I felt comfortable because of his ability to answer all of my question ASAP. By far the best car salesmen I have worked with!!!On another note, Please be vigilant while in the finance office. I almost walked out of the office because of a charge that was added to my purchase and I wasn’t aware of it. The finance officer is not your friend!

Purchased a used car that was shipped from NC. Inspected here. No front license plate frame. They supposedly ordered one and scheduled an appt to install it a week and a half out. Got to the dealership at my appt and waited over two hours. Plate holder wasnt ordered and I sat for over 2hrs and no one thought to tell me until I asked. Service person was never very friendly.

I only went to the parts department but they had what I needed at a reasonable price.

I love my Chevy vehicle but when it comes to service....if it takes you four months to do a task that takes at most three days for a new under warranty vehicle (i.e make two sets of keys) and you never update me on my status. And I have to call to check on the status its very unprofessional. Go to any other GM service just not this one. They are not trustworthy, unprofessional, and will do anything to make a buck over you.

I came in for an oil change. I was looking at possibly buying a new vehicle. I stood around for half an hour and not one person came to me.

I used to get my car here fixed all the time. Prices have gone up so much that I can no longer afford to use them. Also they told me that they would pick me up and bring me back to pick up my car. But when I finally got the notice that my car was ready it was too late for the service. Had to leave my car until I could find a ride.
