I have an old 1988 Toyota Camry. Obviously some parts are not available due to its age but when I need something I always check with the parts dept to make sure I have the right part number and they respond very quickly. Once the order is placed its on the way and I have it usually next day. Awesome people to work with.

The right part shipped fast via FedEx. I ordered on Tuesday at 2:45pm and it arrived via expedited shipping on Friday afternoon. It was well packaged as a box within a box with paper. Somehow inside of both boxes that arrived in pristine condition two plastic tabs had broken off of the a/c door blend actuator part I had purchased for our old Toyota Minivan. Fortunately, my mechanic was able to use the part in this condition. I took this up with the McGeorge Toyota Parts agent and requested a 10% refund of the parts price for my trouble. They granted this request and covered it up to $20. I consider that a win, because the imperfect part could be used at a slight discount and we avoided the time and drama of returning, refunding, rebuying and reshipping a part. I have 3 old Toyotas that hopefully wont need more parts for a while 🙂, but if so, I will buy from McGeorge.

Ordered a part for my Toyota Tacoma and was not the correct part. Which was fine because it was my mistake but this review is for the following. I had to call their number about 5 times and was on hold for longer than 15 minutes each call which would eventually hang up on itself. Finally got a hold of somebody on the 5th call. They sent me an email about their return policy and address to send back the part. Sadly shipping back this part comes out of my own pocket. I found the same part on Amazon which would have provided a shipping label if I had ordered with them but thought I would get better service with a Toyota dealer. I was wrong.

What a horrible experience and huge waste of time! After shopping around to find the best price on an oem Toyota part I stumbled on McGeorge. They were advertising the best price I could find and free shipping so I went ahead and ordered what I needed. Over 24 hours after I place my order and they charged my card I got an email demanding I send them another $22.02 for shipping or they will have cancel my order. This changes everything as it increases the price of the part by 10% and makes it so they are no longer the best price available. I cannot understand why they would advertise a lower price than they can honor. Clear case of a bait and switch! Beware before you purchase!

Dont shop anywhere else for your toyota parts. I came across this dealership and parts department while looking for oem parts for my truck. I chose to avoid my local dealer due to high cost, and poor service. I have had a better experience dealing with mcgeorge parts online, than i have had at my local dealer in person. Not only is everything reasonably priced for genuine Toyota parts, but they are fast to process your orders, and extremely fast and helpful via email. To top all that off, I recently ordered two parts for my truck (assuming i needed one per side). I received a very prompt email letteing me know that one part covered both sides of the axel, and asking if i would like the extra removed for a refund. You simply can not beat that experience. Even in person, most parts counter guys would just say here you go and send you on your way.These guys take care you, even if they dont know you. I wont shop anywhere else for my parts now.

I ordered something on 12/9 and they told me 4-5 days and I still don’t have it an it’s 12/19 with nothing!

I ordered a hubcap from this company online. They sent me the wrong hubcap. When I spoke to the young man on the phone, (it took waiting five minutes for someone to answer) he informed me that I neglected to provide my VIN number on the order, so that is why I received the incorrect hubcap. I was never asked to provide a VIN number; therefore, I didnt do so. I didnt know this made a difference. I was never prompted to provide it. The young man on the telephone informed me that I would have to pay shipping costs and would incur a 20% restocking fee to return it. He couldnt guarantee a refund, because I opened the package and tried to put it on. (It didnt fit!) The hubcap I am returning is in MINT condition, because I wasnt able to use it. Additionally, I must provide the invoice and original packaging to ensure a refund. I hope to recover SOME of my costs, but I wont recover ALL of them. I wont ever use this company again, and I suggest that you be truly careful with every specific detail of information you provide in addition to looking for their specific obscure requirements. BUYER... BEWARE!
