Ive visited this store on numerous times in the past two years. Each time, the staff is very friendly and helpful. This past week, my daughter and I came to pick out flowers for my wife. Vogue had a nice variety of flowers. The employee was very friendly. After we chose the flowers, the staff member did a wonderful job putting them together to look very professional. Upon presenting them to my wife, she absolutely loved them!!

Had flowers delivered from this florist and they were beautiful! Also very happy they could deliver on a Sunday.

Trustworthy, prompt, beautiful and credible! Specific time frame was given and they even beat their own deadline!The sweet lady helping me checked personally if the right flowers are in stock, and without me asking, even told me the specific flower names :)The only thing was the final arrangement was different than the one showed online. Equally beautiful for sure but I wish I was made aware it will not be exactly the same.Overall though very happy and would definitely order with Vogue again!

Popped by the shop at 915AM to buy some celebratory flowers for one of my team members. I wore my mask and was greeted by someone wearing a mask. I explained what I needed. She walked me through my options, found something in my price range, blew up a fresh birthday balloon and even customized the bow with the birthday girls favorite color ribbon!Excellent experience! Will definitely be back!

We were married on October 24th, 2020. Deborah, the florist, helped to make the entire flower preperation process easier and with less stress. She was readily available and quick to give recommendations to assist with the configurations and grooming of flowers. Deborah was professional and very friendly. You are allowed to prep the arrangements at their location or allow the florist there to assist. She even allowed us to store the flowers in their freezer after they were prepped and ready up until the day before the wedding. Our families during and even afterwards kept complimenting us on the entire event on how beautiful the decorations and bouquet were. I highly recommend Vogue flowers on Patterson as your wedding florist or for any special event. Just make sure you ask for Deborah.Sincerely,Brian and Jae

Danny was wonderful. Very personable and helped me pick out a great bouquet for my friend. When the already arranged bouquet didnt meet his level of satisfaction, without any request from me, he decided to make a fresh (and even more beautiful) one. I will definitely plan to use this shop again.

After ordering an arrangement online, Vogue notified me that the flowers I had chosen were out of stock. After some discussion they ended up creating a beautiful arrangement for my Mother-in-law and still maintained the intended delivery date. I highly recommend.

I dont really write reviews but this place was amazing! The gentleman behind the counter was helpful and so personable. Our office lady is retiring and we wanted to do something special for her. Vogue Flowers was the topic recommendation to me via Facebook so why not try it? I walked in to the smell of fresh flowers and Christmas. It was wonderful. I gave him a budget of $40 and man did he deliver. This arrangement was perfect. A variety of sizes, colors and smells that have filled our office with joy in celebration of 17 years of a hard working woman. The surprise on her face was completely worth it! My daughter competely forgot about needing a boutonniere for her room date and remembered one day before at 4:42 pm on a Friday. I began calling around to every floral shop in Richmond and found most either completely at capacity or closed. I decided to make one last call to Vogue and they were able to assist. Great service and wonderful product.

I just want to say this by far the best florist I have ever been to! Not only was the customer service fantastic, I walked in an hour before closing to get a boquet and boutonniere for my wedding which was the next day and they got me taken care of in less than an hour; oh and the price was beyond reasonable.
