Went there on Saturday am, 30 Oct to get a lithium battery replacement for my Gamma Sonic Solar lights. The gentleman said they do not have them in stock and if they did, they could not install the strap/connector that is on the original battery due to the hazards or lithium batteries. I stated your website said you can adjust and modify batteries which is why I came here 20 miles. He suggested that I go to Amazon and get the replacement batteries. So much for visiting Batteries Plus Bulbs; their stock is very limited and did not know they had limits on attaching two wires to a recharable battery to duplicate the original. Not impressed and will continue working with Amazon and eBay. Dr. Ken King

Walked in at the old battery that I need to replace the guy was very friendly. His other person there was very friendly they took care of me right away that you showed me what I needed told me how much it was asked me if I wanted them to fix it for me right then they were more than willing to fix it for me right then at no cost I decided that the battery was worth more than the piece of Machinery that it went into but they were still very polite they help me and believe it or not theres a lot more in that store than just batteries and involve I bought a light from them yes I paid $25 for it 7 years ago the guy told me it would last 25 years I really didnt believe that but for 7 years now its been on 24/7 looks like an incandescent bulb doesnt look digital and its still working so I think theyve got very good products there theyve got a very good product line there but thats just my opinion

I purchased a good battery online. I picked it up and was back on the road in 20 minutes, installed. The sales rep, Mr. Edmunds did a great job and was very professional and knowledgeable. Great transaction!

They sell stuff they dont have in stock, they dont install car batteries (but they announce the service and actually give you an appointment to do it) and ask for 2 weeks to get the battery (if you want a car battery replaced, thats two weeks too long) for one of the most popular cars in the market (Kia Sportage). I went well out of my way to get that battery and it was not worth it at all. The single thing they did right was quickly cancelling the transaction.

He had a few options to choose from and explained the differences in battery features. The whole interaction took 20 mins, from me parking to me leaving with a new battery installed. After searching for the right battery and even returning one somewhere I went to Batteries Plus and even though it said a certain battery on all the charts, taking the core with me to match it was wrong. The employee there then pulled out his amazing book and found the battery that worked! Im sure no other place would have found the right one or even be able to. You sold me forever!

Prices a little high. Service usually okay. Policy on curbside delivery to avoid contact is not effective. I bought something, but associate came to car without a mask, made me sign something, and handed me the item. I would have really appreciated a mask, no contact, put the item in the back, and stay 6 feet away from me.

The employees are very nice and helpful. When I went in I told the clerk that I had an internet order he found it on the computer. I thought I would need to take it to my car and put it in and return the old one. The clerk took it to my car and put it in and took the old back in for me. That was very nice great.

Batteries Plus Bulbs has a wide selection of product. I greatly appreciate the staff sending my watch out to be repaired at no charge after it was broken when they changed the battery. But I as disappointed it took three months to get my watch back and I had to inquire repeatedly to get a status update. This is a great place to get help with batteries, but it might be better to take watches elsewhere.

We went there for watch batteries and believe it or not but also for batteries for a pen light my son found between the couch. Lost and forgotten this pen light came to life with batteries that were found at Batteries Plus Bulb. I was banking they wouldnt have the batteries for the pen light since we couldnt find it online, but Batteries and Plus had the impossible and I have on satisfied and happy son. Whats the cost in batteries to see a smile on that little face. Good to know they replace laptop batteries as well.

Shouldn’t offer services that they don’t have resources for. If you don’t have the model and brand specific to a particular phone to fix a screen then don’t offer that service. If people bring their phone here for a fix, they should not be getting it back with another problem. I had my phone fixed in 20 min by the guy at the mall for less $$ and no tint on the camera.

Excellent work and excellent service. An old watch stopped. Not sure if it was the battery. Took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs where I was given an honest opinion, after doing some work. The battery in a spare watch I had with me was changed in no time and at a very reasonable price. I was not charged for the time spent working with the old watch. I am amazed. Highly recommend this place - honesty and excellence are gems!

The gentleman I dealt with today was very helpful. I ended up leaving with a solution that was better than I had originally chosen. I was surprised at the competitive prices of the merchandise. Obviously, if you compare them to online prices, they are higher. Remember that they have to pay for the inventory and the retail space! If you are in a pinch, its really nice that this store doesnt gouge you just because they KNOW you need things immediately. They also had some things on sale that I didnt really need but the prices were probably better than online. Very happy with this place, and would definitely go again.

Batteries Plus let me order on line for a 10% discount; however, when I get to the store they tell me they didnt have that battery and the one i need is going to cost more. Why would Batteries Plus let me order a battery if they didnt have it in the store? I believe they baited and switched me. I think they should have given me the battery for the price i paid on line., plus their prices are high anyway.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had ordered a battery to pickup in store and mistakenly ordered it for the wrong location (Midlothian vs. N. Chesterfield). They called the other store for me to cancel the order and helped find the correct battery. They could have just turned me away and sent me to the other location but turned it into a positive experience. I will be back again.

It was easy to order my battery online for store pickup to receive an online discount and when I arrived at the Midlothian store it was waiting for me. The new battery works very well in my phone. The associate was also very helpful in answering questions about a battery for an electric tool.

Went and got my electric wheelchair batteries, went to places that didnt have these batteries, special ones need to go in the chair so lucky they carry them, had to size down a little. Very helpful, they are very expensive batteries and I had to buy 2, did give me a 10% discount, Thank you $400.00 batteries, yikes, but if they ordered the ones I had in it would be a lot higher. These seem to fit ok so far. Will see how works out. Very kind went and got out the old ones and put new ones in back of van, so very heavy and I really struggled getting them in. I very much appreciated that service and the discount.

Best service one could expect.

Service is hit or miss as well as inventory. Sometimes they have the battery in stock, other times they are willing to make an adapter to make one fit. Other times they just flat out say no, we will not honor the warranty if you buy it for that purpose or just tell you to look it up and buy it online. WTF?!?!?!

I went to get a new battery but when the employee went to install it, he asked if the current battery had been tested. When I responded no he tested it and told me my battery was fine and that it was probably the alternator acting up.He could have installed it and I wouldnt have challenged it until the battery light came on again, lol. Anyway,i really appreciate his honesty and when the battery does go, Ill be heading right back to get a new one from you all. I will also tell everyone how you didnt take advantage of an old woman. Thank you!

If I could give them 0 stars I would !! I came in yesterday 9/13/18 to get my iPhone 7 screen replaced they replaced the screen but now the color looks all the way washed out and I have to have my brightness on 100% just to see my phone and the associate Hunter said it looks fine. To you maybe but now my phone looks like a old prepaid android Walmart phone and it’s going to kill my battery! The colors are not vivid at all!! You should disclose to customers that iPhone 7 screen replacement would look like this before they shell out $130 !! Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Apple store but I was impatient and didn’t want to wait a week for an appointment. If I can give them a zero star i would . .Dont ever buy a car battery from this company they do not honor the warranty or product they sell. I paid over $140.00 for a battery that was suppose to have a 3 year warranty and it failed at 18 months I had to get road service to come and charge the battery for almost 2 hours . I called them the first time and they told me yes its under warranty but they will have to to test battery and give it a charge overnight and if it fails theyll replace it . How am I suppose to go to work if they keep my battery. Not a good business practice so I get there after the battery gets a charge and jumpstart and they test the battery and conclude it is good . I explained to them that the mechanic suggested I change the battery because it us not holding a good charge but they disregard what I said.. so I go on their word that the battery is ok and low and behold I get stranded 40 miles from home 3 weeks later . I call to tell them about the whole ordeal from my first time calling them and this time and they tell me the same thing as the first time even a blind person can see the battery is the problem. They do not honor their products consumer be aware go spend your money on a business that care about their customers..

Went in the buy a replacement battery for my galaxy s4. After struggling with my otterbox in the car, I came back in for help and the owner not only got the battery in for me but wiped clean my screen and phone case for me!! Excellent customer service.

Found what I needed.

I purchased a battery and it was supposed to be installed but a lazy gentleman in the store I went to did not want to do the installHe made up a lame reason why he could not do it but a young lady by the name of Shaunte installed the battery and did a Great Job. If it was not for her I would have asked for a refund and rode across the parking lot to O Rileys and purchased a battery. So my 4 stars is for the good customer service she gave with no thanks to her lazy co-worker.
