These people continue to solicit in our neighborhood (ignoring the multiple signs saying not to) and knock/ring as late as 8PM. ADT you will never have my business, leave my neighborhood alone.

The salesperson was wonderful. He explained everything. I have issues with the fine print. It seems like false advertisement. There was a great promotion of $27 plus a month, but to get all the things advertised it is $59 plus monthly. You pay an additional $300 for what I thought was free equipment and on top of that you are charged for the next month installment in 48 hours. In one day it cost me an initial fee of $99, plus $314, plus this month prorated bill and next month of $59. All together I spent close to $500.If you decide to go with ADT, make sure you read the fine print.

I just got my new system and really feel more secure. The process was explained thoroughly and although I did not get the system that I thought I was getting; the customer service representative is processing the correction as I type! Thank you for all of your professionalism and understanding in these uncertain times. I would recommend this company for all of your home security needs! Thank you again!

I have been wanting ADT for sometime but being on a fixed income has kept me from going through with it. My insurance company is going to help a little. I believe elderly people who live alone are extremely vulnerable. I also believe ADT should give a senior citizen discount. Brian was the representative that came to my house, he really tried to sell me something other than the basic system but I told him I just didnt have the money. I was so upset that I was ready to not be a part of ADT. You all should be ashamed of yourself for not trying to work with older people. I felt like when he left that he was pushie with me and that is how he is with everyone. If this is how ADT works I think its a shame.

Serious concerns about Protect Your Home and their business model. They insisted on taking a credit card before they would come out to the house, even though we only wanted an estimate of cost. Charged 104.00 hold on card. Were told if we did not want installation, to call back and we would be refunded the money. When called back, was told we could not speak to the sales agent because order was cancelled. Once onsite, quoted us over 4,000 to install, even though we had been told on the phone that we would not have installation costs. Then, became argumentative and insisted that all competitors were lying to us. Finally, took the parking pass we loaned him and has not returned it. Cannot get supervisor to call us back. Have called multiple times today. Cannot give 0 stars or would have done so.

The ADT technician was expertly informative, very professional, and kind. He was on time, and explained the system I chose, how it would work, and the service contract. I would highly recommend him.

I have been on the phone for over 2 hours just trying to reschedule an install date. I have now decided to cancel my future service and still have not spoken with anyone!! Very very disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Ugo was very knowledgeable in all areas. I have found that I really didnt need the remote as I use my phone so I feel this was a waste of money but all else has proved to be fine so far. . Great.

Cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the customer service at Protect your Home Richmond, VA. First, had a tech come out to install and he installed equipment we didnt want or need. He applied high pressure to unnecessary equipment and service (e.g. Im going to install this and if you decide you dont want it then well downgrade Pretty much installed as much stuff as he could as fast as he could). In talking with another rep later he indicated that this was common with this rep and that it has caused problems for other customers. Ultimately we have a system that does practically nothing but were being charged monthly. And, the contract terms are rigid so were stuck - which admittedly is my fault. Finally we gave in and asked for someone to come out and review what was installed and educate us on how to use the system. Protect Your Home told me theyd do it for $100. Nightmare. My recommendation is to avoid this company all together.

They need to re-train their staff to explain for the customer more about what kinda bill they will get pay. It seems like the ADT billing department is too confuse between the service and monthly payment. Different ADT agent keep calling me and I have to explain to them what is going on. I wont sign the contract again, this is enough.

The technician that came to our home and installed security system was very knowledgeable and qualified. He was very helpful. After he left I had no questions about the operation of the system.

Extremely frustrating process to try to establish service. Spent hours on hold and on the phone trying to facilitate a credit check. Finally had an appointment schedued, stayed home and it was cancelled. They claimed to have left a voicemail message which I never received. More information needed. Still not connected. Simplisafe is looking better and better.
