I have brought my son here to get his glasses for years. He is 12 and is very particular about the feel, weight, and not wanting anything shiny or glossy or has too much color…the list goes on. It might not be the least expensive or fastest option but I love the service. The employees are great - special shout out to Jaylen for being amazingly friendly and helpful. We won’t go anywhere else!

I had never bought glasses before but I was so unexpectedly happy with my experience at LensCrafters! I worked primarily with Jaylynn and he was wonderful. He was helpful but not pushy, totally understood my financial concerns and wanted me to feel totally comfortable with my style and my spend. He was also very supportive of the non traditional style I went with and I had fun working with him and never felt like he was just trying to sell me stuff! It was a great sales experience and I don’t say that very often!

I came to this store to seek assistance because the pair of therapeutic glasses that I bought online didnt fit well. Ms. Aliyah Stewart accommodated my request and took care of making several adjustments despite the glasses not being bought from the store. She continued making several adjustments until I was completely satisfied with the fit. She is such a wonderful and caring lady and a great asset to the store and her customers. The other employees that Ive dealt with in this store in the past have all been incredibly great and provide the best of customer service.

I always leave confident I have picked the best frame possible and will get my new frame or updated lenses ASAP. I can’t recommend him and this location enough!

I had lost my glasses at Myrtle Beach and had come here to get same day glasses made with the prescription that I got down at the beach and was able to get them made within two hours of selecting them. The lady who helped me select my glasses was very friendly.I ended up having to go next door to the eye doctor to have her take out the contact lenses that were put in when I was at the beach and she was able to get them out for me and was very helpful and nice to me.

So I had gotten an eye exam at the shop next door and then went into LensCrafters to get a new pair of glasses. I ended up finding two pairs I really love and it wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for the help from Aliyah, Taquoia, and I believe his name was Jayden. They were so kind, helpful, and very informative and helped make getting new glasses a breeze! I even got them the same day which was an added bonus! Aliyah even made my girlfriend and I a poncho so we wouldn’t get soaked in the rain so definitely an amazing place with a phenomenal staff that will help you get what you need!!

I went in last weekend because my glasses were loose.. such a pain to constantly be pushing them back up on your nose.Anyhow, I didnt even purchase my glasses from Lenscrafters but I knew they did adjustments for anyone.A young man greeted me instantly and adjusted my glasses within a couple of minutes. A few hours later, the back of my ears started HURT.. glasses were just a bit too tight.. No worries, I went right back in the next morning and Frankie immediately helped with another adjustment.. this time I took my spare pair as well because.. why not.Always a friendly staff, never to push their products, just helpful.So, if you are ever in need of a FREE adjustment to your glasses, they are there 7 days a week to help.Friendly reminder... although the service is free, its always nice to tip a little something.

It has been two years since I got my glasses but the nose pads were falling apart but they were kind enough to replace them free of charge when I lost one of them. Carly was so nice too!

Stopped in the Willow Lawn location to pick up my trifocals that were ordered nine days ago. The staff were unbelievably pleasant (not in a fake way), took my order for an extra pair (for a reduced price), convinced me to buy their fogproof spray by having me test it out with a mask (it really worked) even adjusted my mothers frames since she was with me. It was quick and easy to get in and get my glasses adjusted, in all it took about 10 minutes and we had had a few people in front of us when we arrived.
