Bought my first car from a dealership here when I was in my 20s (Im 37). It was an 88 Honda Accord. They made the experience quick and easy. I havent been here in years, but the fact that they are still in business and they have what appears to be a decent inventory, speaks for itself.

It says latest reviews...but I left one a day ago and got a response..but it isnt being shown. Wonder y?? Because it was a bad review!! Unbelievable!!

Took my car to the location in Chester for an inspection. I of course waited till the last day to get it done, they were unfortunately booked but the nice lady at the front called both their other locations to get me in. The office in Jefferson Davis was able to see me and told me to be there at 9:00am. I went early at 8:00am because my older son was following me to take me home and he needed to log into school. They were incredibly nice and took my car back immediately instead of making me wait till 9:00 am. I definitely will return for all other services needed for all my cars.

Great service. Friendly and knowledgeable workers. Undeniably true to business ethics. Always great vehicles on sales lot and wont let the vehicle leave until absolutely sure its road worthy and if there is a problem will accommodate accordingly. The owner, Marc Coonley, has always been respectful and honest.

I was looking for a Hummer for a few weeks. I looked at many, test drove a few, and was lucky enough to find this one. The folks at C&J Auto were not pushy or aggressive, they were honest about repairs that had been done, and about the mileage being more than what showed on the odometer. I dont expect any used car to be perfect, but so far I only find the small problems that were obvious when I test drove the car (small rip in the seat, broken door locks, etc.) all of which were obvious from the beginning. We agreed on a fair price for car and they did the paperwork quickly. I dont expect to need another used car anytime soon, but I would consider looking here again.

Can not say enough about C & J!!! Lindsay was simply amazing. It felt like I had known her for years. Had exactly what I wanted and the process was not only simple, but courteous, professional, comforting, honest, trustworthy and even fun!!! Sell bad cars.i got a 2007 nissan quest.nothing but trouble . battery first exhaust pipes.thats.the some.of small things.. next was a crack in the block took 9 weeks at peps boy to a used engine.Took 4 weeks to put back in... thats why low stars...no I would not recommend.

I stopped in to take a look at a truck they had available and to test drive it, I spoke to the saleswoman who was helpful as they come, even cracked a few jokes with her and the older gentleman that was there. I test drove it and knew I had to have it a few things had me iffy on the purchase. We agreed on a price and that the two things I was iffy on would be looked at and fixed. C & J Auto Repair which is right next door. We had a little misunderstanding which was totally my fault and I felt bad afterwards however Marc the owner was there every time Ive been in the facility working. I had my wallet stolen out of a car that was towed to their lot. I was borrowing my moms car and simply forgot my wallet in the console. I called on Saturday when i realized but it was after hours so I had to leave a voice mail. They called my back this morning. The lady was very rude. She called me the wrong name and seemed annoyed that she even had to talk to me. I was told I had the wrong number that I need to call their repait shop across the street. She gave me the number (which turned out to be the wrong number) then hung up the phone. And now I cant get anyone to answer. The wallet was not in plain sight and was tucked away in the care which is how i forgot about it.. which means someone was rummaging through the car to find it. My wallet had everything in it; my id, my debt card, my rent money, and my social security card. The theif was kind enough to leave my social behind in the glove box. But with COVID everything is significantly harder to replace so now without my id I may not be able to get a job ive been working on starting. without my rent money I could be a risk for penalties when August 1st gets here since I might not be able to start work. They have made it clear to me that they dont care about their customers. I wouldnt recommend their sales shop OR their repair shop.

Girlfriend had a vibration at highway speed. She took the car into C&J and I expected pay $500+ and have to leave the car over night. C&J had her back on the road in less than an hour after they found a missing wheel weight. Honest people. Fair pricing. Quick turnaround time. Good customer service. What more can you ask for? We will be taking all our cars to C&J from now on.

Called around all morning to get an inspection for my wifes van. Everybody was booked up. Called C&J and they fit me in about 20 minutes. Waited a total of 1.5 hours for an inspection and front brake pads replacement. Great customer service, very polite, and even showed me the old brake pads to let me know actually how worn they were. Great experience! Will definitely come back!

I would just like to share that my experience with C&J has been the best. I cant say enough aboutthem. Customer service, to honesty, to being prompt. They are the best price in town. Took this salesman’s word of the vehicles reliability I was interested in. First he gambled with me on price a few times. Then after he made that right because I was pissed I purchase the vehicle. Later on regretting this purchase finding multiple things wrong. found out he was untruthful and just wanted a sale like most. Shady business! To respond to owner...Your ok. Your sales guy is a liar. And let’s make it VERY clear that there was no price adjustment for me. I never needed your financing. We paid with a check from our bank. Same as cash but when the guys making up prices as we go that’s when he needed to honor the first price I was given when I walked in. This wasn’t a charity matter to help me out. Not even worth my time anymore. Thanks!

The guy john was really nice the first time I was there. Then when I went back to test drive and had some questions, even if the car isnt expensive, I was basically treated like an idiot for questioning the problems it had. John says hes not a salesman, hes right hes a con man. He is just like every other salesman, out for himself. He even told me out of his own mouth when I was there the first time that he sells cars to people that cant afford it everyday and doesnt even feel bad about. Im not even sure if hes a human being. Wouldnt even send an enemy here

C&J ripped me off for over $1,000 dollars!! And I had to take my car to a different mechanic to fix what Marc and his crew could not. Please read this and see this as a warning to take your car elsewhere! Marc seems to be really nice. Do not be deceived.

Prompt service. Reasonable estimate. We were broke down on toll road and they retrieved us straight away. Miley (receptionist) very cheerful and helpful in a stressful situation. They were mindful, honest, reasonably priced and straightforward. Highly recommend especially if you find yourself in a jam and have no idea whom to call for help.

At c&j they go out of their way to make sure you are getting the best possible service at the best possible price. I personally used to go to a competitor down the street but once I gave them an opportunity they won me over as a customer. havent taken my vehicle anywhere else since.

Dont have enough stars to properly rate. Friendly, informative staff, from the Automotive repair side, to the the Auto Sales side. Family owned business, would recommend either side of this business to all.

Fair prices but I found the same vehicle I had been wanting on multiple sites and either false information was posted online or the salesman lied to my face about its history and could not provide a carfax or any other paper trail on the vehicles history to tell me what exactly I was buying. The photos advertising the vehicle also did not show things like cigarette burns in the front and rear seats as well as duct tape on the emergency brake. Its a gravel lot on the side of a highway and the cars are sold as is at firm prices as far as I understood so you might as well be buying from an overpriced private seller. It didnt feel like an honest dealership based on my experience.

Very racist business. Treated me unwelcoming, never ended up buying anything from them because of how uncomfortable I felt. Born and raised in America but unfortunately of Pakistani coloring. Very sad still people like this. After reading reviews should have never even tried here in first place.

My father bought a Volvo from here less than 5 months ago for me. We shouldve gotten it checked by a mechanic elsewhere ( which is our fault). He had the mechanic & sells Lady tell us this car was fine. The engine of the car didnt sound right to my mother, but the mechanic of the shop told my dad it was normal. We second guessed over selves, but bought it anyway. The engine had MUCH WORK that needed to be done so I had the car taken elsewhere. Now, sadly, I am without a car. The people there are VERY friendly & are God given & the sells lady is also. But LESSON LEARNED, always get your car checked by a QUAILFIED mechanic & not where youve bought your car. ( its your loss if you dont! ) also MY MOTHER WAS RIGHT!! ALWAYS take your FAMILIES word over ANYONE ELSES!

Bought a car from them, transmission and brakes had to be replaced within 6 months after buying. Engine had to be replaced a year and a half later. I guess the only thing I hope for is that my car wont break down on me again for these problems.
