They are not in your insurance network and they said, they ll file claim for you which they never did.

This is an early on review as I can only attest to the man who helped me order glasses. He was very thorough, no pressure and helped me pick out a nice frame.

I have bought glasses from Walmarts all over the US. Never had a problem. The glasses lasted for years. This Walmart is the worst experience Ive ever had. I must say the eye exam was great, but the glasses purchase was a nightmare. I got the glasses last year at this Walmart and they were unusable. Gloucester Walmart had to replace them because the bifocal line was too high. One year later I have to buy new glasses because these are so scratched I can no longer see clearly through them. Nothing Walmart can do because they have a 30 day warranty. Unfortunately, I will never buy anything from Walmart optical again because of this one bad experience.

The most bad vision center in the whole world. The manager and the stuff there are the most unhelpful, disrespectful people and they have broken my glasses when I just want to adjust it. They will fixe it but the idea of not having my glasses at the same time that It will take 10 minutes to adjust it and wait for 4-10 days to get it thats too bad. They did not even apologize to me about the cause of their mistakes. Do not waist your time and go to this vision center. I take the responsibility of what I said.
