The service was fast. All my items were in my bags and put neatly in my car. The staff was pleasant.

I Always get what I ask, good experience, sometimes I think is better when they pick the fruit for me than myself.

We love our local HEB. They carry a fantastic variety in everything and the music always is jamming. I saw the Wing kiosk lady break out to Mickey at the same time I did (kind of an automatic reaction) and there are great pre-packaged lunch kit meals, fresh sushi flats, and the best, fresh produce.

I tried the HEB Curbside for the first time. I was very impressed. They brought me my items within a couple minutes of showing up. I was a little skeptical of ordering produce but the items they selected were great. To top it off Carl who helped me load was very nice, tied all the bags and loaded them into the back of my truck. Ill be using Curbside from now on.

H-E-B is awesome. They usually have everything I need. One day I came when it was pouring raining and a nice gentleman (that worked for H-E-B) held an umbrella over me and walked me to my car and helped me load the groceries in my car. Spectacular service.Also, on a different occasion one of the bag boys asked of I needed assistance taking my groceries to the car.H-E-B is my favorite grocery stores in Houston!

I have been using this service since it was launched at our local H-E-B. At first the execution was great and the service was excellent. However it quickly turned south and the service became careless. I have had multiple orders with huge mistakes, not substitutions. I have been charged for items I ordered only to find them missing. This has happened multiple times. I have ordered and been charged for several pounds of Prime beef but given Choice instead with no explanation or substitution notice. The idea of curbside service is great and I love H-E-B however their execution on this service is very poor at our location. I have given them one too many chances but I am done with it now!

I did the curbside today for the first time . As much as I love shopping at heb . But the curbside is just too complicated ....... why is it that i have to use messaging system that costs me more in my mobile account ? If I already have the heb app why I cant announce my arrival using the app . Like the walmart .....??? . Many items I order gets substituted by default some orders I can choose not to substitute. But many items I font have that choice ........ there is no way for me to k ow what is being substituted untill the order is picked up.

Yes it is helpful. However check your receipt first before completing your transaction!!!! They swap items without asking if the ones you want are not in stock! Not just that but they charge you more too, instead of what you were originally going to pay for the item you actually wanted.

I started using this service when I had surgery and am so grateful for it! They are always in time and accurate. Since I’ve been well, I still use the service because life is busy and it’s nice to have the shopping done for you and available on your schedule.

My favorite store.

I have been ordering from curbside for many months for my mom. She is disabled and cant get out so I have her groceries delivered from this location. It has been horrible. Sometimes they show up hours after her time slot, when they bring her groceries a lot of food is missing. If you call the store nothing gets done. Heb, you should be ashamed of yourself the way you are treating disabled people on fixed incomes. They have a third party delivery company, which I dont understand why they dont have their Own private delivery company. Good luck to anyone using this service.

Love curbside! Next time Ill ask for paper bags, I use reusable bags and all the double bagging with plastic ones made me feel guilty!

I just like this store it is easy for my brother to get one of those electric cars and store is very clean love samples and store is well stocked.

This place is new to the town, i really like this place. What ever you need when you need it this place is always stocked up with goods. I think they should of made this a H.E.B plus with a gas station.

This curbside is horrible. I have not had any issues with HEB curbside until this store. I had an order substitution and after a call request, nobody called. I received the substitution upon arrival and declined. I was still charged for it and the refund has not been processed. This order was now 9 days ago. Other stores have a pending charge on your credit card and charge you the corrected amount after you pick up your items. This was the not case and I will never use this service at this location again until something is done.

Excellent idea but execution is not very good. The purpose of getting curbside is that your groceries are ready when you show up. Unfortunately EVERY time I use the service I sit in the parking spot for at least 20-30 min (even when the spots are empty it takes forever). I may as well just walk in and get my groceries. The point is that my groceries are supposed to be ready at the time I schedule, not I show up and they go run and get my groceries while I sit there. Plenty of room for improvement 😔.

Went to shop around and I kept being followed! Throught out the store by the associates. They couldn’t make it any more obvious! Did yu see me take anything? No? You didn’t! I will be calling corporate. Not everyone who goes into the store is going to steal!!!Stop racial profiling people!!

Went for an educational📓 experience, with my ⛪ nutritional small group, great experience🎉 picking up vegetables🍎🍋🍒🍅🍆 of the different colored food groups for their nutritional value, Gods creation is good!

Wow talk about rude customer service. I was checking out and the girl was talking to another cashier across from her the whole time. She was rude, impolite, and she gave me a dirty look. It seemed like she really hated her job. I wish I would have gotten her name. Anyways the HEB in Sugar Land is much better and I wont be going back to this one.

Excellent service! This is a great idea for people like myself who dont have the time to go in and take an hour to shop. I also dont mind the few minutes I wait in the parking spot for them to bring my groceries out. I literally waited 4 minutes from the time I text that I was there, receiving my groceries, to receiving the Thank you for choosing HEBTOYOU. Anyone who says they waited 20-30 mins is clearly just impatient lol!

Love HEB but the delivery stinks they forget things and they dont pick the good looking veggies or fruit.

My go to store short lines nice staff

I like HEB in general and shop there often but they screwed up pretty badly on my first curbside service order by substituting items that I specifically requested NOT be substituted. They also didnt give me one item I purchased, I realized after I got home. I wont use the service again.

The website coupon system needs work. Theres an average 700+ coupons available at any one time, scrawling through that is annoying. Paper coupons are available but not all are in the aisle. Also often you have buy one get another item free, but on occasion hood luck finding that second item, either its at another location or not in stock.

Home delivery is good, but I wish they responded to the phone calls during the shopping.

Cant beat it. Crew is exceptional and friendly and strive to get your order correct.

Couldnt be easier. Ordered online, picked a pickup time, they texted me when my order will be ready, then once I get there I text them the number of the parking spot for curbside pickup and they loaded my order in my car.
