As with most technology, on rare occasion our panel experienced a malfunction. When I called, the receptionist quickly accessed my problem, and had a specialist call me back within 30 minutes. A technician was offered to come out same day. Our tech, Wesley Lee, was prompt (on the dot), professional, courteous, and even calmed our barking dog. He was able to reset our panel, and fix a troublesome sensor (that was knocked loose during our kitchen remodel). He was done in 22 mins... and the maintenance call was at no extra charge.. Weve had the security system for about a 1.5 years with no problem with the system or there response in the case of an alarm being triggered.As a victim of a prior bike theft I was looking for a security company that could think outside of the box and provide me some option for securing my expensive road bikes which are stored in our garage. Dynamark was able to recommend a custom bike security system for my bicycles. We ended up installed a metal cable with a magnet/sensor at the end which could loop through all the bike frames and then to the locking mechanism.When I travel I feel like my home & possessions are protected. .

Dynamark Security provides excellent service. We originally contracted another company for our equipment installation and monthly security monitoring and got so-so service during the contracted period. Dynamark took over/bought out this company about 9 months ago and since that time, the service has been stellar. We had several issues with the reliability of the equipment installed by the old company and Dynamark came out and fixed the issues free of charge and now everything works as intended. Their customer service department is very good and they are very prompt at scheduling appointments or getting us the answers we need. We highly recommend them.

I met the provider a couple of times at a couple of the shows because I was under contract contract with another company and wasnt happy with them. Richard gave me his card and told me no problem that when I was ready he would come by and do a walk through and make a determination on what he felt I needed. When he came we talked to get me lifestyle and he went through my house and made some suggestions. I asked for cameras and he wanted to know how many and I said I wanted 5-6 and we discussed locations and he then suggested maybe I should only go with three and if later on I wanted more I could add on at the show price. He did say that if I wanted to keep with the original number he would be more then happy to sell them to me but why buy more then I needed? I felt like that showed he was an honest man who had me and my needs at heart not just making as much money as he could. He arranges to have everything done a couple of days later and the technician was great. Very professional in his installation and also asking me to make sure everything that was being installed was where I wanted it placed. After everything was installed he verified it was working properly and then spent all the time I needed to show me how to operate everything I had. He made sure I understood I was comfortable with everything before he left and made sure I had phone numbers avail;able if I had any questions. Overall a GREAT experience. I did have a slight hiccup with two of my cameras in that they were mounted outside and apparently the bluetooth was at the far limits of the range. The owner of the company, Frank called me and suggested that I consider hard wiring the outside cameras and assured me I wouldnt see any cables and he had a young lady, Teresa that was excellent in doing just that I agreed and she showed up a day later and hard wired my cameras and as of today I still dont see the wires but I have some great video cameras outside my house. Words cannot do this company justice as to the professionalism, quality and followup they provide as a service to their customers. For the first time in years I feel safe in my home. If anyone doubts that this is a real review and not a relative or friend is more then welcome to contact me at anytime.

When it comes to security companies, there are many to choose from, however, all of them are NOT created equal. When I was shopping for an alarm system for my apartment, I read the reveiws on the big players in the business.
