Matt and the staff at Purzauto Auto Parts was extremely helpful and speedy. My transaction with them took no time or stress at all. They were extremely speedy on both occasions I used them. The transmission they sent me had a problem so they sent me a new one with in the week. Overall they come very highly recommended from me. No waiting on long hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone or waiting forever for an email response. Matt was on top of it and I thank you all.

They are the best business to deal with when you need any car parts! Prompt to call back and get to know you by name and are 100% professional throughout my whole experience with them! They had my transmission getting ready for shipment but it didnt test good so instead of sending it they found me another one and are testing that one before shipment. They also run free 3 year parts warranty sometimes and its only $150 for a 1 year parts and labor warranty and free shipping. I know most people do these high star reviews to boost business or get paid to do it but this is not the case I just had such a great experience with this company that I thought Id share!
