My tire wasnt holding air pressure. I hadnt bought the tire there but they checked it out right away. Turns out my valve stem was bad. They replaced it and aired up my tires at no charge! I will remember that and return when I need new tires! Thanks ever so much!

I stopped by for an inspection and also to get a headlight bulb replaced, which I provided. I was not charged for the labor to replace the bulb, only had to pay for the inspection. Integrity is excellent! Top notch service and value! They fixed the parking brake on my brothers truck and replaced all the tires on my truck! Now, my truck no longer shimmies between 60-70! My car drives better than when I bought it. After an extensive check up on what was going on. Mat was detailed with his explanation. Of what the problem was, what needed to be done, what my options were, and how much it cost. I am very happy to have found them. And I won’t be taking my car to any other place, but here.

Went here to get a new air intake part installed. Matt was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately the part the manufacturer gave me was incorrect and wouldn’t fit on my car. Matt didn’t charge me for his time and just told me to bring my car back when I get the correct part. I thought that was very professional and as soon i get the correct part, along with all future vehicle needs, I will be going back 👍🏻

Original alignment settings came loose, went back as soon as I could to have it redone. Got home and same thing. Ill admit I asked for certain specs. on my alignment, and it drove great except for the crooked steering wheel. I watched the mechanic and not once did he bring a torque wrench out to check the torque I specified to him. Instead he uses two open wrenches together to give him more leverage. Seriously? He is also an older gentlemen and most likely could not put the muscle into it needed to torque. First visit he was bragging he had so many years as an ase certified mechanic. I wonder where he learned to uses two wrenches together as opposed to a solid longer breaker bar or torque wrench. Watch your alignment guy. A lot of the time they will just say your toe is the problem and everything is within spec. Even if the toes arent matching. The shop itself did not charge me for the second time. Very nice customer service and amenities while you wait, but I will have to take my car and wasted money else where. You can see in the pics that one wheel is straight and the other crooked with the steering wheel being centered meaning the control arm bolt slipped again and was not tightened enough.

I went to get my inspection done. I was told that it would take about 45 minutes so we sat down to wait. I was so surprised when it only took 20 minutes! The gentleman helping me was really polite and helpful. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to everyone.

Integrity Auto lives up to its name. We recently had a tire replacement for our old 98 bmw m3 on all four tires and the value along with the service is impeccable. Not only that, the team at integrity is honest and truthful to what your cars needs are with no BS. Omar, the owner, is kind, honest, trustworthy and really cares for his customers.

The only place I trust with my car

Sold wrong tires and had to eat much of the cost. Tires wore out after 23k miles (65k rated) and turns out they were completely the wrong tire for vehicle. Was assured at the time they were fine despite being slightly different size and they were a great price.Integrity put in a warranty claim to Goodyear and after 2 weeks of no response and not returning my calls (Goodyear has no record of a claim) they said they can offer 60% of original tire price. Sadly its still up to me to cover mount/balance/valves/disposal etc as well as 50% labor. Turns out the new tires if bought not on warranty, come with $100 off which wasnt applied.So overall, its been an expensive year for no fault of my own. On top of that, they calculated the discount incorrectly and added insurance without asking.I was originally very impressed but now it is clear they get money out of you in very dishonest ways.Edit (response to owner): I made your team very aware at the time I was unhappy so they took some money off the labor costs- which I would never have had to pay if I hadnt been sold the wrong tires to start with. BTW Goodyear has no record of a warranty claim so either they are wrong or your people lied to me for two weeks claiming they were being slow.I didnt even mention how much I was overcharged to have the front struts replaced. That was my choice since you already had the vehicle and I had an urgent trip I had to make. Overall, hugely out of pocket and not happy.

I have nothing but great things to say about integrity. Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, great waiting room and quality work is why I have made integrity my shop of choice. I use to live around the corner and have moved, but I still make the drive to bring my vehicle to integrity, which says a lot! Ive gotten all of my familys cars serviced at Integrity, including my 5 kids cars, since they opened many years ago. Thats a total of 13 cars. With everything imaginable needing to be repaired/replaced over the years with that many cars, Integrity has demonstrated to me that they are trust worthy and operate in integrity as their name says. Matt, Omar and Lee are consistently great to work with as was shown again recently when they repaired the A/C on my wifes car. The car repair business is a brutal business to be in. So many customers are rude and seem to think they have the right to mistreat and even scream at Integritys employees. Abusive, ridiculous, immature behavior for an adult. The team there is gracious and kind inspite of it and I applaud them for that!

I had an oil change and inspection done very quickly. They let me know that I needed a new engine filter. I was back on the road in no time and I felt everything was cost-effective and I will be returning.

Several years ago I asked them to service the transmission of a Buick with 48,000 miles. I am a mechanical engineer and try to take care of my vehicles. When I picked up the vehicle after their service, I learned that they did not use the OEM transmission fluid. I hoped it would be OK. The transmission failed one week later as we returned from a short trip to San Antonio. They gave me my service fee back but would not take any responsibility for the failure. Fortunately, the vehicle was still within the warranty and Buick honored the warranty with a new transmission.

On March 4th, our Toyota Camry started making strange noises and by the last appointment of the day in Richmond, it just died. We called Integrity Tire and Auto, and they advised us to have it towed to their shop. By the time it was towed to their location, it was late and they were closed for the night. I can’t say enough good things about Omar and Mat over at Integrity. By 8:32 a.m. the next morning, they had already texted me a full professional estimate with the problem (alternator) and the replacement cost was very reasonable. Once I approved the estimate, they advised the car would be ready within a few hours. I even called back and asked them to look at a potential muffler issue that I was concerned about, and it turns out it was absolutely fine. As as added bonus, the shop itself is very clean and in pristine shape. I will be taking all of my auto repairs to Integrity Tire and Auto from now on!

I had to bring in my vehicle for a repair, and the staff was great. They were helpful and attentive on the phone, and in providing a reasonable quote. When I came in, I never had to wait - they saw me and handled my issue immediately.They called as soon as a diagnostic was performed to update my quote, which was reasonable with parts and labor.And, they kept me updated until completion.I was very satisfied, and will likely use them in the future for my automotive needs, including oil changes, alignments, and standard maintenance as well.

The guys there always follow up with me to insure the work they’ve done is still good. I’ll never use anyplace else!

I used Integrity Tire & Auto to do an alignment about three years ago. They did a good job then. I came back to have a different vehicle aligned. They did a great job this time same as before. They had to do more work getting this vehicle aligned and the price was very fair.Ive been to NTB in Rosenberg and recieved very poor service. I dont use NTB any where... I usually get my tires at Discount Tire in Rosenberg. Discount is fair. The service at Integrity Tire & Auto is honestly above the rest. They are very courteous and explain things well. Definitely winning my business. I left a happy customer!

Extremely satisfied with the staff who came to our rescue over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend! My daughter who lives in Dallas, picked me up at the airport in Houston on Thanksgiving morning to visit her sister, my other daughters family who now lives in Richmond, TX.I noticed right away that there was something seriously wrong with the older vehicle she was driving. After calling my husband and discussing our concerns, we made a plan for Friday morning. We first went to a shop in Katy, TX associated with a shop in Dallas where she had recently had new tires put on in September. We were hoping that maybe she had a bad tire causing severely loud road noise... and that it was not transmission noise we were hearing. That shop said it was not coming from the tires, but was a bad drivers-side front Wheel Bearing AND a bad Axle.We checked her records and contacted a previous shop from back home in WI who had done all vehicle maintenance on the vehicle before she moved to Dallas, less than two years ago. They said they would cover the parts for us. However, the Goodyear corporate shop in Katy would NOT install the parts we would provide, nor would they let the WI shop order in the necessary parts. Their price quote for the repairs was over $800, money my daughter could not afford right now.My son-in-law recommended Integrity Auto to us, as he had just had his car there recently and he was very satisfied. He felt we could trust them.We contacted them and they said they would work with us!If we could get the car there yet on Friday, get the parts there (we had it go into Houston to get the parts as they were harder to come by for her particular vehicle) they would have it ready for us Saturday, so we could drive back to Houston on Sunday! They spoke with the mechanic from the shop in WI and ironed out the labor to be billed to her. The shop in WI located the parts for us to go pick up. It all turned out extremely well and we are grateful to be able to write this review with such a happy ending!!!Thank You, and Happy Holidays!

Great place honest people and very knowledgeable

I have taken my car to auto check just down the road more than 10 times with no issue, usually for an oil change. I decided to give these guys a try and got a botched oil job. From the little I was told, my filter was not secured properly and caused oil to shoot out all over the engine bay. They redid the job and cleaned my engine the best they could but obviously cant get into every nook and cranny. The result is driving with smoke coming out of the hood due to burning oil on the various components. My AC also blows the smell of burning oil. Im not the confrontational type so Ill just have to wait and see. This was the first and last time I will ever come here.

They did a great job with our inspections. They had both cars in and out in about 45 minutes without an appointment. Nice, clean waiting area as well. Staff was kind and helpful.

I DO NOT recommend this place. I took my car in for an emissions failure and told them I did not want to spend much money on the car as I had already put a lot into it. They said the diagnostic would be $98 but it would allow them to know exactly what was wrong. I told them that was fine. I get a call the next day and they had done all the work on it without letting me know. The cost was over $400! It was just spark plugs, rotor cap, and clean a mass air flow sensor. If I would have been told of this, I wouldve done all the work at my house as I know how to do all of that, I mostly just needed to know what was wrong. Had it had been something I didnt know I wouldve had them do the work. When I asked if they had tried calling me, they said they werent sure and that was it. I dont know about others, but I dont have that kind of money laying around for such simple repairs that can be done at home. I didnt authorize the repairs, so use caution if youre just wanting a diagnostic done.

I have been going here for years. I purchased a pair of run flat Michelin tires that were $450+ a piece. They began to deteriorate withing 6 months. I took them to get checked and they started that the it was due to a bad alignment which was done here. They pretty much said it was my fault and would need whole new tires because they were unable to do anything. Its about a year since I bought those tires and just replaced them somewhere else. The technician informed me that the tires were in such bad shape because they were old. One was from 2012 and the other from 2013. Remind you that I purchased the tires in 2017. Will never be going back.

I personally wouldnt go anywhere else. They are more than just mechanics. ..they are trustworthy, attentive, and dedicated to great customer service. Im always pleased with the work done on my car.

They are very professional, beyond kind, and their customer service is impeccable. They also have coupons available on their webpage which is rare, and very helpful. Their prices are great, and they do not try to up sell you on services or products you dont need. They also have a great waiting area to sit in while you wait for them to complete your service. They provide cold cans of soft drinks,, bottles of water, snacks, and Keurig coffee machine for coffee, comfortable seating, play areas for children, magazines, and a TV in the waiting area! I will never go anywhere else for a auto inspection, oil changes, tires, or other auto services they provide.

The waiting area and countermen are first class. The owner seems to be a great guy and sincere. That said, his mechanics are lousy. Their biggest downfall is that they dont test drive vehicles after working on them. This is a time killer that a working professional can not afford.Ill give the ownership credit in that they own up to mistakes and persist in fixing them, but 3 out of the 5 jobs I had done there had mistakes.The last faulty repair I just took to another mechanic in Rosenberg who always test drives his work. Considering the value of my time, it was more economical to pay for the same job again than spending time dealing with Integrity. I wish that wasnt the case since Integrity is so conveniently located.

Dropped car off 2 times, AC still doesnt function properly. Tire pressure gauge light on dashboard is stuck on after they installed 4 new tires. They tried to fix it and turned on once I had pulled out of the parking space. Nice people, poor execution.**After the 3rd visit for the same problem, they finally admitted that they hadnt fully tightened a coupling on the AC compressor. Also, the tire pressure monitor is STILL on. I measured the tire pressure they returned my car with (after buying 4 new tires from them) ... 28 psi .... on an SUV. I will never use this shop again, and have confirmed from my dad and brother that this is commonplace business practice for Integrity tire & auto.
