Bluegrass Hearing has been a blessing to our family in which we have two hearing impaired children/young adults now. They have treated us with the upmost respect and always reacted with a sense of urgency when the hearing aids have acted up. They have given us a place to rely on with assistance in making sure each person has the technology they need to succeed/to hear adequately with society.

Dr Mary Sohler is a true professional. She explained the entire hearing aid process, gave me a comprehensive audiology exam, and expertly fitted me and adjusted my hearing aids so that I now hear optimally. The office is friendly, clean and my experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Bluegrass Hearing and Dr. Sohler.

I went to the Richmond office and had a great experience. Deanna Frazier was awesome to work with. I definitely recommend them, my hearing aids works great.

I have had hearing loss most of my life but never thought i would get my nerve up to see an audiologist or ever wear hearing aides. After meeting Deanna Fraizer, i began to entertain the idea of trying a set. Fast forward 15 plus years of seeing Dr Fraizer and her staff, i am enjoying life so much better. They are so patient, caring and accommodating with me that i would recommend them to everyone!

My wife went for a hearing test here. Before the test we asked several times what our expected copay was, only to have the staff reassure us there would be little to no copay, but that they could not tell us the exact amount at that time. A 5 minute headphone hearing test cost us $80! The test was completed by a nurse/tech who played a few audio files and asked if she could hear them. There is no reason it should cost that much. Later, when questioned about the high bill, the staff told us the insurance didnt pay for that procedure, and we would be responsible for it now. We felt the staff was dishonest or at the very least not knowledgeable. Stay away!EDITWe also asked how much the price was before insurance coverage, and no one in the office at that time could tell us.
