My first experience with rnr tires a year ago was everything but great. I was sold a quick deal and turns out the wheels and tires I received did not fit my car. I went back and at first seemed like I was going to be stuck with the problem. The store since has new management and employees which are 100% better. The store manager DAMARO ROBINSON fully looked over the situation and fixed the problem for me. I highly recommend doing business with rnr tires and especially DAMARO! He is a great person and definitely will help with any problem you have .

Best customer service I have got in a long time. Miles was the friendliest and most enthusiastic guy to deal with. I literally ordered new wheels on the spot after talking to him. It was a no brainer. Everyone was awesome. When I left, their crew left my old rims in my suv trunk inside the boxes the new wheels came in. Additionally, they used some of the bungie cords I had in the back to wrap around the boxes so that they wouldnt slide around in the back. Freaking team of MVPs.

Lets talk about customer service...Mr. Duanes level of, was exceptional. Presentation is everything to me, he was very thorough in explaining the process for the services I required and I appreciate the time he took in doing so. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever purchased a set of wheels or rims from. Service was phenomenal my first purchase was for my 650 I BMW and the person working I think his name was Whit did such a amazing job Helping me pick the right wheels for my car. He took his time and laid out all of the best options with detailed information behind each one. I have made several other purchases since then even just for tires and had amazing customer service with every other person I’ve worked with. Will definitely continue to do all my wheel and tire shopping with them.

I had been shopping around for rims and was so undecided. I went in and Rick made me feel so comfortable and at ease about my purchase. I have been coming to RNR for past 2 years for tires and rims for my 2014 Rousch Mustang. Yesterday I had a warranty issues with a tire.Miles did an outstanding job addressing the issue and getting me a replacement tire immediately!!! No back and forth BS ... he viewed the tire, recognized the flaw and got me the replacement. He was professional and informative throughout the process.I have also worked with Duane over the years and he has also always been professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.They have a great team at this store!!

So I normally dont do reviews but Im completely clueless when it comes to tires and anything else automotive. I was informed that I needed new tires very soon and a family friend recommended RNR to me. They were very helpful from beginning to end. When I called I spoke with Miles who was very friendly and he told me to come to the store and theyd take care of me. Miles was not there the day I came but another sales rep named Dwayne helped me out. He told me exactly what I needed and set everything up for me. He did a great job explaining to me and all my cluelessness. The manager and lady who works there also were very friendly and greeted me upon entering the store. I just want to say thanks for to all who helped me make this a less stressful situation. With Covid-19 around and everyone being so high strung, it was a breath of fresh air actually receiving good customer service.

Headed over to RnR for my 3rd set of tires. Spoke with Nya who was extremely polite and welcoming. She had great knowledge about what they had in stock and how long it would take to get what I wanted. She also was very helpful when I was running late to pick up my car after work being that they closed @6 and I wasnt able to get there until 5:45. The service was great once again and I would most definitely recommend them to any and everyone!

Ive dealt with RNR before and never had any problems. I talked with Brian and he helped me get the correct rim size, offset, and color I wanted on monday. I came in today and had the rims and tires put on. It looks amazing! Brian made the paperwork process painless. The warranties they have on the products makes it pretty easy to decide where to go. I will post a pic after my car is washed.
