When on a Sunday, quick a easy. I was in and out of that place in no time with a new box in my hand to replace my old hunk of junk. The person that helped was super nice which I knew her name. I will find it and post her later. The hilltop Comcast was legit thanks again.
The staff greeted in a super friendly manner and were very prompt. Note: This location can get super busy, so sometimes there is a wait (Saturdays, duh...) but even if busy, there is an orderliness to the wait line and you can get an idea if you should come back at another time. Even tho I ask stupid questions sometimes, or find the answer with a little looking, they always answer my questions in a professional manner. The place was clean.
Was very pleased with the direct attention from the team member as soon as I walked through the door. Very helpful with the pay kiosk.
The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She also answered all my questions and set me up with what I was looking for.

Patricias service was exceptional, pleasant and very patient. We were also assisted by Christopher, the phone whisperer, and he was phenomenal. Both of them should get a big raise.
We are being having problems with our account for to long now, three trips to the store and endless phone calls it seems that it should be done, today Patty took care of me and she was great, on the other hand the manager of the store not so much we are going to stay on our new contract for now and see if Comcast delivers on its promise.

Xfinity is the absolute WORST at trying to get a real person on the phone!!! I felt the person I had helping me in person was not quite confident in what she was doing.

The wait in line. I had to use the machine to pay my bill. Trying to sell me a phone. The tech that came to o house was very rude and not patient at all, rolled his eyes. Still dont have wi fi.
Sundays they open at 11am. Go a little early and get out of there quick-quick. Or else go a little later (12 noon) and wait...wait...wait...wait.

Its hit or miss when you get here. Its definitely better than holding on the phone for an agent. Sometimes I get different answers to my questions, which is concerning. But if you get the right person, your problems can be solved pretty quickly. You can pick up and exchange equipment, look into new deals, upgrade, etc.
Don’t try calling customer service or engage in “chat “ agent as frustrating as long wait for no help. I always end up having to go into store as Robo Call is useless! My bill always creeps higher and higher and funny how once go into store can get a lower rate for same as high price! This time a Service Appt shows up out of nowhere and cannot cancel unless get act of Congress .... I finally changed date of appt. to 3 mos ahead until I can find out what it is for???? If I need updated box, give it to me ... I can screw it in!? No answers for what need - your Question has to fit in their specific category .... waited over 20 mins for “Phone Agent” and was cutoff !! I am a patient person, but not with Comcast !Have to go into store tomorrow (2nd time this week) to figure out my bill again and why have service appt and this is all for basic limited cable - should have Senior discounts - Comcast sucks but prob all cable companies do!
Open late and open on Sunday. I had to pay my bill and order the welter weight fight. I was greeted when I came in like I was a welcome guest. The lady that helped me was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience there.
If you return equipment to this location, ensure you have get a receipt or proof of what you returned. I was charged for unreturned equipment that I returned which Im still trying to resolve after 2 1/2 months already.
Very fast
Came in at 1:00pm to return a rental modem. The check in associate informed me that it would be 25 minutes until someone could talk to me. Previous times check in associates have just scanned the rental and provided me a receipt.Why would your customers need to talk to anyone to return equipment? IF this is a new policy. It does not serve the customer. It serves YOU, Xfinity. Do better.
Returned my equipment as told was not given a receipt and was given confirmation from the staff that it all checks out. As a result they did log it in correctly. I am charged for equipment that was turned in not I have to wait to see if they can find it. horrible just horrible glad I canceled my service
I had excellent experience with Xfinity Store by Comcast. I called their sales department and was able to sign up for my connection in minutes. The sales rep was clear about all the terms and conditions. Within the next couple of days I received a link to their calendar to schedule an installation (no charge!).Joey was the field technician who came over. Super friendly and knowledgeable and got things up and running in about 15 mins.Best of all, internet is lightning fast, their eero mesh system works great and no contracts.
Cool staff! I spoke to the sales manager Zach and chinita he was nothing but helpful. Kept it real and gave me a good deal. I recommend this office.

Went in to the store to get my old iPhone 6 activated of my Xfinity account to give to my daughter. The staff was helpful and friendly and I didnt have to wait in line. The entire process was painless and only took about 15 minutes. There is no Xfinity store which handles cell service in Berkeley, which is why I ended up driving to Richmond.
Xfinity is a good place to buy internet service.
Cancelled my cable, returned their equip the next day. They left my account open and had the nerve to try to charge me the next month. So happy Im done with this cappy company!
I had low expectations going into this place due to Comcasts poor phone tech support.Went in at 0915 today and was promptly served by Juan, a knowledgeable rep who did a quick exchange of a set top box and gave me good instructions on the setup.Much better than Comcast by phone.

Wow really ok here goes. I am not the perskn to ask about Xfinity they hate it when they make a mistake and blame the customer and make the customer feel like they dont know what you are talking about. They give you a two year contract and they dont follow their own rules but will demand the mistake taken care of by you. So now its nit a good time for them.
Heading over now, one star is what I expect, will change rating if experience warrants. Have heard nothing but horror stories from neighbors...ugh.... may need to go to Target to recover.

Con Cast KNOWS how most people feel about Con Cast.They simply do not CARE because they have a de facto monopoly on broadband Internet service in most parts of the country.The other reviewers are right about the fact that, for all its deficiencies and bad altitudes (sic), doing business with Con Cast at the brickn mortar service center beats the pants off doing business with Con Cast by telephone.What galls me MOST is that Con Cast does not offer ANY customer contact by email! Then...the people they hire to do front end telephone customer service never seem to know anything (nor do they have any authority to DO anything). Con Cast puts them there only as a front line defense against the storm of angry customers who are STUCK doing business with the Worst Company In America.
I came in like 5-10 minutes later Zach came and helped me I gave a simple request and it was taken care of ASAP so much more better then calling Comcast sorry excuse for customer service or dealing with technicians who swear up and down they know whats going on now if I have any problem Im coming to the store hopefully Zach is there again but more hopefully I wont have any more problems

Juan is the worst worker there. Very rude to my mother and we were asking simple questions and he was very short. We were there just to return a box and ask a few questions and the man didnt know nothing. No reason for him to be working there. I filed a complaint and also got in touch with his corporate office. Hopefully he gets fired. If you dont like dealing with people then get another job!
I had scheduled an appointment to get my internet set but xfinity technicians ran out of the modem i asked if i could reschedule for the next week but i was told that they could not read the future so we cant guarantee installation never got my service beware of the rude and unprofecional service .
The worse customer services Ever; specially a chinese guy who refused to provided his name. Even the supervisor is ignorant and rude and now he is at Berkeley store.
Job well done
My wife added my name so I could pick up devices from location. I showed up with my kids and they turned me away because it was her name on the account and not mine.They sent me home and asked me to call my wife to add my name again. She called and they said my name was already on the account. Made my kids go through over an hour of errands for nothing.
