The workers are always super nice and helpful. They can also help you find what you need with no problem. The only problem is that some of their stuff is WAYYY overpriced and you can find just as good quality at Walmart for 1/4 the price (literally)

They don’t care about their employees and care even less about their customers. If you’re looking for a job or a book I would look else where

I dont know if I should blame the teacher or the bookstore. I ordered my book for my HRS 300 class and received the wrong book, instead of the 9th edition I got the 8th edition. I dont understand why the bookstore did not know I needed the 8th edition. Now I have to send the book back and wait, class has already started. What if the book is not in the EKU bookstore? Nobody seems to care and even the teacher ignored my question about if it is her fault or the bookstore?

Im a student at EKU. I commute to school every day and accrue thousands of dollars in debt every semester. Im also being forced to shell out an extra 300 bucks a semester because I commute (commuter tax I call it). So after that, tell me something. Why can I not spend MY MONEY INSIDE THE CAMPUS BOOKSTORE. Im absolutely sure some college representative is gonna give me the same old non-answer about why I cant use my flex[commuter tax] on a teddy bear which has been marked up 500%. But I digress with a snappy point. For a program called FLEX it sure isnt helping to stretch my dollar out.

I ordered a printer almost a month ago. I have not received it and no one answers the phone. After 2 minutes of holding, the phone line cuts off. I want my 80 dollars back so I can go to Walmart and buy a printer. WALMART service is better than Barnes and Noble at EKU.

Everyone super helpful getting book voucher set up and understanding how everything works. Layout is easy to follow and even though there was a wait to check out they did have mult registers open to try and keep up.

The staff has always been nice and helpful. The store is typically pretty expensive and they can be particular on price matching rentals. Sometimes its cheaper to price match, buy, then sell back compared to renting.

Way too expensive and dont believe them when they say they price match... I found a book on the barnes and nobles website for half the price but they wouldnt match it because it was through a third party vendor. Other than that, quality is fine if you dont care about costs

I had an order to be delivered and one textbook was back ordered. The book that was back ordered was set for pickup at the school. I go to school online and I am a soldier in the army. I have tried to call several times but no one picks up. The phone call automatically hangs up without any response

Barnes and Nobles monopoly on textbooks allows them to charge already endebted students an extra $1000-2000 every semester for things that should have already been covered in the tuition fees, and everything else in the building is overpriced too.
