Internet says store opened up at 10am. We show up at 10:10 and the bright OPEN sign was on. We walk up to the store and the lights were off and the door was locked. There was a sign taped on the door and it said Be back in 10 minutes and had a phone number. So we waited for a few minutes then called the number. Some guy answered and he sounded like he was asleep. I told him I was waiting outside his store. He replied Oh. We dont open until 12 today. This experience was very fustrating.

This place absolutely saved me. I found it from a Google review from someone saying they fixed a phone that had fallen into the sink and it was my last hope. I dropped my phone into water and it wouldnt turn on at all. I took it to the Apple store and they didnt even look at it - they just told me it was completely ruined, I couldnt recover any of my data off it, and Id need to buy a new phone from them. Being an idiot, I hadnt backed up my phone for almost a year and faced losing at least 7,000 photos. These guys were extremely professional and had my phone back to me the day after I brought it in, with everything intact and working except the fingerprint ID, which I can definitely live with considering Apples prognosis. I am so grateful to RVA wireless. Ali is awesome. I will never go to Apple again if something goes wrong with my phone. They dont want to fix it, they want you to spend more money on a completely new product. Thank you so much, RVA Wireless .

Agreed on a price then gave less when it was time for him to pay. When I called him out on it, he acted like he didn’t realize he cut me short then said he didn’t have change. That’s sneaky and bad business.

Prices higher than compared shops. I had issues w/ my Touch ID after getting the screen repaired on my 6S amongst a few other issues. The front desk girl sucks; she’s very unprofessional, rude, lacks basic customer service skills, common courtesy & her attitude is terrible. I atleast gave them 2 Stars simply because the manager was professional & kind enough to compensate me for my troubles/experience. I thank him for that, but I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because of the front desk experience alone. 🤷🏾‍♀️✌🏾

Sold them my iPhone 7 Plus, that gave me a good price for my phone, communicated with me well before going over to make transaction and were friendly when I got there. I would recommend seeking them out for wireless needs.

I waited a week after the repair to post a review to see how things were going. This is the only place in Richomd I could find that does Ipod repairs; Mine needed a new battery and the headphone socket ad developed a fault - the charge was reasonable, and it was (in my case) a 2 hour turnaround. Well worth using them - they seem to do all kinds of mobile tech repairs.

I took my iPhone 6s Plus there about two months ago when my screen cracked. They fixed it and it worked well until a couple of days ago when the screen would sometimes go blank. A reboot would normally solve the issue. Today however the screen went dark and wouldnt come back to life after numerous attempts at rebooting. The tech (I think his name is Ali) took my phone and in about 20 minutes I had it back good as new. And even though the screen that was repaired over two months ago was clearly out of warranty, they didnt charge me a dime. I would recommend this business to anyone.

The apple accessories are not genuine apple products, just brought a Apple charger and once I was home I opened and realized quickly that I brought a fake lighting connector. Only buy Apple accessories from a reputable place like Best Buy, The Apple Store, or other well known places.

Do not buy from here i brought a phone thinking it was unlocked so i can use it with my carrier everything was good for a month then the other day phone stop working on my carrier took it back to them got it fixed now its doing it again i dnt know where they get they phones youre better off buying from a legit seller like amazon or etc i will be going back tomorrow to have a strict talk with the owner cause im not going to keep going through this phone works one day then stops the next day

The service was amazing. I walked in today with my iphone 4sthat I thought I had broke after dropping it yesterday. The screen had gone black and I had ordered a small screw driver to try and fix it myself. I should have walked in here before because the man that fixed it, did it in seconds! WARNING : This is a very janky business. The owner and everyone working knows absolutely nothing about solving phone problems. They give customers $10 off to write good reviews so every good review you see be mindful that most likely it isnt true. They charged $225 to fix my iPhone 7 which was fair the phone worked but literally the next day I woke up to my screen not working and later that day my phone was back to the way it was before. I went directly to the owner and he tells me the only thing hell be able to do is charge me $159 to replace it. This isnt my first incident with Rva wireless they sold me a used iPhone 6s Dec of 2016 when I got home to use the phone whenever Id make a call no one could hear me, the screen would freeze and lines would appear. I went there the next day but this day he told me he was not sure how to fix it and the only thing he could do was give me a refund. If your thinking about wasting your money here think again. Go to Mr. Fix it or to CTC. someone who actually knows how to fix phones.

My experience at this shop was great. The customer service was excellent. The shop prices are the best prices in town. There is no shop that can fix iphone screens for a low price and in 15-20min like RVA Wireless. If you need any cell phone plans, accessories, or phone then RVA Wireless is the place for you.
