Great shop, good quality repair. Shane was my main contact over there during the repair process. I was rear-ended in my new 2021 4Runner and they were able to replace my bumper and fix the small dent in the hatch in 1 week. I did have to go back a week later for them to make an adjustment to the bumper but they knocked it out within 20 minutes. I highly recommend them for any repairs needed on your Toyota.

Car got hit on back door. Took to this company to repair. Insurance recommended. Told service rep that the rental would be out of my pocket and wanted to get in when they had time to look and order parts that first couple days. Was told that this is a simple job and it would be about 7 days. Took them a month to fix it. Tried calling and most of the times their phones were not working. The service rep I had left and when I did speak to the new rep it almost seem like he started from scratch. That was 2 weeks in.When I finally got the car there was duck tape stickie stuff around the window. There were buff marks where they worked the door. The inside window tent was damaged.We did not have time or patience to return because one I needed the car because I had to go out of town a few weeks using the car.Will never use these guys again. Also we bought this car from their dealership. In fact we have bought two from them. Never again

We took our car to Sterling McCall Toyota because of hit and run to the passenger side fender. We thought if we take our car to dealer where we purchased the car, we would get dealer quality repair.Sterling McCall Toyota Fort bend Collision center work was below average and much below our expectation. They replaced the damage fender with an aftermarket fender which the fender does not align with the hood and door. There are wide gaps and the plastic mold between the hood and fender is not seated properly; therefore, it cannot seal the water. When the concern brought up to the person who we dealt with, she shrugged her shoulder, and it seemed she did not care at all. Inside of the car on the passenger side door has been scratched in few places, and there are finger prints that do not wipe off. We do not recommend them at all. We regret to take our car to “Toyota Dealer” for such a low quality, below average job and poor customer service.To whom who answers the feedback by saying “THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW” This answer is not the solution.

They kept telling us the car would be ready a certain day and then that day would come and there would be another excuse and they’d quote another date. Don’t say it’s going to be ready until it’s actually going to be ready.They didn’t even replace the stem caps with the same nice ones that the car came with. The reason we went to Toyota was presumably to get better quality.But the worst part was when we realized a few days after we picked it up that they had left an important part off. No one would answer the phone so we went in and they actually told us that the technician had realized that they left it off a couple of days prior and they kept it there in case we came back. WTH wouldn’t they call and say they messed up? I would have respected that a lot more!This was the worst body shop experience I’ve ever had.

They had my van for over 2 months just for body work on the drivers rear quarter panel and bumper. They don’t answer the phone, my original appointment was made on line and when I went in they didn’t have a record of it. The first service writer I had quit and they didn’t know my van was even there.Very poor organization, communication and follow up. Ridiculous that it took them 2 months to get my vehicle done. Quality of work was good but experience was dreadful. I would strongly NOT recommend them for collision repair.

Accidents do happen, and we always took ours to Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend Collision Center. They left a good impression on us and we trust them with the quality work from a Toyota center. We did have a choice to bring it to a small garage auto body shop, but we didnt; we want professional service from a Toyota center. We were happy both times. Tony Johnson helped us and his customer service is exceptional.

My Toyota Highlander had a sunroof drainage issue; the water from the sunroof drain pipes leak inside instead of outside/under the car. My car spent almost a week at their workshop, but never got fixed. They even left it out in the rain and more water from the sunroof drain pipes soaked my floor carpet. They said they couldn’t find any leaks, and that the sunroof drain pipes work as should, when they tested it. However, the next rainfall, water was still soaking my floor carpet from the sunroof drain pipes.

Went in for a estimate to fix some minor scratches on driver side door. Was told we may have to paint your front fender. Also on the list. New nameplate, mirror and all sorts of other items that do not need to be replaced. You can tell this place runs off insurance scams, so customers probably dont fuss about replacing random stuff unrelated to damage.if you are paying out of pocket, avoid this place.

1. First, the collision center told me there was a dent on my front windshield so it broke during the repaint process and I have to pay $250 to replace my windshield. I wonder why I have to pay for a damage that was caused by the collision center?2. Secondly, I come for the recall to paint my whole flaking part but they only repainted the top of my car and left the front and the back untouched, which made the car looks botched and ugly.

Worst mistake ever taking my truck to this place I took my truck to Toyota collision center to get my truck fix, because of the name of the place Toyota. But I’m beyond disappointed with job they did. They used salvage parts on my truck the parts look worse then the ones on my truck before I got hit. Their excuse was that, the insurance only approved salvage parts but never did they try to contact me to let me know of this matter. Basically they only care about getting paid for the job but not so much about customer satisfaction. So if you can go somewhere else to get your car fix go.

The work on my baby - Nissan 370Z - was exceptional. It had extensive damage and needed the roof, fender, door frames and other major components replaced. I painted cars in my early career and am very discriminating and have high expectations. I was amazed at the fit/finish and paint match. It was literally perfect and looks better than original. Ruby Gonzalez managed my job and was highly attentive and knowledgeable. Jerry Shapley (Collision Manager) took interest to make sure I was totally satisfied. The entire team was highly professional, competent and committed to customer satisfaction. I even got to meet Danny who painted my car and he took time to explain his work and how he achieved the rich gloss and color match. The whole experience was awesome! This was the first time I ever had to have this type of service and it was as painless as it could possibly be. Basically once I chose to use them, the insurance contacted Shane and he took care of everything from there. The Enterprise rental company is at the same location so extremely convenient. Shane is organized, quick, professional, and courteous and so is everyone else on the staff. They went above and beyond to make me happy. Hopefully I will never need collision service again. But if I do, I will know where to go.

Worst dealership experience ever. Uncaring and unprofessional. They obviously have some serious internal communication and staff training problems. At least one of the mechanics in collision center was uncaring and impolite. The reception staffs frequently gave wrong information. If they didnt finish the job well, they always try to find excuses instead of righting the wrong.

Ive purchase 2 automobiles from this dealership...they handle all my auto service maintenance; however my service received from the Auto Collision Dept was less than desirable. I didnt realize the sign saying Remove All Valuables meant clear out your change drawer and your air fresheners ...my change drawer was overflowing with quarters and dollars...The Thievery Is Real Someone was rambling thru my car as they also took my air fresheners. After speaking with the service rep Mark ...who just really blew me off stating we have a sign posted asking everyone to Remove All Valuables... he just left out the part that says Remove Your Valuables or They Will Be Stolen. I dont know what I expected but just not that...I feel kinda violated... Uggghhh But the windshield they replaced looks good...

They put a rush in on this job after I hit a large raccoon that tore up the front end of my car. Got it back right before the hurricane was about to hit. Overall good. Minor body works and took 5 days. Two days wasted for supplemental approval by the insurance company. The insurance company under balls the estimate and the repair shop asks supplemental (basically comes up with something to get what fair price they want and eventually insurance agrees additional 2/3 more). Its a game and your car sits there. I was not told this and was told by the repair shop 2-3 days. The shop gave me shuttle ride back and forth so that helped. The agent at the shop was prompt with email. I think the cost of repair is high end, the highest of all estimates by 25% more at the end. I did there because it approved by the insurance who paid half.

I am totally dissatisfied with the service at Fort Bend Toyota Collision! Absolutely 0 communication! USAA was kept informed ( with the WRONG information) but I had to constantly keep contacting them. I asked for an estimate on doing some extra work while my car was there and was told that I probably didn’t want to spend the money! I never received the estimate! I will never take either one of my cars there for anything and I suggest you don’t either unless you want a major headache! They also returned my car without the limited badge which I had to drive back up there for 5 days after that! Totally incompetent! I bought a 2019 Highlander there in March. I will never buy another car there! Wow!

Excellence and near perfection (just like new, or better). The repair work needed was not extensive, but it was complicated. I could not have asked for better, and the price was amazingly low -- way less than any other body shop had estimated. I would definitely take my car (their or any other brand) to them in the future when I need body work performed. For what its worth, this specific location was recommended by several people I know and trust who either work in the automotive repair business or have had to have extensive dealings with body shops (e.g., fleet managers). Their recommendation was spot on.

I was thrilled with my most recent visit to Ft Bend Toyota for body work on my 2011 Hyundai Sonata. They quickly identified the cheapest solution to repair my bumper so that I would not have to replace it. The car was in the shop from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. They gave me a courtesy ride to sugarland town center where I was able to hang out and wait and they picked me up when the car was ready. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They got my car ready real quick! They went above and beyond. There were some issues I came back for and they took care of it really fast. I wanted them to do a little more touch up and they did without billing me. It was estimate for 3 weeks to repair but got ready in less than 2 weeks.Customer service was great. I got my car fixed by them few months back. After returning home I found a new scratch on my car near to the fuel tank cover and the hitch cap was missing. I informed them the same but no one contacted me back. My technical specialist that they assigned was a lady named Ruby. Its very difficult (almost impossible) if you want to talk to her on phone.Now recently I found the front bumper that they installed is coming out! I contacted the store and left a voice message (thats best you can do when you call them) to Ruby and the department manager named Jerry. No one has contacted me yet. Ill update this post if I ever get contacted or the issue is addressed.My suggestion: DONT take your car to them until you want to ruin it!!!

Fort Bend Toyota Collision Center has done a good job on fixing my car. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the initial estimate of 80 hours to fix my car was not met and it took them a month to complete the job. I ended up paying more than $1300 for my rental car. After finally picking up my car, I have to come back 2x to fix some kind of mechanism that was not done while the vehicle is in their possession for a month. We used to recommend this Body Shop to all our friends but after what I recently experienced, I’m having some reservations.

So I brought my car in after a front end accident. I got a quote for $5200 not bad. My hood need to be replaced along with my headlights and other things. I went with a Toyota because I wanted my car fixed right but what I got were even more problems. My hood was not fully fixed and I left the dealership with almost no oil. It turns out I also had an oil leak but how could they miss that right. Well apparently the collision center doesnt really check your cars out fully. Nor do they check fluids on a car. Its just not there problem.

This was the preferred location for the insurance company that was repairing my vehicle (farmers). We lost four days on the front end after went by for my appointment but was told that they needed a few days to get instructions from them. I let them know up front that I was a teacher headed back to school and needed this taken care of. The procedure turned into two weeks. Their communication was good. But in the end when I couldnt pick up on their schedule (as I said up front) I was threatened with having to pay the rental. Enterprise is on site though so thats good. And they did good work. Just not as speedy as it should have been for such a large facility.

Went to Fort Bend Toyota Collision Center, for car repair after an uninsured motorist ran a red light and hit my car. After the insurance adjuster, gave me the estimate, I took it to the shop. They ordered the parts . Terry Wooten, one of the service managers, notified me when all the parts were in. I took the car in, and they told me it would be about a week for repairs. Terry kept me updated throughout the week on the progress. At the end of the week, I was able to get my car back. The repair was fabulous. It looks brand new. Would definitely recommend Fort Bend Toyota Collision Center for any repairs! They were great from the front office, service advisors, to the repair people! Good job, people!!!!
