Update: the professionalism of this place is laughable at best as per their response below! If this is who people want to give their money to by all means. That 97 Chevy has been rebuilt from the ground up. Someone’s mad they didn’t get the $1200 to fix a seatbelt, ball joints, and, door handle.These people are crooked as they come. Went for inspection; vehicle failed. Fixed (seatbelt- which the inspector wasn’t smart enough to pull on, door handle, ball joints) went back within the 15 days of getting the rejection, they do a WHOLE new inspection now other things aren’t passing! They literally had one job check ball joints, seatbelt, and door handle! To top it off we were told we were next in line at 7:30am the car didn’t go into a bay until 1pm (if it actually went in a bay we never actually seen it only saw the tech say it couldn’t pass because the seat is loose and the lights aren’t bright enough- neither of those issues were listed in original rejection) so to add insult to injury once questioned about their shady tactics we were told they wouldn’t lose their license for a $500 vehicle! Save yourself the headache these people are full of it they’re screwing people left and right.

I love these guys so far. Theyve done me nothing but right by me as Im getting my trucks together. Thanks guys. I really appreciate your patience and skill sets.

Very helpful, friendly, and funny people. They helped us find new rims on short notice despite it being closing time. They are transparent and clear about the situation, which I really appreciate. A no BS kind of place. There is a cute and friendly shop cat, too!

Being a woman and needing car repairs can be stressful, but it wasnt today!:) There was transparency in labor costs and anticipated costs based upon service. The shop technician came out to explain my needed repairs after my inspection. When I had further questions, he came out a second time to address concerns, explaining in a method I could understand. So, Im happy to find a new shop to manage my car needs in these weird times!

Used them for years for small jobs. Changed my timing belt and now more problems. They said they would look at it. Sat for a week but nothing. Called everyday for updates but they never had time. After demanding they fix it they refused to. 5 minutes later they called me to tell me its parked on Williamsburg Rd and they no longer want to deal with us. We paid $2,000 and got treated like this. Be honest and fix what u damaged. CROOKS!!

So Hanover Tires. Per another mechanic who evaluated your services, confirmed that 1. The water pump that you supposedly installed with the timing chain install, WAS NOT PERFORMED. 2. The oil gauge and temperature gauge, that was working, now works because YOUR TECHNICIAN MIXED CONNECTORS after the timing chain install and I have proof. 3. My husband at no time was VULGAR with you or your workers. 4. It takes 8 hours, per your quote to change a timing belt but you charged me for 16 hours. 5. You parked the truck on the street because of what???? 6. I actually was there one day at 4:30pm when a customer who was waiting in your wait area since 7am that morning complained because no-one had touched her car the entire day and all that you could say was I am sorry but there must have been some confusion. Run a reputable business and stop trying to defend TRUE COMPLAINTS. The time you spent responding to this complaint, you could have FIXED another one of your mistakes. Call me if you want to discuss this issue.

Was able to get my tires & brake check much quicker than I expected. Very friendly & knowledgeable. Price was good.

Hanover tires a very bad business I took my F-150 to have the timing chain replace yes they did the timing chain but broke many components while doing it and I had to pay for it the they promised me that they will be done with it in 8 hours end up being 16 hours and charge me for it lie to me about putting a water pump in a I ended up taking it to another mechanic finding out that there was no new water pump bad business and when I asked them to fix the components that they broke they refused telling me that I will have to pay them to do so wow. After paying $2,000 very very bad business

The owner and family have always given great service, fair prices, and even corrected problems from other shops. Very thankful, I had a problem from a Toyota Dealership that completely wrecked my 4-Runner, amongst one of the issues, cracking my radiator. He looked it over thoroughly, and was fair, and good about the situation. He worked with me, as it was pathetic the workanship at previous shop. I have brought several situations over the last 10 years, and Wyatt has always been straight up, concise, no sugar coating. I may be a woman, but I expect nothing less. Too many shops, take a woman for not knowing or understanding, what needs to be done. In truth it HAS happened to me, as I am sure many woman going into a shop trying to get their car fixed. Always excellant service, fair prices, and his when she worked there was sweet.

I guess I caught them on a bad day... Rude, irritable bunch. Overpriced. Consider this review with a grain of salt, though. They get a LOT of business, and theyve been around a long time.
