I recently found this company on a small job we had in downtown Richmond and needed fittings in a hurry. I was a walk in and needed several swagelok fittings and a tube cutter. The lady that helped me was very nice, gave me a bit of needed training on tightening, ran the part down and and sold me a very nice, heavy duty tube cutter, which they also had in stock. i just cant say enough about how easy it was to do business with them, and I was very happy. I will continue to use them, and do not mind paying extra to get that kind of service.
