Very responsive and efficient! In my opinion its hard to find contractors that reply within a timely manner and do quality work. Jeffrey did both. So glad we found him and will be using him again in the future!

Dont purchase windows from this company, the seals in the windows break. I currently have five windows that need replaced and contacted warranty dept six weeks ago! We still havent gotten our windows fixed and we have sold our home and MUST have them fixed before closing. Every time we call about the windows, they tell us they will come in NEXT WEEK! If they are NOT repaired prior to our closing and we lose this contract, I will bring a law suit against them. Two of the five windows have previously been fixed and we do not open our windows since we have a security alarm on our windows and doors. AGAIN! DONT PURCHASE WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY! I have attached pictures of the two windows that have broken twice. You can see the seal in broken bathroom window and the sash broken in the sun room window.

Very prompt and professional. I have been attempting to work with someone for the past few weeks to replace some trim that had been damaged with no luck. Jeff responded to my inquiry same day, was onsite 2 days later and completed within an hour. Will be using his services in the future if needed.

Poorly made product in my opinion. At first they honored the warranty and allowed the installer to replace windows. They have changed their policy and the homeowner has to take a photo of the failed window and order it themselves. We are still waiting to be contacted about our order from a year ago and more windows have failed since them. I would not recommend these windows.
