on Google -- feel like many of these reviews are fake.

This store is amazing, whatever you need to make an Indian dish, this where to go! The store is huge!!! Very nicely laid out, clean, nice employees also. I live three towns away, but the trip is well worth it. If you like Asian Indian foods, dont miss a visit there.better prices than most others in the area

Good place. Not expensive at all. Reasonably priced and I dont think they have any competition for Indian groceries near that area. Good part is its close to Costco so you can go to 2 places quickly.

Nice Indo-Asian grocery store in green brooks. They carry wide variety of items. Price is good too. The owner Mr. & Mrs. Patel is very kind and generous. My experience with them is always good. Big parking lot and located right across RT 22 . At least visit once and you will never go to other store for sure.

Stale packaged food, expired products after Covid are still on the shelf. Seems the old stock was not removed and is now sold. We had to throw 3-4 packaged food as they were stale and tasted horrible - All Garvi Gujarat and Haldiram products. Very disappointed with the owners attitude too. Won’t shop here again

Wow this is Best Indian Grocery Store that I have seen in the USA to date (I have lived in the US for 33 years in 10 different states).Wide variety of India specific groceries available. They have labeled every aisle carefully and easy to find stuff. They sell flowers,mango leaves in festival season which is good.

High Prices . Some packed food are expire . I get buns with fungus on them . Shan masala is expired 2019.

MOST IMPORTANT: Also, if you are looking for Indian non-veg frozen items like Sheekh Kababs, Chicken Samosa etc. you will find it here along with a lot of other frozen products.4. We have been going here ever since they opened years back, everything is neatly organized and has plenty of parking. They are also very friendly and courteous, the owners and staff are great and they have several seasonal products for all festivals and cultures.
