Great, friendly and helpful staff. I thought I had an issue with my 2004 Honda Shadow and took it in to get worked on. The Service department took the time to go over the bike for me and I was on my way. Its a pleasure to know that we have such a great business available. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation and given me something I didnt need. Thank you so much! The store itself is very large and has a great selection of all kinds of vehicles, accessories, clothing, etc., but what really makes this one of the best dealerships Ive ever been to is the staff. They are always willing and able to help customers and have great information on all of their products. The sales staff is especially helpful giving extraordinary service and always going above and beyond for the customer. Definitely one of the best motor sports dealers around.

Very unprofessional experience for me. Was denied on a credit app over the phone. Was told finance manager was working on it, and I would be contacted back in a timely manner. That was a week ago, and ive had no response, every time I call, the woman who took my app has just stepped out, ironic, because before my phone app I never had a time where a call went unanswered or she was not immediately available. Things worked out, i went to a competitor and was approved and drove off on a new bike the same day. But I am very disappointed that I was not even given a full explanation and at least told what other avenues I could pursue for approval.

Was approved for loan and sale person did not want to deal with me or my wife. We arrived at 5:00 and he told us not to be coming in that late wanting service. I work full time and cant get in any earlier. But thanks I will take my business elsewhere.
