Most items are easy to find. Im typically able to find what I need. As long as theyre enough clerks, the lines move pretty quickly.

One of the few supermarkets around that still offer good customer service. Most things are always stocked up, depending on date/time you come, but no complaints. Always have new sales going on

Great experience at foodsco! All of the employees are helpful and friendly, was able to purchase everything I needed at just one stop !

Staff is incredibly kind and patient, especially with the chaos of lately. Prices are fair and selection has been pretty good in recent weeks despite the supply chain rendering some items unavailable. Carts have tended to be very hard to navigate amd require a lot of muscle which could make navigating the store really difficult if not impossible for some folks.

I really want to go there Because Of Cashier John his very generous and fast on front end he deserve more he handle the situation very and help his co workers cuz I see him yesterday. Very Nice Guy! 10/10.

Only 2 cashier open one 15 Items only and one regular on Monday feb 24 at 10.30 am and 15 customers in line each . We was waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. Finally a lady show up to open a thirty register. Manager no were to see on the floor. Prices are good but be ready to spent 25 to 30 minutes on line .

Great store! Seems like they got a good staff now. Its a great shopping experience but i just wish the cashiers can lift up there spirits and make our experience better. Where is miguel and that british guy? Those employees were examples of awesomeness! Lol but keep up the good work foods co.!

Its not Beverley Hills so dont have those expectations. For what its worth its a good store for the area. It keeps the community from buying their groceries from corner stores. Its a chain store it has standards so I would feel comfortable buying here.

It has all the important things your household needs. You wont regret shopping here. Be quick, be wise and youll be fine.

Even with a minumum amount of customers the cashiers arent able to handle quick cashing. I always see employees panicking and running around like chickens with there heads chopped off struggling to get lines down. This staff is a bit rude and cant balance emotional from proffesional work.

Most carts seem to permantly locked and regular cart sweep of parking lot!!Shelves not kept stocked right!Checkers polite! And helpful!

No business is perfect...but I love Foods Co!They are clean. They are friendly. And their prices are exceptional! Gotta Love Em!

Great meat sales ...pork butts on sale today 77 cents a pound...and its fresh pork not frozen and shipped from who knows where how long agoChicken thighs on sale last month 77 cents a pound.. no frills but same quality foods as any other major chain...good pricesI saw another reviewer comments about decor ...its a busy store with100s of people in and out every hour of everyday.. I have been in the store early in the morning and its just as clean as any other market..with lots of customers in and out every minute putting groceries back on shelves every where sure it looks worn well.Also they keep their lighting less bright than some stores but those saving go in you pocket..Thats how you get pork butts for 77 cents a pound instead of 2.77$A pound thats a twelve dollar savings on one six pound pork butt and its fresh meat not previously frozen and thats makes a real difference in taste..trust me on that ..I buy 2 butts per month every month ...posole.. anyone

Its a decent grocery store. Selection isnt great. If you want produce, go early. People pick through it and get all the decent stuff. Location is kinda sketchy,. Staff is friendly. Sometimes, the lines get super long and youll be standing there for a bit.

This place is an asset to a marginalized community and it could be so much better. Its a building block to help revitalize downtown Richmond.Problems, the parking lot is all torn up, they need new shopping carts,theyre working their people because they serve a large community. I see they are building all these new apartments, where do folks shop in an area with a stressed out grocery store.

Worst store to shop at. Literally had someone follow me through the store asking for money and the security guards didnt do anything. 3 ladies kept harassing everyone asking for money and when told i only had my card and not cash they kept saying to ask for cash back. I never go to foodsco because the only two times Ive been there something bad happens.

Just dont work here yeah some of the staff are great and kind. Still i would not syggest working here if you have too. People always call off, you have to come to work even if carrying contagious disease such as strep throat and pneumonia. You have to deal with managers exept tim that expect you to be a robot instead of humans. As well as this foodsco well its the ghetto so expect ghetto.

It is what it is. Cheap, overstock from other stores for various reasons. Check dates, check seals.Two liter sodas are sometimes un carbonated 😯You can get really great deals on some items, especially produce. But overall, its just a warehouse type store with a small selection of each type of food.Staff is cool. Got free Grey Goose shakers after a checker told me they had some free ones in the office.

The manager at Foods Co is terrific I needed some Neapolitan ice cream it was not in the freezers you had a work at a go in the back and bring out some I appreciate that so much food co cuz I really wanted my Neapolitan its hot today.

I just hate coming here!!I never been to a store where every single time I come in here the lines are ridiculous. The only time I came and there were no lines like 30 minutes before they were about to close which is like 11 something at night. I try avoid coming here. Its seems like they are always hiring but never enough workers or lines open.

I am. disabled person and use a mobility scooter. Ramon the GeneralManager starting 2012 to 2016 had a problem with me shopping in the store. Video on YouTube. Break the ADA rules Foods Co. Till now some of his store security want to throw me out. That is Breaking the ADA rules. Only with a lawyer they slow down on telling me to get out of store...

Each week they have outstanding sale prices on meats and produce. They are usually the best or second best on prices year round

Very busy shopping on the way home from work, sometimes has good produce at a good price, has most things.

They dont take Visa. Other than that the prices are great.

Close to home, shelves are always full, aisles have signs making it easy to find what youre looking for. Checkers are quick so long lines are not a problem. Most all lanes are always open...

Store is just down the street from me easy and convenient shopping if done early in the morning

Poor costumer service. Expect to be in line 30 to 40 minutes to pay for your food. Ghetto employees. Cant even ask for a price over the phone.

The prices

Its generally a good store, veggies and meat normally well taken care of, but for the third time Ive picked up a tray of chicken thighs and was rewarded by the stench of rotten chicken ON THE TRAY. I think theyre just not cleaning the meat department shelves often enough. Ive talked with the manager the first two times, but it hasnt been two weeks...

Always stocked up. Customer service is perfect. And always have new deals for us

The bathrooms are filthy. The store make to much revenue for them to have a restroom in that manner. The stock was depleted. No staff on the floor for assistance. I literally had to go back in the main fridge to recover milk. I guess due to the location of the store, its at the bottom of corp list of things to improve.

This shop has to close at 12.p.m. but this shop is closed at 11.55 by the security. The security guard was extremely rude. He closed the door and he told the other guard that this M.F. wants to buy something. I dont understand why they cheat on the people by saying this shop will close at 12.00. I asked to speak with manager in order to get an item they told me manager dont want to see you and didnt let you go in. I would like to also give a few information how this shop messed up. When you go to aisles you will see all production is not organized and especially the breads threw away.

Queue was 1 hour and stretched through the entire store, no one thought of opening an extra register

Leaves this place leaves a lot to be desired there is selection is horrible quality horrible they spend more money on security then they do anything else and this store is less than clean if youre looking for a bargain it may be okay to stop in for one particular item however I would not recommend it as a routine shopping location

Good place but some people shouldnt work there.... today i went in the morning and i saw this kid with a panda head getting in. Then i heard a ladie that works there saying Why do you guys let people like this getting in That was rude. i just looked at her and she told the kid to do not record in there. When the kid got out of foodsco i asked him what he was doing recording and he just said he wantes to see people reactions while he was shoping. I think that its rude how the woman treated the kid.
